Damage was severe enough that the car had to be towed. Fortunately, no one was injured. Fast forward roughly four weeks and I reclaimed my car today. It was exactly what I expected: impeccably repaired with a paint job--thanks to master painter and WBS owner Danny Avalos, Jr.--that matched the original finish perfectly. The entire team was kind, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. Even though my insurance didn't cover a rental, they coordinated everything with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and helped me get a great deal.
