Burton's came to clean all the carpet, rugs (including a large wool rug), tile, and our sectional in my 2218 sq ft two-story house to prepare us to put our house on the market. They started at 9:45 am and worked hard until 7 pm, and took care to specially treat stains and make sure the stairwell carpet didn't look worn. The tile grout looks the best it has in years. We bought our furniture through R.C Willey and purchased the protection program for about $300 on $6,000 worth of stuff. Alan Burton came out, was on time and very professional. I had an arm rest that had food stains from a dinner party. Not only did he get them about, but he cleaned both seat cushions & our ottoman.Never asked for him to do this. I didn't call Burton directly to schedule upholstery cleaning. I had purchase warranty protection from RC Willey under the impression all repairs are covered. Burton was quick to schedule the cleaning that needed to be done on the chairs. I called on a Thursday afternoon with the warranty through RC and I had Nicholai of the Burton come out Friday afternoon. He arrived on time. Cordial and efficient. He got out vacuum, cleaning kit, and other supplies after accessing the extent of cleaning. After doing the work he explained some of the services he performs as a courtesy for the warranty. Overall good and thorough work. I was impressed. I would hire him for other cleaning if needed. read more

Surpior Carpet cleaning is exactly what you will get from Allen Burton and his wife's Customer service is A+ . There's no stain , spot they can't get out , why would you go to the guy running the weekly Special, when surpior Carpet cleaning charges the same price But and I mean But 100% times better Cleaning for the same price . They make you feel apart of something gets you involved and explains what's he's doing and how he got the worst stain out that you thought was never gonna leave . I've uesd allen and his crew for 14yrs , I've even left my house key out for him and he locks up when he's done , That says it all right there . We have an office that has a lot of foot traffic, we have tried several of the other methods of cleaning our carpets. I saw one of the vans from Burtons driving down the road, and it was a very nice looking van so I called them and had them come down and take a look at our carpets and how dirty they were. Within a few days they came down and not only did they get existing stains that the others could not get out, they were very professional and went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied with the cleaning of our carpets. We got the warranty coverage on our couch and love seat through RC Willey, and this amazing company comes out to clean up all the spots and stains on our couch! Burton's is awesome! They've gone above and beyond. I had water damage from a leaky roof and they came out the same day. Removed the damaged pad and carpet and set up fans to eliminate moisture and smell from the room. Being in the flooring industry myself they impressed me with not only their customer service but their knowledge. Even I learned something new! They don't even deserve one star! These people are con artists! We purchased furniture threw R.C Willey and purchased the extended warranty to have our couches cleaned, unfortunately this is the company they contract with. We requested a cleaning and when the owner (the man who looks like hank hill from king of the hill) showed up he said we had to pay him otherwise he would tell R.C. Willeys that we were neglectful and he would have them cancel our warranty. I told him I didn't have the $90 he wanted me to give him and told him just to submit it to R.C Willeys so he immediately became combative and called R.C Willey saying we need our contract cancelled. He then told me "I told them to cancel it and they are going to." I spoke with R.C. Willey and they said they would not cancel our warrenty and that I do not have to pay him as cleanings are covered and that they have had a lot of problems with this company. Hired their services to clean my entire house carpeting and my house is approximately 2400 square feet. They were done in less than an hour and charged me $450.00. The next day, when the carpet is completely dry, I saw the same spots and stains. They surely cleaned my wallet but not my carpet. Very, very poor service, no quality at all!! read more
