I can't recommend this place enough. My bra size isn't found in most stores so trying to find something that fit and that I liked has often been really difficult. This makes the whole bra shopping process pretty miserable, that is, until my friend told me about Bras Galore. I have worked with Heather twice, and each time has been just wonderful. Since I've had such a tough time finding bras that fit in the past, bra shopping has usually been frustrating and upsetting. They give you a proper measuring and bring you tons of options, and help you determine what you're looking for and what works (and doesn't). My first trip to bras galore was amazing. I worked with Kiana. Since the pandemic my weight has gone all over the place. I didn't know what size I was. Kiana worked with me for a nice amount of time. I purchased 3 amazing bras with a great fit. I'm a mom that breast fed for six months. So- support is critical now that my baby is 17. On my second trip to the shop I brought my cousin. She had the same issue- did not know her size. During this visit Chasidy took wonderful care of us. She went back and forth between fitting rooms - giving us both individual attention. First off, let me start by saying I've never before written a review for a store where I didn't end up buying anything--let alone giving it five stars. Bra shopping generally borders on a tear-inducing experience for me and, while I can't say I precisely enjoyed it this time either, I was wowed by the exceptional service and selection--the latter of which I rarely encounter at my size. I was fitted by Cheyanne, who then spent the next hour bringing me bra after bra to try and updating her selections based on my feedback. When I first walked into the store I was welcomed right away. The woman who helped me, Cheyenne, was amazing. She fitted me, brought in a few styles to determine my size - she nailed it on the first try- and then asked about the look I was going for. She must have brought in over 40 bras to help me get a good picture of what they have in my size. I ended up buying 6 bras and some underwear. However, I wanted to order a few more items and have them shipped. There is a shipping charge which I asked to have waved, given the items were not in stock and the size of the order. I was told the owner is NOT flexible on this - it's a $9 charge btw. Rather than ordering, I asked if the owner could call me when she's in the store next to discuss. The manager onsite, Heather, told me the owner would not call me. It was likely that she'd relay any message through her team. Any owner of a small business that can't take time to speak to her customers is really disappointing. While I enjoyed the selection and help, I'm glad I purchased everything I'll need for a while as I'm not likely to go back. read more

UPDATE: I wanted to update my review because after a couple of months, I am very unhappy with the bras I purchased. Despite having the extenders for the bands, both are still very tight, and I haven't gained any weight. They haven't stretched out the way the salesperson told me they would. And now that I have the bands extended, the straps and cups don't fit right. Because of how poorly they fit, I am getting pain in my rib cage and sides where the bras cut in. I've tried many different hooks and strap lengths, but I can't seem to make them comfortable. The biggest bummer is that I spent so much money on them that I can't afford to buy more bras right now, and I'm not sure what size I would even get if I did because their sizes are different than at regular stores. In general, I'm very unhappy with the two bras I got and I can't take them back. I left two stars on this review because the salespeople were really nice. OLD REVIEW: I finally had it the other day and decided I needed to buy new bras. I'm so happy I came here. Heather was really friendly when I came in and helped me right away. She took my measurements and talked to me about the kinds of bras I like. She brought me an array of styles in a size I didn't even know I should be wearing. I was amazed at how well her recommendations fit and how nice they looked. I decided on two, but they wrote down all my preferences so it will be easy to shop for more next time. They recommended I wear the bras at home with the tags on before making a final decision because you can only do an exchange with the tags still on. After wearing one for a couple of hours, I realized it was a little too tight. I went back the next day, and they allowed me to get a bigger size and also gave me bra extenders for both. Again, they were really friendly and nice. Normally I wouldn't pay too much for bras, but that's probably why I never had one that fit right. I love a well-run, efficient business, and bras galore is run very professionally. I was a first-time customer, and I didn't know my bra size. I came in to get a strapless bra for bridal gown shopping. I was taken back to the fitting rooms and fitted by Jemina. She then brought me a ton of strapless options, though honestly the first one I tried was perfect so I just went with it. The price ranges from $40-$100 per bra. The one I bought was $90, the most I have ever spent on a bra, but it made me look amazing and fit perfectly. The bra is finely made, and will do great on my wedding day. Staff seemed to have very high customer service skills and a passion for finding the perfect bra for each customer. Definitely worth the price tag for the quality and experience. This place is awesome! The ladies there are really helpful no matter what you're looking for. I've now been there several times and been helped by different employees each time. They've helped me find sports bras, pretty bras, and a swimsuit. I will be back! When I came in to buy a swimsuit in November, I picked out a bunch of things to try on and everything ended up missing the mark except one that the sales associate pulled which I never would have tried on otherwise. Although bra was purchased in September more than the four week window I did not pick it up until weekend of October 12. My friend can vouch for me she was there when i picked it up. I did not see anyone take the bra out of the paper and show it to me so that I could be a witness as to the state of the bra I will say it is my word against your employees. Going forward good policy to make sure customer looks at item before leaving store. Blue on bra as you describe is highly exaggerated I can bring it back for you to see. Seriously, this place is amazing! I was worried about getting a bra fitting for some time now, since I am transgender, and not everywhere has a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I immediately felt at ease with the person doing my fitting. I unfortunately cannot remember her name, but she was absolutely amazing! She measured me, and then came back with a few bras to make sure that the sizing was correct, and then brought in a few different selections in my size. I never felt out of place, and I felt extremely comfortable, which is more than I could have ever imagined! The consultants who helped me were very nice and prompt. Very friendly and helpful without being pussy or making me feel like I needed to buy anything. She did a bra fitting first, which was very much needed. I also love how they bring you bras they think would fit you. Seeing pictures of their vast selection seemed overwhelming, but I was able to try multiple styles until I found the perfect fit. I initially stopped by with the intention to buy two bras, but ended leaving with four bras and two pairs of pantries. So happy with all my purchases, I can't wait to stop by this summer to shop for more. They were also able to save the size and name of a bra I tried to my account so I can purchase it later. BEWARE. This place does not give refunds. They will tell you verbally that you have 30 days "to bring it back" if you change your mind. They have NO SIGNS POSTED and the "exchange only" policy is written in tiny print on the receipt they give you AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. Very shady business policy and they know it, hence the vague verbal language and complete lack of signage. At no time during the fitting or at checkout did they EVER say there were no refunds. Most above board shops clearly state their refund policy in signage above the register and reiterate BEFORE THE TRANSACTION. Saying you can bring it back implies refund, not exchange. Also just read in another review that credits "expire" after a period of time. How does a credit expire when you paid cash? This must be illegal. Gift cards used to do this but it was outlawed. This place is SHADY. Also, if you are over size 40DD and looking for a bra without underwire, FORGET THIS PLACE. 99% OF THE SELECTION IS UNDERWIRE. Their selection of bras for well endowed women is seriously lacking. They showed me 10 bras total, including nursing bras because that's all they had. The salespeople are useless. You could go to the rack and get them yourself and be better helped. Bras with cups that are obviously too big or too small they will ask you if you like it instead of finding you something better. These women do not understand how to buy for or fit large breasted women if you aren't willing to rely on underwire. They act like something is wrong with you for preferring wirefree. My wife and I recently had a wonderful experience! We felt so welcome and accepted, with my wife commenting it was the best experience she has ever had shopping for bras. For myself, being a closeted trans woman (and very early in transition), being able to be treated like any other woman, and having the respect and patience for someone completely new to bra shopping, really put me at ease throughout our time. Kacey was very helpful and treated me as I assume she would treat any customer. She was professional, informative and went out of her way to make sure I was happy with what I chose. Rachel did a fantastic job making my wife feel like she was going bra shopping in Europe for the first time, having a wide selection to try on and choose and receiving helpful advice for what worked and wouldn't work. I've needed some new bras for quite a while, and decided to check this place out. When I drove past a few days ago I was intrigued, but wondered if the store would mainly be for maternity bras and women with huge boobs who need a special store. I, on the other hand, have the small and dainty variety that you would think would be easy to shop for (but somehow aren't). When I walked in, the sales associates told me how the store works. Basically, you fill out a questionnaire and then one of the associates sizes you and helps you shop. That sounded too in-depth to me-- why not just look around instead? They said that was fine too. I made my way over to the area with the size I normally wear, and was happy to see the huge selection (not typical, of my size). I soon became overwhelmed, however, because the selection was so immense. I realized it might make sense to backtrack and do things the way the sales associates described. So I filled out the questionnaire. I was impressed by the questions. Why yes, I do have a problem with bra straps falling down! The questions seemed to hone in on problems I didn't know I had. I started to see actually why I needed these sales associates and their expertise-- all these issues over the years with finding bras I like is what has had me wearing the same bras for years on end. In fact, what few bras I have were ordered online once I finally felt I had honed in on brands and sizes that work for me. The associate took me to one of the changing rooms and sized me. Interestingly, we found that I am currently between sizes. She told me confidently that based on what I was looking for, (semi padded, underwire but not poky, colorful) that she could bring me some in one size in brands that run small, and some in the other size for brands that ran large. I loved all the bras she came back with! I ended up buying two, due to budgetary considerations, but easily could have bought all of them. Needless to say, I have NEVER had the experience of finding multiple bras that fit me, are comfortable, and cute too! I thought the associate was really professional. Very informative about the products, but not overly chatty otherwise. She even informed me at one point that the bra she liked the most for me has the best silhouette for a tall, thin person such as my self, that wouldn't cause my breasts to look "overly spherical." Again, I hadn't articulated this as a concern, even in my brain, but she had somehow picked up on an important consideration. I can't wait to go back to bras galore! Finally, bras that fit! The staff was very, very helpful and knew that what I was wearing when I came in was not well fitted. I wore one of the new ones out of the store--what a difference. I have made purchases at several bra speciality stores, and they all seem to have the same return/exchange policies. Back in the "old" days, you could get excellent fitting at quality department stores. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. This is where speciality shops like Bras Galore come in. The down side is that their selection of a particular bra style is limited, requiring a special order. None the less, I'm happy because the girls are happy. I've knocked my review down to three stars: all the above is true. However, I ordered a bra that they didn't have in a color I wanted, pre-paid. It's been three weeks and the bra has still not arrived in the store to be shipped to me. I went online and found what I wanted, delivered within three days. What a wonderful resource! It cracks me up that even though I'm considered a pretty average size bra, I have the hardest time finding my size anywhere that's actually comfortable! When you visit the shop, they ask you to fill out some basic information about yourself and your needs, then they work with you and bring you every type of bra that could possibly work for you in every size (sometimes they go up or down depending on the brand) and color you could want. It's definitely the place to go if you hate having to a) search for your size, b) hate finding out that even when it is your size, it's not comfortable and there's some part that irritates you, and c) have ever wanted a little bit if help trying to figure out what size would ACTUALLY be most comfortable. As someone who worked at Victoria's Secret another lifetime ago, and thought I knew everything I needed to about bra sizing, I was completely wrong and was so happy when they not only properly sized me but also found me pieces that made every day of bra wearing (so basically every day of my life) that much more comfortable and enjoyable. HALLELUJAH! I happened across Bras Galore by accident and I am so glad I did because I have been struggling with finding a bra that fits for so long now. First I was measured and, as I suspected, have been wearing the wrong size. My band size went down a size and my cup size went up 3 sizes! PSA (especially for those busty ladies): YOU ARE PROBABLY WEARING THE WRONG SIZE. Get fitted. Obviously this made finding a bra that fit that much easier because I was looking for the right size. From there I found several bras that fit wonderfully and decided on one for now. I will likely be back in the near future to explore further. I was impressed with the selection at Bras Galore and the customer service. Buying a good bra is an important and potentially intimidating occasion. The staff was very helpful without being the least bit pushy. I felt they assisted wonderfully - combing through the choices quickly and getting me 2-4 good options with very low stress. I am a 36A and that can be a difficult size. I loved how they had a red tee shirt on hand that allowed me to see the bras underneath a tee as well as my blouse. Great selection-- note, you need to schedule an appointment because a fitter gets stuff from the back for you to try on. They're one of the only physical stores that carries my favorite brand (Ewa Michalak) in store, and their selection is top notch for small band/large bust folks. Good sports bra selection too, and I saw they have a lot of swim suits as well. Fitters are great and it's not too crowded because of the appointments and COVID precautions. What a wonderful store and staff! I just moved to the area not to long ago. In my previous location I had gotten into the habit of visiting specialty bra stores so that I can get the correct fit. I tried another one a month back and was not impressed. Then I found BRAS GALORE! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff and asked what was I looking for. The store was large, well lit, clean and organized.The young lady who helped me, Heather went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed.
