When my car still wouldn't start, he invited me in to keep warm and comfortable while I wait things out. The team must've been aware of my failed jump, because as soon as I walked it, I was welcomed with a warm hello from the team. Warren especially was kind, we offered me a hot cup of coffee, a comfortable couch and ESPN on the TV. I felt like I was keep warm in a logged cabin while I waited for my husband to come my car rescue. Stuart and team were generous with their space. Needless to say, this shop will go above and beyond for you. I will be shopping at High Country Outfitters for all future gifts for my husband- they have all his favorite brands and out of this word customer service!

In the early days, I would get $20-$30 back from my purchases because I was always stocking up. It's a great loyalty program. Today I bought replacement hiking shoes and a new item - water purification tablets! The store has a new layout so I also took some time to see how they switched things around. And if you can't find what you're looking for, ask someone because they can order it for you and have it shipped to your home.
