Took my car here after an accident, and when you first go in everything is wonderful and everyone…read moreis very friendly. The problem is when you get the car back. My bumper was fixed, painted, and buffed but it was done very unprofessional and lazily. The bumper and fender was left with buffing streaks all over to which they responded to just wipe with a rag. They didn't bother to cover the rest of the truck when painting, and I was left with paint splatters all over my windshield, doors, and hood. When I called they said to run it through a car wash, but it didn't work. When I took it back they told me they couldn't do anything and to take it to a detailer. They stated that they didn't do detailing services there and I asked how they buffed the bumper and fender when fixed and left it with streaks in the first place if they didn't detail, but they didn't have an answer. The whole staff was very rude after I received my car. Seems like they just wanted to milk the insurance for as much money they could and be done with it, but didn't care about customer satisfaction.
