One of our favorite spots and definitely our go-to whenever we are in the area and hungry. This place seriously has the feel of being in someone's home and having them cook for you. The food is all so ridiculously good like it has been perfected over generations. Seriously, everything I have tried here over the years has been fantastic and the staff is always kind and accommodating. My baby daddy and I decided stop here for dinner the other night with our little one because we were out in Arvada and I figured that was "in the area" enough. It was pretty busy, but they were able to squeeze us into a table on the patio. They even brought us an extra chair to put our baby's carseat on, so he could be included, which was really sweet. Definitely a baby friendly spot, which all parents are always on the lookout for. My partner got a mango mojito and the pumpkin curry. I got the hooky noodles with chicken, which was new to me and . I always struggle to decide on getting a noodle dish or a curry when we get Thai, so this was a good compromised between the two. I got one level below Thai hot (just plain hot) which is still pretty spicy, so some of the curry flavor was probably washed out, but I didn't care whatsoever. The dish was very warming and cozy with a good amount of veggies. Serious perfection.. I ate the whole damn thing and had zero regrets. We were pretty hungry, so we also got crab wontons to start, which came with some sort of dipping sauce that reminded me of spicy honey, and a sticky rice to share for dessert. The warm mango sticky rice here is definitely not to be missed. It is light, yet indulgent, and the mango is always fresh and basically like eating candy. It's also the perfect portion size for a little something sweet, post dinner, even if you've just stuffed yourself on spicy noodz. read more

This Thai food was so so good! I love Thai food and I was not disappointed here. It was packed here Monday night, which is a good sign that the food here doesn't disappoint. We got Green Curry, Pad See Ew, Pad Thai, and Basil Chicken, which were all really delicious. It's also great that 2 of the dishes already came with a side of rice, so we didn't need to order any separately. The waitress was also really friendly and super attentive given that she had so many tables to look after. I was definitely impressed! The price point is really good here as well. We ordered take-out so I can't really comment much on interior or staff- but my husband said it seemed very busy. (Halloween evening) We ordered drunken noodles with beef, pad thai with shrimp & summer rolls. Thai coffee & thai tea, as well. We loved both noodle dishes, the flavors were on point. We chose mild for the heat level and it still had a tiny bit of a bite to it. I really enjoyed my thai tea but my friend wasn't a fan of the coffee, more of a preference. We were really looking forward to the summer rolls and were pretty disappointed by them. They were mostly a spring salad mix (we ordered vegetable summer rolls) with a stick of cucumber & a few sparsely thrown in matchstick carrots. Update 12/4/2020: I would like to update my ratings. A few months ago, I had downgraded Busaba to 3 stars after a bad experience with take outs. But I have been back several times since that and the place definitely deserves 5 stars. The food at Busaba is absolutely fantastic. We love their curries. I am very fond of the Red Curry and the Green Curry. My son loves the Pineapple Curry. We also had good luck with the Basil Chicken, the Sweet and Sour, the Pad Thai. Basically, anything you order there is delicious. The take outs are reasonable priced. They come in generous portions. You will have plenty of leftovers for your lunch the following day. The meat is also quite tender (doesn't taste as if it's been pre-boiled and plopped right in) my god it's delicious especially for a snowy day. My only wish is that it was served with a side of rice and from photo you can see it could use more veggies. But still the soup is soo good. This is one of my favorite places in colorado. They have some amazing dishes including my fav papaya salad (one of the best that i have had ), fresh vegetable rolls, vegetable potstickers, tom yum soup, sticky rice with mango, yellow curry . They have a separate vegetarian section in the menu. I always get their dishes with medium spice (it had good kick) anything beyond medium is super crazy spicy and too much to handle Ive been here many times and have always had great experience. This place is located just of a main road in a shopping plaza. If you have just looked it up online, it seems like it might be slightly challenging to locate it (trust your nav app). Luckily one of our party was familiar with it. The parking lot is shared and seemed ~ sufficient. The restaurant offers inside and patio dining. It was close to 100 degrees F on the afternoon we visited, so we opted for inside. The menu seemed decently varied. Everyone in our group of 4 found something they wanted to try. Two of us got the Pad Thai, which was quite good. This place actually makes it spicy when you ask for it that way. The waitress even made a joke about spice levels, which isn't the norm at a lot of Thai places (I laughed, anyway). The appetizers were also good (we got a sampler plate). I've always been to Busaba for dinner, so last time, when I went for lunch with my daughter, I was shocked at the huge line. And supposedly, it's always like that, Busaba is popular for lunch. It's not surprising considering that the food is great, and the large patio very pleasant with plenty of shade. Inside, the atmosphere is also very nice if you can't eat outside. Service was efficient and friendly during our last visit. My basil chicken was delicious as always (and medium is already plenty spicy for me), and my daughter was happy with her Pad Thai. A Thai tea was the perfect drink to cool the mouth with spicy food. We are lucky to have such a great Thai restaurant in Louisville! read more

Tried this last night for The first time and was quite pleased. The restaurant is extremely efficient and I love the fact that they texted me as soon as my order was ready. They told me it would be ready in 10 minutes and it actually was. I tried the panang curry with shrimp. It was delicious. I requested it Mild, and it had a little kick but nothing I couldn't handle. I suspect the regular would have been too hot for me - I'm not as young as I used to be and can't handle the hot stuff anymore. Aside, the place has a solid reputation among my friends and if you try it, I think you'll be pleased. I hear the place gets very busy, so you may want to order early. We ran out of ideas for a late lunch one day so we decided to drive clear across town while running errands. We found Busaba by browsing around online and glad we did! The restaurant itself is located in a new-ish strip mall in Louisville but don't let that deter you! We were greeted by a hostess and immediately seated. The place was warm and invited while the crowd started to simmer from the late lunch rush. You could smell all the Thai spices wafting through the air and even curiously peeking over to your neighbor's table to see what they ordered. From appetizer to entree and eventually a surprise dessert, this turned out to be such a well rounded meal. I cannot say enough about the hospitality and warmth they have brought to this side of town. Incredible Thai cuisine! I ordered the drunken noodles and the crab rangoons, by far the best Thai I have tasted in colorado. I ordered mild which came out to be spicier than expected (don't go spicy if you can't handle it), but it was still delicious. The crab Rangoon was out of this world, best I've ever tasted. Love the food here but the prices have gotten really high. I just paid $20 for a lunch takeout drunken noodles which was half the amount I can get at other Thai restaurants. At a local competitor I can get equally delicious drunken noodles and make two- three meals out of it. This was one lunch meal. My friend and I came here for dinner and our waitress ANNA greeted us. She was very friendly, professional and funny. She took our drink orders and we asked her what her favorite appetizer and entree's were, she did not hesitate at all and told us about them. We shared the Busaba Chicken Puff, it was very good! For dinner, my friend had the Cashew Nut Chicken that he said was great. I had the Prik Pao Noodle with Steak and it was FANTASTIC! I'm glad I listened to Anna and got the steak. The medium-spice was just right. For dessert we got the Sticky Rice w/ Coconut Ice Cream and it was also FANTASTIC! My friend and I have a rule that whenever we go out, we always pick a new restaurant, but we may have to break that rule and come back sometime...especially if ANNA is working that night! Honestly not entirely sure what all the hype is about. We ordered Tom Kha, Beef Yellow Curry, and Chicken pad Thai. The Tom Kha was a little watery for my taste and stacked with vegetables with very little chicken... the flavor was slightly above average, but I've had much better broth. The pad Thai lacked the chewiness and flavor that I appreciate. It was pretty bland and we didn't finish it. The highlight was the yellow curry, with extra beef. Great food, impossible to get it from the restaurant to my belly. They accept pick up orders and give the estimated pick up time after youve already placed the order (ordered via Grub Hub). Frequently the wait is 2+ hours long. My order tonight, placed at 630pm would be ready at 830pm -- after the posted closure hours. It's a waste of time for the customer and for them. I had to call and cancel my order after placing. This has happened multiple times and has left me wondering why I keep trying to give them business. When we ordered the food we asked for it to be ready ASAP. 15 minutes later we received an email and set our order would be 2 hours away. So we tried to call and cancel the order. Of course nobody answered the phone. So we decided to wait it out and pick up our food as planned. When we got to the restaurant there was 12 to 15 people standing in line waiting for their food. Of course it was only 30 degrees outside. A little chilly. Clearly this restaurant was completely overwhelmed. Many clients in the parking lot waiting very upset. This was recommended to me by my coworker and I was pleasantly surprised. It is in an unassuming Centre and it was packed on a cold snowy evening. We arrived just at 6pm and the restaurant was full with a wait. Luckily, most were for parties of 3 or more so they had open table for 2 or less. The food was awesome and authentic. It had a lot of flavor and tasted very fresh and real. I was only able to try 3 dishes: Summer rolls with shrimp: I don't know if the shrimp was worth the extra $2. I think it would've been just as good with chicken only. All the veggies in the roll were crispy and fresh. They had basil in them which added a unique flavor. The sauce was spicy but a perfect pairing with the rolls. Garlic pepper chicken: this is one of my favorite Thai dishes and everywhere I've had it is always extremely different from the last place. It could've had more garlic for my preference but the Sauce was still yummy. Pad Thai with pork: very traditional and great flavor. Also very fresh testing. Next time I will be sure to ask for extra cilantro on the dish as this is one of my favorite parts of pad Thai. I can't wait to come back here and try some of the other dishes.
