Brief update: We ordered delivery through DoorDash. The food is good but DoorDash is slow; there seems to be something wrong with the DoorDash GPS system that makes it hard for them to find our house. They either wander around for a while before finding it (we watch them on the app), or (a few times) drop the food at the wrong house. GrubHub never has this problem. We ordered buttered noodles, spaghetti and meatballs, pad thai, cauliflower rigatoni with cream sauce, and the grilled orange chicken lo mein. The cauliflower rigatoni is very tasty (the noodles taste like a mixture of flour and cauliflower, not pure cauliflower). The lo mein is a new dish that they are promoting. Unfortunately they ran out of lo mein and offered us "lo mein without lo mein", which sounds like an empty bowl, but actually they substituted pad thai noodles and that worked well. read more

So, I don't usually leave reviews, however, I've been waiting on my curbside pickup order for 30 minutes now, and it's pretty ridiculous. I understand that service workers are doing their best, however, there were no customers in the store, they kept giving us weird looks us from inside, and when they finally came out to give us our food, after someone else waiting for curbside went inside to check on it, they said "sorry we put it in the wrong place and forgot to check the receipt for curbside." Yes this is a pretty minor inconvenience, but I specifically set up curbside pickup because I'm chronically ill and can't easily go into restaurants, so when it took a total of 45 minutes of waiting in the parking lot to get our food, it was extremely frustrating. We used to like going at that fast food restaurant. It is basically fast food, but the quality was decent for fast good. It was fairly priced and the kids loved it. Since then, the prices keep going up while the quality keeps going down. I ordered a Penne Rosa. This dish is basically noodles in a spicy tomato creamy sauce, with mushrooms, tomato, spinach and parmesan. I ordered it because I love mushrooms. Wow I have an year old daughter that can cook better than the staff at this place. I assume they know how to cook pasta right? My wife and I came in for dinner today and dang undercooked pasta and almost no sauce or toppings. I understand inflation is real but you are selling pasta 2 meals and 2 drinks 29$ that's insane but for that price I figured I would at least get something I wanted to finish and enjoy instead I'm using my saliva to moisten the meal and looking at my wife's meal it was less that half of the size of the container... wow! We went there eighth when they opened and the place very dirty. The glass was very dirty and you could tell it was wiped down with a dirty rag. It looked the whole place had not been cleaned recently. Terrible SERVICE! Was trying to place an order over the phone since online website is down/having issues, and called to speak with a member over the phone for pick up. Very simple order since I'm gluten free and knew what I needed and has worked for my diet ever since this location opened. Manager came onto the phone, her name was Ambrosia? Was rude, didn't let me place an order, told me they were out of noodles, didn't offer other options, hung up. I called again as I thought I was disconnected, she answered again and was proceeding to sound defensive over my questions of the menu options other than the pippete noodles and continued telling me there's nothing she can do. It was a simple GF Mac!!!!! I've ordered with rice noodles before and she didn't want to take my order and then sounded like she was coming up with excuses about being overwhelmed in the store and understaffed and can't prepare my lunch. Got hung up on again. Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect. I ended up going in person to order and place was not busy at all. Ended up getting a salad, not tossed, scarce toppings, not full bowl. This is just my last straw. I've had plenty of other incidents but this one was just blandly disrespectful. Place sucks service wise and food isn't terrific either. Really has gone downhill in the past 2 years. I've been here quite a number of times and, compared to other locations, I would rate it a C-. I needed to wash my hands upon arrival and found the soap dispenser empty, although the trash had a fresh bag, which tells me someone checked one, but not the other. I ordered the Japanese pan noodles, which is one of their better dishes. I could not remember if it contained mushrooms and asked. The young lady taking my order replied that they no longer serve shitaki mushrooms. I playfully said, "Good. I hate mushrooms." Not seeing that I was just being chatty, she snapped, "Good!" The meal came out in about five minutes and, as usual, was only about 75% (at most) the quantity I would expect. This is not a horrible location.
