Miller's Ale House in Naples is exactly what you want late at night when you're hungry and not messing around. The Boom Boom Shrimp is a must. Crispy, saucy, and packed with flavor. The massive mozzarella sticks live up to the name. Golden on the outside, gooey on the inside, and absolutely ridiculous in the best way. The potstickers were also awesome. Great texture and flavor, and a solid starter to share. Food wise, they brought it. Service was just okay. Not bad, not great. It was pretty late, so that may have played into it. The bartender John that serves outside is a racisit, My husband and I are an interracial couple and he ignored us while proceeding to serve other couples that blatantly came in after us!! We went inside and the other bartender was a pleasure. John has been miserable on more than one occasion, he must of thought we were visitors, but were locals!! It's a shame because it's a beautiful millers location but the food and service is inadequate and below average I actually got McDonalds when I left, not even half the price and the food was actually hot!!! read more

Just had lunch with a large group (7) everyone loved their meal. Almost everyone ordered something different And yet all the food came out together. Large portions fair price what's not to like. Service was very good. I sat at the bar and Alonso did a great job of taking my order and checking in with me to make sure everything was good. I ordered their bone-in wings with garlic parmesan. They were brought out piping hot. The wings were large and meaty, and I would describe the garlic parmesan as more of a sauce - which I give credit for ingenuity and creativity, but was a little too "creamy" for my tastes. There were many drafts to choose from. I decided to try Yuengling's low carb "Flight". It's only 95 calories, 2.6g carbs, 4.2 ABV (alcohol by volume). I liked it and will certainly order it in the future. The interior has the u-shaped bar along with regular table setting. My dad recommended checking out this place while visiting the area recently. It's a pretty new chain sports bar type place that features their "zingers" or chicken tenders. I love a good chicken tender so I was interested in trying them. We were seated right away and given a red napkin at our table that indicated it was our first visit. We noticed that we seemed to get a bit of attention from managers, I think due to the red napkin. We ordered calamari to share, a flatbread/salad combo, fish and chips, and the Zingers mountain melt plate with parmesan garlic sauce. The calamari came out quickly and it was quite good. It was light and crispy, not overly greasy. The dipping sauce was a sweet chili. The dish could've used a bit more salt but I figured everything else would be pretty salty. We waited for quite a while for the rest of our food to come out. The Zinger plate was massive! I definitely didn't need to order that just for myself. Nate got the large flatbread at the suggestion of our server, but it was probably way too much food with the whole other plate we ended up sharing. I was a little disappointed with the Zingers mountain melt. It looked like it had been under a broiler for too long as some of the cheese was super crispy and the tenders were dried out on the outside. There was also no sauce at all which was weird, because our server recommended a few specifically to me. The chicken tenders themselves were juicy inside, which was nice. I wouldn't order this again but just go for the tenders by themselves. I was really thinking to get a wrap with them but I didn't see anything like it on the menu. I tried some of the Caesar salad, flatbread, and fish. All were pretty good and better than the Zingers mountain melt. The flatbread was quite tasty, I'd get that again. The vibe inside is sports bar themed and they do have a nice covered outdoor patio area. With so many restaurants to choose from in the area, I don't know that I would make this my first stop next time but I'm glad we checked it out. read more

First the good, Jake our server was wonderful as was the team behind him. Jake was new, as you would expect in a new restaurant, but he was friendly, always had a smile, checked on us and had managers who truly supported him. He also had a lot of tables that were seated at the exact same time. Three cheers for Jake. The atmosphere was very nice, large space, tables spread out, and nice decor. Nora at the front was friendly and honest about wait times. Another three cheers for Nora. The Zingers were delicious! The drinks were plentiful and refilled often for soft drinks. The rest of the food not so great. We had a wide range of dishes including the filet & shrimp special, chicken BLT, Cobb salad but nothing hit a home run. Will we be back? I am not sure. my husband and I went to Millers on Wednesday, August 17, and had a terrible experience. Our appetizer came out after my entrée, my husband ordered two entrées to have leftovers. The wings were dripping in a gross teriyaki sauce, and the server never put in the order for the second entree. Oh, the flatbread appetizer that we got was mediocre, we ended up getting my husbands second entrée, to go since I was done with my salad, and it was clear that the food and service were both terrible and the experience wasn't going to get any better. After all of this, the waiter had the audacity to block our exit from the booth, asking us to hand him the dirty dishes on the table before we left, so we effectively bussed our own table. Absolute incompetent managements. Checked in and told 20-30 minutes wait. After 45 minutes of waiting, was told there was a hold because they couldn't manage their kitchen and they weren't sure how much longer. After 55 minutes, we asked if there was an update as 50% of the tables were empty. Then another guy (seemed to be a manager) came up and told us it would be at least another 40 minutes even though we were next on the list. When the food came the orders were all wrong & were returned to the kitchen After another 15 minutes she returned with the meals. The food was cold, the chicken was so chewy you couldn't eat it. Never had an experience quite like this one here, as a customer who comes in 1- 2x a week and I will not be back to Miller's Ale house. The Kyle guy working the outdoor bar was incompetent of the situation. Running around the whole restaurant when customers come in and sit at his bar haha He got mad at me when I told him I would wait another 10-15mins before I order He told me that I'm a jackass and he will not serve me. Fair enough, I'll just go somewhere else and recommend the same for others. If you like good wings, pizza and beer go to Off The Rock Tavern right down the street. Our experience there for lunch is as follows: - very slow to be served after being seated with few other customers there, - no meat loaf available as they ran out, - terrible sticky rib appetizer, - fajitas steak was very tough and vegetables under cooked , which were most green pepper with a little onion, and - waitress served drinks with fingers grasping edge of glass and the guy waiter did the same when he brought me a beer. But Miller's has a bunch of craft beers if that's what you're looking for and many TVs. Just drink - don't plan on a satisfying eating experience. read more

Went to the one in Naples, FL. Nice place for lunch. Very clean. Upscale chain restaurant. Extensive menu. I had the 35 fried shrimp with cilantro lime rice and sweet chili sauce. Very good. I do understand some of the problems he faces since my ex-wife worked in a restaurant before going into her chosen career field. I will certainly give Miller Ale House another chance.
