Finally tried this place out. It's now located over by Camp Hotel. All burritos are breakfast burritos and I went with the Hog. I thought it was good, slightly overpriced for me though. I wasn't really a fan of the bacon and thought it could've been cooked a little longer. The people running it are super friendly though. If I'm really craving a breakfast burrito again I may go back to try another one of their offerings. read more

The burrito was excellent lots and lots of flavor. I had to ask for my burrito with no sour cream and no cheese. It came with cheese on it when I went back up the gentleman argued with me on that. I had said no cheese even though I was purchasing a new one he let me know that if I had said no dairy, it would've came with no cheese. read more

My son who lives in Bend always raves about all the local food trucks, we were staying locally so I looked up Breakfast Burritos and this was closest to us. Now, Google Maps will steer you 3 ways to Sunday getting here, just find street parking around 2nd&Greeley and walk in, its in a sectioned off area of a motel parking lot so no immediate parking. I got the 'Plain' burrito (anything but plain!) and my son had the Chorizo. Both were huge! Soft, warm and yummy. The Plain was nicely spicey too, the veggies tasty. My sons Chorizo, tho, while he said it tasted great, the Chorizo grease quickly soaked thru the burrito wrap (and yes, we know Chorizo), but maybe some of the grease could be blotted up before putting it in. I appreciated the earth-friendly paper wrap. As I'm older with diminishing appetite, I wish they had a smaller burrito, I certainly couldnt finish mine. Maybe an 'Old Man Gringo' burrito with about half the filling for $8 or something. If you have the appetite, I'd recommend! read more

I pulled up to that food truck in the hotel parking lot for a carne asada breakfast burrito and nearly blew my load right there in the driver's seat. The first bite was so insanely good I couldn't help myself charred meat so tender it was obscene, potatoes crispy as fugg, eggs rich and creamy, all of it working together like it was specifically engineered to make me lose my mind. By the third bite I'm gripping the wheel with white knuckles, breathing hard, my rock straining against my jeans like it's trying to escape. Had to sit there for ten minutes with the windows down trying not to fugging come in public like some degenerate. Already planning to go back tomorrow and honestly might just lock myself in the room this time. read more

True to its name, this breakfast burrito spot was delicious. If I lived here it would be my regular spot. Quick to order and pick up. Outdoor spot so pretty much to go only. Definitely make time to come give it a try! Only thing I think would be an upgrade is if they toasted the tortillas with like a panini press. Otherwise top notch! read more

The Carne Asada burrito was exceptionally good as were both of the sauces. We are from New Mexico and we know good breakfast burritos and these burritos were probably better than 90% of the burritos we get in New Mexico. Amazing! I will crave these burritos and definitely seek them out when I come back through town. read more

Oh my God! I have not had burritos this good for such a long time! The last time I had awesome burritos was when Burros Burritos was open in Boise. I have forgotten how much I love burritos. I went to Campfire Hotel in Bend with my dog. Mom and I saw the food truck for Burrito Sunrise and planned to get up to have a breakfast burrito. In the morning, mom checked to see when they were open. While we were getting ready to travel to our next destination, another food truck pulled up. We checked out (the check out process is awesome at this hotel, so much fun) and we went to get a breakfast burrito. The menu had a variety of things, but I could not really find the perfect one for what I felt like, so I think I got something like a veggie burrito. This was more than enough. I got a big honking burrito. I think they either need a kid menu or we should have just ordered one and split it. The spices and sauces went perfectly together. The amount of eggs and beans were perfect. It was not too spicy and the tortilla was perfection. Mom and I sat next to the fire pit and enjoyed our breakfast. I think that they need to serve coffee, but I think it is why there is a coffee food truck. Next time I am in Bend, I will definitely come to Burrito Sunrise again. read more

I was visiting from out of town, and my friend and I needed to find a place to eat that had both vegetarian and meat options. She is a picky eater and loves burritos. She found this taco truck on the side of the road. Thankfully, they had one burrito that had no meat. My favorite part was the ability to customize the spice level and add jalapeños. Now, I am usually not a fan of breakfast burritos, because most of them are quite dry without adding tons of cheese. But surprisingly, this was just right and hit the spot. They were friendly and fast to make the food. Their salsa was pretty tasty as well. read more

Got the hog burrito. It is a little pricey but with good reason because the thing is enormous. Don't attempt to eat it all because you will be stuffed. Good for sharing or save half for later. I'm not usually a fan of ham but this is some of the best ham I have had and bacon. The ham and bacon are thick and juicy. All together the burrito is delicious. Recommend this spot. read more

"The Hog" It's ok to pretty good if you like your eggs a bit moogy, I don't. I ate it. All the burritos are $12 except for the veggie. The quality bacon is far from crispy. It's a great deal for a $6 breakfast burrito. read more

I saw Burrito Sunrise on the local news. I can live on Mexican food so I knew I had to give it a try. I didn't have an exact address but just a cross-street, Greenwood & Hill. (I do see on Yelp there is an address.) It's on the south side of the street, just west of the parkway. Parking is on the side street. I went on a Saturday morning. There were people waiting for food but only one in front of me to order. It's a walk up food truck. There weren't any tables but noticed after I left someone brought out a small table and chairs. Maybe a customer brought their own. Several customers seem to know each other. Again, friends meeting up or regulars...I don't know. FOOD... I ordered the tri-tip burrito without beans. It was excellent!! Included were tri-tip, hashbrowns, salsa, sour cream, onions and eggs. (Hope I didn't miss anything.) I would have preferred the onions chopped more uniformly and slightly smaller; every few bites I got a chunk. I love onions so this really isn't a criticism. The burrito came with two small tubs of salsa, one mild and one spicier. The mild sauce was good but I like heat. When I go back I'll ask for THREE of the spicy. It had a good flavor without being over-the-top strong. I still like to taste my food. The salsas were included in the price but I'm always willing to pay for extra sauce. The man taking orders was efficient and friendly but had issues keeping his mask up over his nose. (Covid restrictions still in affect.) My food came quickly! This is a positive when you are standing out in 30 degree weather. I ate in my car, with my faithful pooch begging for some. One of my criteria for judging a burrito is how well it is wrapped. Burrito Sunrise passed with flying colors! It was tight and didn't fall apart. If you don't know how to eat a burrito, you roll the wrapper down as you munch. I didn't loose any filling and my hands weren't dripping from the burrito leaking out the bottom. I give Burrito Sunrise 5 stars! What a great addition to Bend. I'd love to see them at a different location with more outside seating. read more

We absolutely love this spot. Every time we have ordered from here they have been super nice and welcoming. The burritos are top tier and the location is pretty cool. There is usually enough Street parking. There can be a wait at times, so time your visit accordingly. read more

Great place to grab breakfast. Their tri-tip was really good and the burrito size was hefty. I would recommend going with the "super spicey" for the hot sauce or at least get the hot sauce on the side. Overall, we were glad we stopped by. They also have a plain option for those who don't eat meat. read more

These are definitely the best breakfast burritos in Central Oregon. Phenomenal. Devin keeps the cleanest kitchen in Bend, too. He's a pro. I've had each of the burritos he offers. My favorite is always the one I have in my hand. Today I had the chorizo. Great. But I've also had the carnitas, the taco, the Hog, and the Tritip too. Seriously, you can't go wrong. I've had the chance to try out their chorizo and asada breakfast burrito (no sour cream). Not too big of a size for $12 but then it's Bend OR where food prices is more expensive than other towns. No seating area just order, pick up and go. It's probably one of the top list of breakfast burritos I've had. I like that it's not dry and the chorizo has enough grease to coat the scramble egg and leave a great flavor. The supreme asada has great flavor and I love the way the hash brown is cooked with it. Do ask for extra hot sauce if you want a bit of a kick maybe even a couple hot sauces (red ones) as the container is fairly small. The guy that takes the order isn't too fond of giving out sauces so ask nicely and ignore the rudeness read more

Got the Chorizo breakfast burrito! It was amazing! The Chorizo Burrito was perfectly packed and perfectly wrapped. My Chorizo did not drip but my brothers did a little so be careful of run away flavor! Would recommend to friends and will eat here again! read more

I really really wanted to like this place.... The guy working in the truck was super nice and this place has 4 stars.... I give him 5 stars lol. But the burritos meh. My husband got the Hog and I had the plain. Definitely over salted.... Was tasting salty mouth for the rest of the day and neither of us felt very good after eating our burritos. I only ate about 1/4 of mine and I was done. The hash browns were total MUSH! Eggs were browned and over cooked. Not good read more

I mention this because the most noticeable thing in ordering delivery from there is that each time, the food has been cold. It is surprising to me that a burrito wrapped in foil would become cold so quickly. The other consistent trait with the food I've ordered from there is that the meat is consistently very salty. The food is neatly packaged. Outside of the saltiness, I've enjoyed the flavors of their food. Plus, I can take the foil off the burritos and heat them in the microwave. I've also had their carne asada plate. I was surprised that instead of sliced steak, it had small cubes of steak (the same as in their burritos). Discussing cost for Don Gabino's is a little complicated. Their costs in restaurant seem to be very reasonable. The cost via DoorDash is not. However, for my last order (today 10/01/2025), there was a discount. Carne Asada Burrito $16.25 Delivery Fee $0.00 Service Fee $0.81 Discount -$2.30 Dasher Tip $6.00 Total $20.76 This left the Carne Asada burrito at $13.95. There was a time I would have scoffed at a baseline burrito costing almost $14 but those days seem to have disappeared. The delivery from Don Gabino's is always fast. DoorDash routinely beats the estimated time of delivery when I order from there. In the end, this is an average burrito at what seems to now be the average burrito price in Bend. It will scratch the burrito itch. This is the Bend based Mexican restaurant I've ordered from the most often.

Because th of us got enchiladas, o e was the chicken mole and the other was the shrimp enchiladas. We also got some chips and salsa and a watermelon margarita as well. Both of us loved our enchiladas, great flavor! The beans were great and the rice wasn't dried out. The salsa was fresh, but didn't have a ton of flavor. The margarita was tasty and had actual watermelon in it, I never had a watermelon margarita before, but that will be my go to when I'm there. The service was fast and friendly.

Location is easy to find although parking was tight. Perhaps it was the time of day we came and it was a weekend. Service was quick and efficient. Ambiance was perfectly beautiful sitting amongst the trees. I would recommend should you find yourself in Bend stopping here for a little bit of Mexico!

I mention this because the most noticeable thing in ordering delivery from there is that each time, the food has been cold. It is surprising to me that a burrito wrapped in foil would become cold so quickly. The other consistent trait with the food I've ordered from there is that the meat is consistently very salty. The food is neatly packaged. Outside of the saltiness, I've enjoyed the flavors of their food. Plus, I can take the foil off the burritos and heat them in the microwave. I've also had their carne asada plate. I was surprised that instead of sliced steak, it had small cubes of steak (the same as in their burritos). Discussing cost for Don Gabino's is a little complicated. Their costs in restaurant seem to be very reasonable. The cost via DoorDash is not. However, for my last order (today 10/01/2025), there was a discount. Carne Asada Burrito $16.25 Delivery Fee $0.00 Service Fee $0.81 Discount -$2.30 Dasher Tip $6.00 Total $20.76 This left the Carne Asada burrito at $13.95. There was a time I would have scoffed at a baseline burrito costing almost $14 but those days seem to have disappeared. The delivery from Don Gabino's is always fast. DoorDash routinely beats the estimated time of delivery when I order from there. In the end, this is an average burrito at what seems to now be the average burrito price in Bend. It will scratch the burrito itch. This is the Bend based Mexican restaurant I've ordered from the most often.
