Stopped in Saturday 2-21 to look at an advertised 2025 F-150 that I had inquired about a few weeks ago but was told wasn't available because of an outstanding recall. I was thrilled and had them work up a "deal". They came back with a final price that included a bunch of extras some of which the sales manager said were nonnegotiable. I inquired about one of those and he couldn't even explain what the benefit was to the customer. Then to add more insult he appraised my trade in at $2500 when two other dealers offered $5000 more. He said the 4WD unit was out as the reason when I've been driving through heavy snow over the last 4 weeks. The final result was a price that was nearly $12,000 more than the advertised price and within $500 of the full MSRP for a leftover 2025 with $5000 in Ford rebates! If you want to buy a vehicle from this lot, good luck because they clearly don't care about your safety. They only care about selling a car. Test drove a car and the brakes need to be replaced. Rotors included. The sales manager tried to tell us that it was the tires, and also tried to say that the rear brakes only engage about 20% of the time that that could not possibly be a problem. Also tried to tell us that the price that the vehicle is set at is considering the defects that need to be addressed. This is a safety issue. Do not buy a vehicle with a safety issue! It's quite evident they didn't care all they wanted to do was sell the car no thank you. Not worth the 90 minute drive to test drive. read more

I am a lifetime Ford customer who has lived all over the country. This is the absolute worst ford dealership I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. They screwed up my financing deal, didn't link a purchased warranty to my vehicle, and the service dept is the most unprofessional staff I have come across at any dealership. The service manager Steve Rucker is a weird insecure little man who comes out of his tiny office trembling with anger and refuses to have any sort of logical or cordial conversation. I called for an 8:00 service to change my oil. when I arrived I was told there was no scheduled appointment on the books. I was told I could wait for 3 hr and maybe they could fit me in. I asked here about my warranty but she had no answers. I said I'd wait. while waiting I was able to show here my confirmation 6 days earlier I received by text confirming my time was scheduled. it appears that all the people waiting in that service area had been there a long time. I have waited 2.45 minutes and still my vehicle is not finished my oil change. I was originally told my service would be first in line at 8:00. they couldn't even find me on the schedule. poor service. read more

I'm dropping a star because of poor communication. In the weeks following my lease buyout, I have tried several times to contact the finance department. I have left numerous voice mails with no return. Oftentimes, I call, and an operator doesn't answer, so the phone rings until the call is disengaged into a busy signal. It's been 3.5 weeks, and I've yet to receive any title information. This may not be at the fault of Kerry Ford, but it would be nice to speak to someone about it and ask questions. Went here to get my new used car checked out, they said they'd be able to do it the next day after I made my appointment, well it kept getting longer and longer, ended up taking a week until the mechanic could even look at my car. Then it kept taking longer to order the parts in, ended up taking 3 weeks for something that should have taken maybe a week. When I got the car back I was cleaning it off (they don't clean it for you), and noticed a tiny chip in the windshield, (the mechanic should've noticed) and when A day after I got it back, boom the check engine light went on, I called and like usual no one picked up so I left a voicemail, no one has gotten back to me, ended up spending 3k on replacements at this place and can't even get a call back. read more

I had never visited this dealership before. However, I saw a car online that was similar to another car at a different dealership. I decided to check it out. They even let me test drive the car. But they are not very honest and lack basic integrity. The salesman recommended that I make a specific offer, which was lower than the listed price. He told me what to offer, which was about $2,000 less than the listed price on the website. I thought it was weird that the salesperson was directing me where to begin negotiations. Based on the miles on the car, the year of the car and the fact that it had been in an accident, I offered $1000 less than what he directed me to offer. He went to talk on to whomever I guess is supposed to approve the deal and came back and offered me the original price of the car at the listed price. He claimed that based on othercars listed in Carfax that it was a great deal and that was the best deal. Now help it makes sense. He told me to offer $2000 less, than the internet price; but came back and offered me the listed price. What kind of sense does that make? He didn't even honor the price he recommended me. He essentially offered me the car for $2000 less than listed; then raised the price by $3000 when I offered only $1000 less than what he offered me . What kind of sense does that make? Was it because I am a woman? He failed to honor the price he offered me. He claimed he didn't have authority, but he is the one that suggested the lower price to begin with. If a salesperson offers me a price, I should be able to rely on that offer believing that they have the authority to make that offer. Are they running a game or just dishonest. if I had checked the ratings first, I would've never wasted my time. I appreciated their allowing me to take it on an extended test drive, which helped me to thoroughly evaluate the car's performance, but their dishonesty overshadows all else. read more

On 6/14 we had a 2017 Ford Transit that broke down and needed to be towed to Kerry. Unfortunately, we were told we needed a new engine (about 3 months after we needed to replace the transmission at a another service center). Spent over $9K on the new engine. We got the car back a month later on 7/14. On 7/16 the check engine light came on and were told we had a bad purge valve. It was not in stock and on a major backorder with Ford and it could be months before we could get it - I totally understand this in todays current state. On 7/21 we found the valve online and ordered the OEM part which would take a couple weeks for $200. While waiting for the part to arrive, on 7/29 the car wouldn't start and we needed to jump it. On 8/4 the car wouldn't start and needed a jump. We took the car to an auto parts store who tested it and said we needed a new battery. On 8/8 we took it back to Kerry and replaced the battery for $340. On 8/9 we took the car back because the windshield wipers would not work. We were told it was a loose wire. At this point the purge valve had come in so they installed the purge valve and replaced a transmission shifter cable bushing that was a recall from Ford. Within 5 minutes of leaving the dealership, the wipers would come on and off randomly and could not be turned off. We took it back and were told we would need to spend $850 to replace both wiper motors. I researched what would cause this, and found this is a common problem after installing a new battery. Apparently there are a few steps that need to be done to fix the problem not related to replacing the wiper motors. I called in and spoke to a representative that told me this could have nothing to do with their repair and it had to be the wiper motors. Enough is enough. I work in a service industry (HVAC). This is the type of runaround you get when you go with the "low bid". I am fine with paying for a professional to do a job the right way the first time. Either the technicians need additional training or this is a money grab. When you spend close to $10K in out of pocket expenses and haven't had a car for close to 60 days, you expect more. Side note if you're still reading - I have purchased (3) Escapes, (2) Transits, (1) F250 Super Duty, (1) E350, and (1) GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 since 2015. Three of the vehicles were purchased at Kerry. It is very clear to me they do not care about my business and I highly doubt they will care about yours. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership. 1 star is too kind. Dishonest about their financing and wanted me to put 1/3 down, saying that's how the banks operate (first time I've ever heard that). They wouldn't move forward unless I signed their document stating I would commit to purchasing it if they reached the payment I was looking to obtain. I refused and left. The rep was decent but the Sales Manager is sleazy. I didn't like the open areas where other people can hear your financial details. Meanwhile the rest of the sales reps are up at the counter discussing who they're going to play in their fantasy football league or what pizza they're going to order. I dont reccomend. On Monday I called about a minivan they had for sale. They sales person sent me videos of the van. I explained to the sales person I have 2 disabled children and one is in a wheelchair so that is why I needed the videos. After recieving videos and car fax and getting all my questions answered I committed to buying the van. This was Wednesday. I put $500 down for and started paperwork with Finance dept. I told them I would be paying cash and did not need financing. I was pressured to buy an extended warrenty package. 3 times I refused. They took my Social # and how to titile my van. Told me they were overnight me papers to sign. Talked to them again on Friday before the lunch hour and the deal was still going thru. So I was making arrangement to pick up the van. I was in the market to buy a brand new 2018 Ford F-150 Raptor (which I did buy, just happened to be from Beechmont Ford- GREAT SERVICE AND SALES TEAM!). My experience and series of events with Kerry Ford as follows: I saw they had what I was looking for and decided to go check it out. I let them know I would be in that day to further check it out... I stopped by during lunch time and the truck was all the way in the back. I drove around looking for it and finally got out and was looking at it. Nobody in sales came to greet me, etc. So I went ahead and called them. I told them that I was there onsite looking at the truck and they said "oh yeah, I can see you out there", do you want me to get the keys?- ummm yeah- that would be the logical next step... I continue to wait 15 mins and still nobody came out to even greet me. So I called the number again... This time a lady picked up and I asked about the guy trying to find the keys. She put me on hold. Then, the call dropped after I was on hold for minutes. Not even sure the status of anyone at that point. I walked into the sales office 200 yards away and the sales team were all in their seats (no customers) and I still have yet to be even greeted. I put my hands up and finally someone came over to me and at that time I noticed two guys going through a drawer of keys. I said "Yeah, I am looking at the Raptor out there". They told me they were having a hard time locating the keys. I get that, but I mean TELL ME THAT. They should have sent someone out there in the meantime letting me know that. After waiting forever and about to leave, they found the keys. As we went out to test drive it, it only had 1 mile to empty. So we had to fill up, no big deal... Then took it for a drive- I highly considered purchase and upon return the sales guy "Chris" asks if I am ready to buy- I replied "Let's see the best deal". He said the best price was on the door... I don't think so, even if they knocked SOMETHING off- I probably was going to buy... He printed off the same price that was on the door and I was getting ready to leave but he insisted on meeting his Sales Manager Keith. I met him and said I would continue to shop around if there is a better deal somewhere. I DON'T THINK THEY WANTED TO SELL A TRUCK HONESTLY. After further thought in my day, I decided to call them. I asked for Chris (ready to purchase) and it went to a busy tone after I was being "connected". Could not get through to him! I called back and asked for Keith... It went to a Voicemail for LANE?... I left a message and told them to call me. They didn't return my call! I even went as far as getting on their website and talking to someone telling them to call me about the truck... No further contact was made to me until Thursday of last week. (I bought my new Raptor the Friday before). Overall, I don't think this dealership has a good process in Sales or Customer Service. I hope this finds the right "set of eyes" and they improve on these things in the future. Better luck to them in the future because I have a fleet of 65+ Trucks - if only they could have made a fraction of the impression Beechmont Ford made (on top of the fantastic deal they made me), they would have a lot of business in the future.... Worst experience of our lives. Will recommend NEVER buying from this dealership. We purchased a 2018 diesel truck. We pointed out issues (like the headlight falling out) and the manager did not care at all. He was extremely rude, spoke to us like dirt. Andrea was great, which is why we ended up making the purchase. At 100 miles, the check engine light came on. We pulled code and it's for a MAJOR emissions error in the fuel systems, a several thousand dollar fix. We cleared code and it popped on right at 100 miles again. They knew this issue, and cleared code before we got there to hide the issue and did not disclose issue to us. We called immediately, and have been trying to get a call back for months now and they have refused to return any of our phone calls. Do not buy there!!! read more

The service department will lie to you. Stay away from here! I took my Ford in for a slow coolant leak. They diagnosed it, needed a new water pump. After the replacement I noticed maybe a week after that coolant was low again(slow leak still). So I called they said bring it back in "our work is guaranteed for 2 years." So I did, and they diagnose it was a leak in a new area (coolant connector). I thought to myself well that's fine they'll take responsibility for not fixing it in the first place. Wrong, They claim it was unrelated, although they never fixed the problem in the first place! That's a bold face lie. So I canceled all repairs. Picking the car back up they still charged $120 for diagnosing my car even tho they lied and got it wrong on the first go around. Other frustrating practices, they don't answer the phone a lot. Don't count on them calling you back. Have called Adam the service department manager and no answer or call back. Do not give this service center your money. They're borderline criminal. read more

I was waiting to see how things were going to play out before I left a review but after a week of calling just about every day and being passed around it it pretty clear that Kerry Ford does not care about customer satisfaction and I feel this review is fitting. There were so many red flags that went down during our car buying process and I wish we could go back in time and have walked away. However we didn't and are paying the consequences. Here's a list of things that have made dealing with Kerry a less than enjoyable experience.... they kept pressuring us to run our credit when all we asked for was an idea of payment options (something that none of the other dealerships we went to had a problem doing). Would not listen when we said we did not want their car paint service or whatever it was they were trying to tack on for like $1300. It took literal hours to get to the point where we were actually signing papers and then they messed it up so we had to drive 40 min back the next day to sign papers again! The car they sold had a crack in the windshield (that was covered by one of their stickers that we didn't see until we were driving off the lot). The AC vents in the back didn't work and even after a week of calling they still have not worked with us on fixing the windshield or the vents. If they are waiting on an outside company to assist with the needed repairs, then wonderful, but how hard is it to give me a simple call to communicate that?! Every time they said they were going to call me, they haven't and then when I do call to follow-up they sound annoyed and act like it's someone else's fault. Aside from the salesman (Joe), everyone else was awful to deal with. They asked me to do the online price eval tool, saying that is where they would start (and they "badly needed trades!" (lol)) and then offered me less than half of that when I got there. It took 6 hours to buy a car, 5 of which were spent waiting on financing. Hmm, Kerry Ford...where to begin, and end. My process of purchasing a 'new' vehicle could not have been any worse, from the uninformed, sleazy salespeople to the signing of documents and finally escaping with my purchase, took hours of waiting and being lied to. I think their tactic is to wear the customer down until they submit or die of exhaustion. On top of all that, the 'new' vehicle delivery wasn't clean inside or out, and messy! You know the old sayings, 'nothing like experience' or 'live and learn'... My advice is to hopefully find a reputable dealer elsewhere, because as the other old saying goes, 'you get what you pay for'. Now that my blood pressure has finally gone back to normal, and I fixed all of the unresolved vehicle issues, the only conclusion I can make is (and this is from an 'oldtimer') that something has changed in this country and I can't figure out what happened, but I think it has to do with integrity, which seems to be in short supply. We worked with a salesperson who seemed very helpful at first, but in reality pointed us toward a truly misrepresented used car. According to our mechanic--who looked over the car before we made a decision to buy or not buy--we were about to spend $6,000 on a car that was worth about $1,000. We were shown repairs that would have totaled about $3,500, excluding all the body work. CarFax did not show the truth about the car, either: CarFax showed no accidents. In reality, the car we looked at had clearly been in a "bad accident" (again, according to a mechanic we have worked with for decades) and put back together "all wrong." Kerry Ford doesn't have the reputation they might like to have in selling used cars and with good reason. If cars are put up for sale at unreasonable prices, either the salespeople are unethical (and part of the problem) or they are lied to as well. Some level of pre-inspection is be expected so that others don't experience this as well. read more

I went to Kerry excited to purchase my first car after I graduated college. I was so excited to spend my very hard earned money on something really nice for myself. I found a great car, spent five hours at the dealership test driving and signing contracts. Today I was going to bring in my promissory note from the bank I was financing through, and pick up my car! Until I was told there had been "a mix up" and they had sold the car out from underneath me already. A car who's price I did not low ball and agreed to pay exactly what they were asking. I understand that everyone is in it to make a buck so I'm not even angry about the fact that they sold it anymore. I just genuinely cannot wrap my mind around why these people didn't have the decency to give me a call and let me know they had an offer/were selling the car I had just signed for until I was about to come get it. My contract stated that I had 5 days to submit financing (which I was well within). Manager Keith wouldn't even look at or speak to me during the deal. He directed all questions to my father after I told him multiple times that I was the one purchasing the car. I get I might look like I'm 12, but next time you might want to think about speaking to the person who is giving you the money. Today he tried to blame the failed deal on my dad not letting him pull my credit... which is interesting considering, again, my father was not the one purchasing the car. It was never once explained to me that if they didn't pull my credit I could lose the car. It is also not found anywhere on the contract, I would have been more than happy to put a deposit down to secure my purchase. I was told they thought I was bringing in my promissory note Monday, and when I did not they thought I was no longer interested. Which is really funny considering I emailed and called my salesman Monday and Tuesday to let him know I'd be picking it up today and I received no answer. Like I said, I'm no longer angry they sold the car, I'll chalk that up to me not being more suspicious of the salesmen and trusting contracts that say "I confirm this is the mileage of the vehicle at date SOLD" and "thank you for your PURCHASE". I am proud to say I was raised by two very hardworking parents who taught me the importance of understanding finances. I have worked as many hours as I was legally allowed since I was 15, and worked full time during college to put myself through the classes I was simultaneously attending. I have an excellent credit score which has allowed me to acquire multiple student loans without a single co-signer. All of which I have never made a late, or even a minimum, payment on. This experience just made me that much more grateful that I was raised to be more adult than any of Kerry's managers 20+ years my senior. ***In an effort to be transparent they did offer me another deal.... at a sale price that was $4,000 more than the car I purchased Saturday. Cincinnati is home to at least fifteen Ford dealerships, and I checked out every last one of them before purchasing my "baby" (2006 Mustang) at Kerry Ford in Springdale. It's hard enough to find an in-demand car (after the new Mustang body-style was introduced the cars were selling like hot-cakes in Cincy) at a reasonable price when you're an adult, but try being a recent high-school graduate. I visited every Ford dealer in the area in an attempt to find a salesperson that would a) take me seriously and b) not try to convince me that "everyone pays the sticker price." I finally found what I was looking for at Kerry Ford in Tri-County. The sales staff was both friendly and accommodating and within two hours of getting to the dealership I had purchased a gorgeous, bright blue, 2006 Mustang at a price that was considerably less than other dealers had tried to offer me. My car wasn't actually on the lot; Kerry Ford had located the wheels I wanted in Louisville, Kentucky. I was disappointed at this, I wanted the immediate gratification of driving away in my new car...but the salespeople assured me they would have it at the dealership within 24 hours. I picked up my baby less than 16 hours later and have been wholly satisfied with it ever since. read more

This entire nightmare started at Kings Ford and I only when to Kerry because they were closer. They are all in this thing to drain as much money from the consumer for service. They have fine explanations as to what's wrong with you vehicle but it appears every word they use costs you more. What started out as a tune up and some recall work has now cost me over $2000 because each time I took my truck to these thieves they insisted that it was something they didn't see initially, yet my initial bill was $1300.00. Its as if no one at their establishments' can make a mistake, so if your car has a problem after they repair it, it must be something you did because they don't make mistakes. I never had anything done to this truck that they don't have a record since the day I bought it, now all of the sudden every issue with this so called "Certified Used/Per-owned" vehicle cost me money. I will never do business with Ford again, if I'm able to unload this truck which up until they began to work on it was very reliable. I was told we would have a hard time finding any dealership that does that anymore. Last thing Kings told us was there was nothing left to fix, these cars are just like that. Now that everything is done, I can post my personal experience with Kerry Ford on West Kemper Road, Cincinnati. On March 2018 we went in to trade two cars, one a 2017 Ford Escape SE and the other that was left to my husband by his father that had passed away in February 2018. Both my husband and his father's name were on the title to the 2016 KIA. We found a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. We talked to a salesman there at Kerry Ford and told him we had two cars to trade in. He asked if we had the title to the KIA and the death certificate for his father. We handed him both. He looked at both and said, let me see what we can do. The salesman took the documents to the back and within about 15 minutes or so the salesman and another guy came out and said they could do the deal with both cars since my husband's name was also on the title of the KIA. So we signed the paperwork for the new car and we were told they would take care of the transfer of both titles of the trade in of the Escape and KIA. They sold the trade in of the Escape within about 3 weeks there bouts. The KIA still sat on the used car lot. Fast forward five months and we get a call from Lucas Flannery of Kerry Ford asking about the situation of the title for the KIA. I called Lucus Flannery back after speaking with my husband asking why they would be calling us regarding the title to the KIA when we were told that they would take care of getting the KIA title transferred over to them. After several calls back and forth with Kerry and speaking to Lucus Flannery and Lane Taylor in person and being told by Lane Taylor that they should not have done the deal that day and Lucas admitting they dropped the ball on the title. Mine you they have had the title to the KIA this whole time. We were contacted by an Attorney for Kerry Ford stating they were taking us to court for being deceptive! US BEING DECEPTIVE? Long story short, we will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Kerry Ford ever again. They are nothing short of being deceptive in the way they sell cars and take trade ins. Even if this would have gone to court, they would have lost because there are rules and regulations that car dealerships have to follow in order to sell cars. That day, there were people involved that seen an opportunity in making money with two cars being traded in and no regard to rules and regulations. They should have seen that in the state of Ohio there has to be three little letters next to the name on the title that the car goes to. It's called Survivorship. Knowing they were NOT next to my husband's name on the title they did the deal anyways knowing realistically they couldn't and shouldn't do the deal but they did.
