The driver was able to use his flatbed to jack up the front of my car and, with effort, remove the damaged undercarriage piece so I could drive my car! Not only was my Saturday afternoon saved, but I was spared a hefty repair bill and the inconvenience of being without a car. Price was extremely reasonable and driver was super polite and friendly. My special thanks to Daniel Tucker for the best service I have ever received from a Sales rep.. and I have bought over 30 cars in my life time.. Most dealerships, wash their hands of a customer, once the car is sold, stating, you bought the car As-Is, however Napleton Maserati made sure to make it right, even with the small issue we noticed after the sale was done. I am from California, so realistically Napleton did not have to do anything, or could have simply said, it was an act of god or delivery company that caused it. But again, they did not let me down.. And for that, they get a A+ from this Marine Veteran ~ and if you are an out of state buyer, I recommend using their delivery company, b/c they warranty and guarantee your car will be delivered as promised in the pictures or videos they will send you, or they will cover any possible issues that a delivery company may have caused (if you use the delivery company they have). I used my own delivery company, and I regret it.. ~ however, instead of playing the blame game, Napleton service and sales managers reviewed the cars service record, and made it right for me.
