After being shafted on my C7 trade for a 2024 Sentra SR (tragic story) by Kings Nissan, I was looking to trade out of it. The Sentra is a great car, but not to my liking. Out of morbid curiosity, I went back to Kings Nissan to see if they would try to get me again, and of course they tried. I was interested in a new Nissan Z, and I was told there were no 2025 manual Z's available in Ohio. I was told there were no black 2025 Z's available in Ohio. I drove Kings Nissan red automatic Performance Z and was not impressed with the transmission at all. To say the offer to buy the 2025 Z Performance was ridiculous is an understatement.($1000 down and $800/month for 84 months). I left with my Sentra assuming I would have to wait to get the black manual Z that I wanted. I was telling my daughter about the experience, and she wanted to know what the Z looked like. We just happened to have dinner at a restaurant near Busam Nissan, and I said we would stop to see if they had one so she could see it. She loved the C7 and wanted to see a Z. I walk in the showroom and I see a black 2025 Z Sport sitting there. I walk over to it assuming it's an automatic, but it's a manual. Busam is the closest Nissan dealership to Kings Nissan (10 miles). It became clear that Kings Nissan wasn't interested in servicing or satisfying anyone. The deal I accepted for the black manual was better than the 3rd offer from Kings. There was no "what do you want your payment to be" manipulation that is a typical tactic of salepersons. The sales staff before and after purchase were phenomenal. I was so impressed that I brought my son there to purchase his first new car (2026 Kicks SR) that he leased. He loves his new car. The sales manager sent me a "Z" keychain that I received in the mail a week or so after the purchase. It was an unnecessary gift but very appreciated. If I were to have anything negative to say about Busam Nissan is that you cannot schedule service from the MyNissan app. You have to call to schedule a service appointment. In the grand scheme of things, not a big deal. All my future Nissan purchases will be from Busam and I would recommend them to anyone. Avoid Kings Nissan or any dealership in that auto group. Their goal is to hose you out of as much money as possible. I sent the attached pictures with a less than friendly message to sales associate at Kings NIssan. He got off easy. read more

After an experience I had with Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan (see my yelp review on them) I was hesitant to go keep looking for a new car. However, I am really glad I stopped at Busam Nissan. Keith was great, no fake sales pitch, no adding things on that we didn't want, just straight talk and facts allowing my wife and I to make a good, educated decision on what to do. We explained what we needed and I felt they went above and beyond to reach our goal. They gave us a fair trade value on our 2018 Jeep Wrangler and we drove away in a beautiful 2026 Rogue Rock Creek. Bought a car here and they "lost" the rim lock. Just schedule an appointment and get a new one when the floor mats we ordered for you come in they say.. they ordered no such mats, the service managers are extremely rude and reluctant to help when your sales person. LINCOLN is the manager and will disappear from the dealership when you show up.The salesman/manager will "call you right back" when he figures out when your product will be in and when Lincoln will be back. So you leave and I have gotten no such call back 3X now. I was supposed to have this taken care of within days after my sale. It's been over a month and I can't get anyone to help. In my eyes this company will rob you blind and tell you what you want to hear not what you need to hear. Shop elsewhere. read more

Maybe I'm spoiled from dealing with Lexus service with my other vehicles, who knows... but i called in today trying to get 2 items done. 1. I bought a still sealed, brand new OEM Nissan wind deflector... a brand new OEM Nissan part and I was willing to pay the $100.00 + p/hr service rate to have it installed professionally. I was flat out told that because I didn't purchase it there, it didn't matter that it was new and a Nissan part, they would not install it.... OK?? 2. I'm having a radio issue on the same vehicle... let me just make an appointment to get that looked at then. Sir, your vehicle is 10 years old... so no matter what we find, we will have to order your parts and we MAY NOT even be able to get them (no desire to even check the problem for just possible repair or potential part needs), so you'd be better off taking your vehicle to a place that just does car radios..... OK?? Absolutely bewildering that with everything going on right now $$ would be refused and I'd be basically told to take my money and business elsewhere... shocking and confusing actually, but oh well... let me search for places that just does car radios. read more

I bought my 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander at the start of 2023 when I bought it the touch screen radio was not working properly so they said no problem we can replace that at their service center. The service department here is horrible. The first time I took my car here they kept it for 3 days (when they said it would be 4 hours) and didn't offer a loaner car or anything. Then after 3 days they told me the part they needed still wasn't in and they'd call when it came in - I never got a call that the part came in but I did notice my car was acting strangely. My air conditioner turned on anytime I started my car, it didn't beep when it locked anymore, the lights on my dash would flash sometimes, etc. Things that were annoying but wouldn't make me take it in. Flash forward about a year to the second time I bring it in (for the same noise as the first time) and I find out they didn't put something back the right way the first time, which was causing all of the weird issues and they were surprised my car was running as well as it was! This time they try to charge me to repair it because I'm a few weeks past my warranty, even though they never repaired it the first time. After much arguing back and forth I tried to tell them I didn't want the repair done and I was coming to get my car, they pretty much tried to "break up" with me by telling me they can't do business with me anymore (since they already ordered the part. I'm still not sure why they can't just send the part back...?). Overall, no experience there was a good one and I would never go back to this dealership (even if they didn't "break up" with me) or recommend it to anyone. read more

So my lady called in to get our 2010 Nissan Maxima a 5-Point inspection/Engine diagnostic TEST. She spoken to a service manager by the name John, this fool told her, because our car has been worked on by other mechanics, that they can't conduct a 5-Point/Engine diagnostic. She said that didn't make any sense, plus he was rude as hell. When she told me what has transpired, I couldn't believe what I heard. So sure enough, I called back myself to Busam Nissan dealership on Kemper Rd., just to see if she wasn't over exaggerating. Sure enough, John tried to explain his nonsense ass theory , but this time, he was polite trying to do so. I've asked him, why would you turn down our services and all we wanted was a diagnosis testing. We didn't ask to replace and/or repair anything and even if that was the case.... YOU'RE A FKN NISSAN DEALERSHIP SERVICE REPAIR SHOP!! Besides selling Nissans, your #1 job is to repair NISSAN VEHICLES, NO MATTER WHOSE BEEN WORKING ON OUR CAR PRIOR! When I asked was that standard policy, he said "Yes, only at this location!". So after I calmly hung up the phone. I called the other Busam Nissan dealership in Colerain. The receptionist nicely set me up with appointment for a "5-Point" inspection for the next day. To begin this, I don't blame the original salesperson, Jonte, for what happened there while looking for a car, I blame the people that trained him. So, I visited Busam based on the recommendation of a coworker who happened to know someone there. My coworker had not purchased a vehicle there, just had an acquaintance. Good enough for me I thought. My choice was between a new Nissan Rogue or a new Ford Escape - requirements were a sunroof/moonroof, remote start and good entertainment system. I don't see the same unit in online inventory right now so I don't have a reference for you but ideally I would be putting 5-6k down and financing the rest. What's even funnier is I never got a chance to tell them that I had the money to flat out purchase the car with cash. I just wanted to build my credit with decent monthly payments. My mom (up from Savannah visiting for the week) and I looked at a few Rogues that met my needs on the lot, took about 15 minutes, then headed in. We met Jonte and I told him our needs and at first he showed me used ones a few years older which I didn't want but oh well. He then pulls around a car that is sticker for 36k, marked down a few thousand to like 32k I believe .. well beyond the vehicles I was looking at. There's no way we can get that at a per monthly in my asking range, I know this right off the start but inside we go to "work numbers". He drew up the common "4 square" sales sheet to start it up. Skip ahead through a lot of me saying the same thing of my price point and how I won't pay a high APR and once he meets with his sales manager, comes back with a payment that came out to be 40k .. all of this on a written piece of paper mind you. I asked to how that number came to be, I wanted to see the printout along with the APR and was told they didn't know what the APR would be without a credit check.. that this was just the preliminary. It was my fault for even mentioning that I wanted a price range monthly instead of a price per unit. Stupid me right? After getting frustrated that I wouldn't be able to actually see any printed documents or even a computer screen with the calculation on it, I try to leave. I told him the price was just way too high and I was done with it. I was tired, frustrated for spending hours there already and wanted to go home. He asked me/told me to sit down, I refused, he got up to stop me from leaving and that's when I got angry. I very firmly and loudly told him I was leaving and to not try and stop me. This isn't a game to me and feeling detained isn't something I take lightly, especially with my mom trying to leave as well. He follows me to the door, continuously asking me to come back, ignoring that I want to leave so I got the attention of everyone there and let them know that I was done with it! Finally I get out of the door and he goes to his sales manager or was called over, I don't know which, and wouldn't you know.. COMES TO MY CAR! He tells me he's going to be sent home for the day if I don't come back in. What kind of guilt tripping, skeezy, ridiculous operation are you running there?? I sit there a few minutes and my heart goes out to him and I truly don't want someone to get in trouble just because I want to leave somewhere so I do go back in, calm and collected, to speak to Ronnie Locher, the sales manager. I go in alone as my mom has had enough at this point. I should have just gone home and saved myself the time. I have researched both Nissan and Ford for a solid month at this point, looking at incentives, offers for both lease and purchase and I know the requirements. My credit score is not high enough for a lease but for some reason Ronnie thinks he can get it there. Of course it doesn't work out and I get presented with the same ridiculous payment option of over 500 a month at a 14.4% APR!! By this time my mom has come back in (I mention her so much solely for this last point) and has been sitting here talking with Ronnie as well, explaining the same things. Once he tells me there's nothing more to be done (have I mentioned no one EVER suggested a different vehicle?) and that 14.4 is the best they can do, she tells him there's no way she will allow her son, much less a family member, to pay that much in interest we try to leave again. We thank him for his time and I am actually apologizing for my reaction earlier, constantly apologizing, when he asks my mom directly "So where are you from?" and she tells him we're both from south Georgia.. this information prompts him to tell her "God bless" about 30 seconds are that. I will NEVER go back to Busam - I will NEVER recommend Busam - my colleagues have all been WARNED - You wasted my time, my blood pressure and my patience. I purchased a fully loaded 2018 Ford Escape financing exactly the portion I wanted to and paid the rest in cash at half of the APR. And Jonte told me that Jeff Wyler was crap.. This business has the rudest and most insulting salesmen I have ever dealt with in a car dealership. I called from out of state to see about buying a car. I put in an offer contingent upon them delivering the vehicle to me in my home state, but my offer was rejected, because they said it was too expensive to ship. A few days later, I made another offer, lower than the first, presuming I would come to pick up the car in person. This offer was accepted, but then they started piling on the hidden fees. They wanted $40 for a temporary tag (which is not recognized as legal in my home state) and another $250 "documentation fee", and they insisted that they would have to collect my home state's sales tax, too. I don't care where I pay sales tax, but I had always paid it at my local registry while obtaining tags and title. Confused, I again contacted the registry of motor vehicles, who confirmed that the vehicle had to be legally tagged and registered in my state before I could legally drive it here. When the salesman called back, I presented him with this information, to which he started arguing and talking over me, stating over and over again that they were "required by law" to collect those fees and issue a temporary tag, instead of simply sending me the title and bill of sale so I could source them myself and be ready to drive it home legally. When I protested, he argued more loudly still and then abruptly hung up on me. He then called back offering to have his "finance department" get me the final figures. I told him that the offer I made included all hidden fees, but nevertheless he persisted. I guess these missed out on the first lesson of salesmanship 101--NEVER argue with customers, even if they are wrong, you never argue with them, and you NEVER shout, talk over them, or hang up on them. I'm glad I didn't buy from this dealership, because I think my suspicions were correct--that this is a dodgy dealership that pretends to sell you a car for a fair price, then starts piling on the extra fees, hiding behind the law as a pretense to justify their greed. read more

This company will try to sell you how they are small family company business. Don't believe it for a second. My wife spent several hours on Saturday emailing a sales person who was "working up numbers" and would "get back to her" before leaving on Saturday without bothering to get back to us- Or even let us know that she didn't work on Sunday. Despite knowing we wanted to purchase the car this weekend. Started all over on Sunday. We were repeatedly told that we had the lowest price available on a vehicle by a sales manager. We went to purchase the car tonight and were handed off to a sales person. It turns out the vehicle wasn't that great of a deal when we saw the vehicle (demo vehicle). When my wife and I started to talk about other vehicles the salesperson came back with the "What would we have to do to get you into this vehicle?". Amazingly enough it seems there was now a better deal available. I don't care to be lied to and my time is valuable- if not to them at least to me. Either we had the best deal they could do or it wasn't. Tonight, I was told by the sales manager that he was "losing $1,600" on the vehicle (Ignoring the 5,000 miles on the vehicle). If you want this outstanding deal make sure to head over and pay pretty darn close to the price on the website with the car listed as new. read more

I have purchased 3 new Altimas, 1 new Maxima, 3 preowned trucks, the most recent 11/25/2019. All three of my daughters have purchased vehicles at Busam along with many friends I have sent up there. I have always had a professional experience with John and Joe Busam and the Sales Manager Ron Locher. I have always been treated like family. I don't understand the bad reviews at all. I would recommend this dealership any day of the week. Never any pressure and always get a great deal. They are family owned. I even get a Christmas card every year! They have called and followed up on every vehicle I have purchased asking if I was satisfied. So go up to Busam and ask for any of the above mentioned and you will be satisfied ! I emailed Busam and another... ahem... "royal" dealership in town inquiring about a lease. Busam Nissan was very quick to respond with a personal email from a Busam himself (thank you, Steve!).... We exchanged a few e-mails about what I was interested in (from 9-10pm, mind you) and I went in the next day and leased a vehicle for a great deal (thank you, Ron & Steve!).... I never received a quality response from the other, very large dealership and am also receiving spam emails from them now as well. Yikes! Today my daughter and I had the worst experience in our lives with this asshole of a salesman names Keith. I came in a few days ago and I delt with a very nice salesman named Dave Kopeck. When we came in tonight to deal with Dave, he referred us to Keith a total asshole. He back tracked on what was previously agreed on. After an hour of trying to make a deal, he couldn't come back with something my daughter and I can accept. I told him I am sorry but this isn't going to work. He told us to GET LOST. WHAT THE FUCK KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS!!!!. Dave is very nice but Keith is an ASSHOLE. I asked him what the hell kind of customer is this and that you need us, we don't need you. Then I marched into the managers office to demand to speak to the manager who wasn't there. I promise I will call him and tell him everything what happened. Keith needs to be fired for this. I am in restaurant business and it is all about customer service and Keith is the worst I have experienced. I hope management at Busam Nissan deals with this idiot accordingly. read more

I own a 2011 Nissan Juke and received a recall letter from Nissan. I called busam Nissan and made an appointment. I arrived and presented the paperwork and all I asked for was to have the recall issue addressed. After more than an hour, a female representative came to the waiting area and presented me with paperwork to sign which included a list of recommendations for other services that may be needed and signature for confirmation that the recall was done. When I asked how they arrived at the service recommendations she advised me that they conducted a complimentary service check of the vehicle. At no time did I ask for nor did anyone advise me or ask if they could do more to my car than the recall issue. It was quite disturbing to know that someone was in my vehicle rummaging through my glove compartment and tampering with my vehicle to even come up with that list of recommendation. To add insult to injury, upon leaving I noticed a scrape of white paint on my rear bumper which was not there when I arrived. I approach my car from the rear every single day and that scrape on the car was not there when I took it into Nissan. I tried scratching it with my fingernail and it seemed to come off so I simply left totally disgusted and will never go back to busam Nissan or any Nissan dealerships because they all have low consumer ratings. I would not recommend purchasing or having my car serviced at Nissan. read more

Service department awful........Do not use these guys, the african-american man that took care of me Friday was very confident in his poor customer service and was very comfortable with the way he was treating me......sent me a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation.....he basically manipulated the words on the coupon to get 60.00 out of me for an oil change and tire rotation and that was with the coupon....when I told him I would skip the rotation, he told me......oh then I cannot honor that coupon......when I said "No Thankx" to all of it, including his spin on the words of the coupon, he smiled for the first time and said "OK!".....I left....if you guys cannot hire professionals..... then don't bother expecting loyal customers and stop doing your mailers to attempt to get people to choose you for service only for some goofy sales techniques to be attempted......you got alot of competition out there your competing with for that kinda bs read more

I went in for a maintenance appointment and from the second I pulled up I was greeted by friendly staff. I had recently purchased my car and the gentlemen that was taking care of me pulled up all the history and could tell I was interested so he showed me all that had been done on the car and helped me understand things I didn't know about. He was so friendly and helpful. Their waiting room is set up very nicely and fully stocked with delicious free drinks like Lattes and Cappuccinos. I was even offered to take one of their cars if I didn't have time to wait. I opted to wait and was shown all the amenities, I was even able to work from my laptop in their waiting room (free WiFi!) while they serviced my car, which didn't take long at all. When they were done they carefully went over everything with me very thoughtfully and honestly. Which was nice because other places I've gone to would just name a list of unnecessary things they would make me feel bad about if I didn't do them right away, but it's not like that at all here. If you're looking for excellent service in every aspect, for all your car needs, this is the place to go. Thank you Busam Nissan for going above and beyond! I will definitely be back. read more

I was told my car needed over 1100.00 worth of work done. Immediately I was overwhelmed and called my family members who of course said get a second opinion. I DID go get that second opinion not only was my car fixed within minutes and back to normal I was only charged for the part that was replaced and I was on my way. I truly believe that they tried to completely take advantage of a young woman coming there! I am disgusted by the actions and care I received at this shop. So I bought a 2009 Mini Cooper a few weeks ago. Visually the car was perfect, it's was just so different I had to have it. The salesman was eager to sell the car, when I got back as soon as I stepped through the door he asked me if I wanted to take it home immediately. I noticed when I came back there was a new car parked where he had parked my mini so I could take it for a drive, keep in mind there was no one else at the dealership other than employees at the time I left and came back. I thought maybe they pulled a new car out they wanted to try to sell me instead. So I did all the preliminary checks on the body, tires, brakes, etc. I agree to buy the car, so we go talk money. I only had $4800 cash on me and the taxes came out higher but he was nice and dropped the sale price so that I had enough money to take the car home that day. He was very polite and told me if I needed anything at all to email or call, which I did. I had told him since I live in NY it would need to be able to make it there from Ohio, so I asked him if he or his team knew of any issues I would need to fix now or in the near future just so I know before I drive the 800 miles. I let him know $4800 was all I had so this car needed to be okay before I bought it. He assured me that his team had checked it over and the Cooper dealer had checked it over 2 times and nothing was wrong with it. Not even 2 days later I smell oil burning or leaking so I changed the oil thinking maybe they hadn't put enough in, but my mechanics found MULTIPLE oil leaks, he tried the cheapest option first which only cost me $200, and I was hoping it would work! Well I drove it the next day and the oil was still leaking, so I took it to a Mini Cooper dealer because not many mechanics work on European cars. This go round it is going to be $1200 to fix and they still aren't sure if it will fix it. So far I'm paying just over 1/4 of the purchase price of the car to make it drivable. So obviously I'm irritated at this point, I know a salesman's job is to sell the car but I asked you personally and I was just lied to, and it wasn't a small issue. So obviously they have stopped responding because the young person they thought they could take advantage of figured out there was something really wrong with the car. Remember the other car they parked in the spot where my mini was before I got back? Yeah they put that there so that I couldn't see the oil that leaked out of the mini and I wish I knew at that time. I was looking through the glove box and found the receipts from the previous owner complaining of a large oil leak, and it said the customer declined to have it fixed and now I know why! This whole experience is shady and unprofessional. I had $4800 to my name and absolutely had to get a car to get back home because my old car I brought there wouldn't make it back, and they knew that and flat out lied to my face. So now I have to decide if I can even afford to fix the car or if I'm gonna be forced to sell and be without a car. I'd give my salesman 5 stars for being kind but after everything I found out and then ghosting me I would give it 0 stars. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALER, ONLY BUY NEW. read more

What a great experience we had with Busam Nissan. We worked with Ronnie, the sales manager, and he couldn't have been nicer! He knew that this was a big purchase for us and he encouraged us to take our time and ask lots of questions. The more we talked to Ronnie, we experienced that "peace that passes all understanding". We just knew we would be taken care both during and after the sale, and that has certainly been the case. The day we bought the car, we were delighted to learn that part of Busam's service was to teach us the ins and outs of our new car. A gentleman named Chad spent 30 minutes going through the important features and even provided us with his personal cell phone number to call him at home if we needed additional help. We had an appointment to have our car treated with a special weatherproofing agent a few days after we drove it home. It turned out my mom had a stroke and I had to quickly head to PA. My husband was close by and he drove to the dealership to cancel the appointment. Our salesman, Ronnie, met with my husband and they prayed for my mom. Such a kind gesture! Another great thing about their service department is that they requested that we brought our car back after 1000 miles to make sure we were totally satisfied and that the car was performing to its maximum efficiency. We are very satisfied with this car and with our entire experience with Busam. Best car purchase ever! read more

I should have read the reviews before I went there. i never would have darkened their doorway. I took a test drive of a new Rogue and the salesman was showing me all the features. He was very keen to show me how the backup camera works. My car is quite old and has no camera. I do not usually back into parking spaces but he assured me it was easy. He showed me that I was getting too close to the car to my right and so we adjusted for that. But he didn't show me that I was getting too close to the wall behind me. I didn't hear the audible warning signal either (which I can hear very clearly in my 2000 car). Apparently it was turned down. I can't believe I fell for trusting the salesman. I went in for a maintenance appointment and from the second I pulled up I was greeted by friendly staff. I had recently purchased my car and the gentlemen that was taking care of me pulled up all the history and could tell I was interested so he showed me all that had been done and helped me understand things I didn't know about. He was so friendly and helpful. Their waiting room is set up very nicely and fully stocked with delicious free drinks like Lattes and Cappuccinos. I was even offered to take one of their cars if I didn't have time to wait. I opted to wait and was shown all the amenities, I was even able to work from my laptop in their waiting room (free WiFi!) while they serviced my car, which didn't take long at all. When they were done they carefully went over everything with me very thoughtfully and honestly. Which was nice because other places I've gone to would just name a list of unnecessary things they would make me feel bad about if I didn't do them right away, but it's not like that at all here. Test drove a car here and told them my ballpark figure I was willing to pay.  Salesman was nice but sales/finance manager said he could not come close to my ballpark figure.  Said if my situation changes to check back with them.  It should be if their situation changes they check back with me.  I had given them my contact info and did not receive a courtesy call or email.  Next day went to another dealership and was able to purchase for close to $1,000 less. read more

Terrible customer service with a dishonest sense from the service group. I was in last week for a failed window and the female service adviser kept insisting they were doing me a favor by getting me in so quickly. All she wanted to do was up sell me on services, two which I did not need. My car is just now 2 years old and well taken care of, I should say my SUV, 2014 Platinum Pathfinder. Simply a dirty feeling came over me when She tried to sell me on brake rotors needing surfaced and brake fluid system flush. Mind you this is a 2 year old vehicle with 44, 800 miles on it. I think she must not have realized I am not stupid. I had 2 mechanics look at my SUV and it did not need service on rotors nor did it require a brake flush. I had my garage do the work Walt Luti in Lebanon, Ohio. Their rate was 150 cheaper and it was honest. read more

Do yourself a favor and do not use the service department at this dealership they are absolutely inept. Had my vehicle towed there because it would not start initial diagnosis was need to replace IPDM, after replacing the IP DM the service tech called me to let me know that he had good news my vehicle now had power but it still would not start. There was one simple problem with that my vehicle actually have power when I took it there so I gain nothing from getting the IPDM they then chose to place an engine control module on the vehicle. Told me the vehicle would be ready the next day when I call the next day they didn't inform me that the vehicle would now be 4 to 5 days because they had to order the part needless to say they never bothered to call me and tell me that I didn't find out until I call them after not being alerted that my vehicle would be ready. $1354 later I got the vehicle back after two days of them keeping it after the part came in because they still couldn't get it to run properly I drove the vehicle three days and then came out to the same exact problem vehicle not starting at this point the vehicle still has not been fixed and they are wanting to charge me now at least $350 to replace a starter absolutely incompetent read more

Shortly before our 2009 Nissan Rogue was out of warranty we took it to Busam to have them check out our transmission - the problem with the CVT transmission is plastered all over the internet and we were experiencing the same issue with a whining noise about 1 hour into a trip, plus the transmission would become sluggish and could not make it up the slightest incline. Busam said they couldn't find anything wrong, we got busy and put it on the back burner. Fast forward 1 year, we had an issue with the transmission when it slowed down to 50 mph and you could smell burning tranny oil - did not know if we would make it off the interstate safely but it got us home in one piece but we had to pull over and let it cool off first. I read online that Nissan was extending their warranty on the CVT transmission because of the problems with overheating, vibration etc... so I took it back to Busam, when I called to make the appointment I was very specific on why I was taking it in, what happened with the overheating transmission, and how I was aware Nissan had extended their warranty because of this issue. Received a call after 1 day saying the Rogue was ready and they took care of some miscellaneous recall, the person who called was not aware that it was taken in for transmission repair. I make it very clear the truck would have to be test driven and was told they would check it out again. I had to call them to find out the status and was told there was nothing wrong with the transmission, when asked if they test drove it I was told no. I don't know if this is a fraud started by Nissan so they don't have to make good on a bogus "token" extended warranty or if this is an extremely lazy and inept service department. It makes no sense that this dealer is well aware of the defect with the CVT transmission and blatantly avoided taking care of it not once but twice. We now have a vehicle that cannot be driven out of state or over 1 hour, and do not know who will step up to take care of it even though the warranty was extended because Nissan was aware of the problem. I would NOT have my bicycle repaired at this place. read more

Be forewarned if you take your Nissan here for the airbag recall: I have had multiple people at this dealership assure me that the airbag recall "is not dangerous." Why would they tell consumers this dangerous and inaccurate message? I had to store my car while waiting on the airbag to become available. I drove my car up the morning of the scheduled repair-everything was working fine. After the repair, my turn signal no longer turns off when I correct the wheel. They are adamant that this is "just a coincidence" and has nothing to do with the replaced airbag and that the fix will cost $350. This service department is inept, unable to accurately diagnosis and will not own up to their mistakes. My brother who is a mechanic took a look and found exactly what they did wrong. I called Consumer Affairs and they could not have cared less. Nissan has done a wonderful job at convincing me to never by another Nissan again. If you have the misfortune of needing your airbag replaced, do not use this dealer for this or any other repair!!!!!!! read more

My Review Of Busam Nissan Motor Sales: I went to Bussam Nissan for a grind in 5th gear in my 370Z. At first they seemed happy to help. After the service manager found out that my warranty was about to run out everything changed. He gave me so many excuses as to why 5th gear kept grinding that it was laughable. Everything from "nothing is wrong with this car", "It's a tick of the 370", "Your shifting wrong", "Your not pushing the clutch down all the way",ect. With the service manager in the car I pushed the clutch to the floor and held it there and shifted back and forth between 5th and 6th. Every time it went into 5th it ground. He told me "Nissan doesn't want me putting transmissions or engines into cars that are about to go out of warranty". I told him I was going to call Nissan. He was not happy with me after that and pretty much handed me my keys and walked off. Within 50 miles my rev match quit working in 5th gear and the grind got much worse. I got a 2nd and a 3rd opinion. Both said the synchronizer in 5th gear was going out. Kings Nissan put a new transmission in my car and I could not have asked to be treated better. They were great. As for Bussam Nissan though, I will never step foot on their lot again. Neither will my family, friends, or the people I work with. I am going to go out of my way to let everyone I can know how Bussam does business. All I can say is stay away from this dealership. read more

Worst car dealership I have ever experienced. I do not recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. Went to lease a vehicle that I already knew the exact specifications of prior to walking into the dealership (identified specific vehicle from Nissan inventory online). It took over 10 hours across 2 days to finalize the paperwork and get out of the dealership with the car. Mike Sames convinced me to stay an extra couple of hours so I could sign the paperwork on the first day and then just have to pickup the car on the 2nd day. When I arrived in the afternoon of the 2nd day (car was being brought from another dealership and not arriving until the afternoon), the Finance Manager said my paperwork from the previous day was done incorrectly and needed to be reworked. The Finance Manager had all day to fix the paperwork, but apparently decided customer time is not valuable and waited until I arrived. When I asked about the lease terms, monthly payment, and any fees I would owe, they indicated the disposition fee is part of my first and fees payment that I was making that day. Turns out, the disposition fee is on the backend of the lease in the event you don't get a new lease on the completion of the current lease. They are incompetent at what they do and do not conduct business in good faith. I almost walked away from the lease of that car, but they convinced me to stay by offering 2 years of free oil changes. I have used 1, and will never use another because I don't trust anything about Busam Nissan. Do yourself a favor and buy from another Nissan dealership in the area because your experience cannot be worse than the experience provided by Busam Nissan. read more
