My movers were great! They were extra careful with all my furniture and the houses. They were also extremely affordable! Highly recommend!

I wish I could give -ve stars for this business. I hired them to move within the apartment complex from one unit to another with a promise that all the appliances will be in same condition as they are in original place. One of my TV LG OLED 65 inch was not turning on after the move and Carlos told me he will get it fixed and his men took my TV. Carlos did respond to my calls and texted that TV is being repaired but stopped answering my calls after few weeks. Even today after 3 months there is no news on my TV. When I called the Office of the State Comptroller and Office of the Secretary of State for Texas, I found out that there is no such business registered under the address or phone number provided in the Invoice (attached). Being naive I have even made the payment of $651 for the moving charges and gave away my TV. Do not trust these guys as they look bunch of con men. I am going to police station for registering a complaint against these guys. read more

We needed a large new vanity moved upstairs for a remodel but could not seem to find a company willing to come for less than $350 (they all had minimum hours). Completely understand. I needed to move a few pieces of furniture from Austin to Dripping Springs and return different ones back to Austin. Their bid was clear and there were no surprises as promised. Manny called on the way to the house to let me know they were stuck in traffic and hit the ground running when they did arrive. I was very pleased with their hustle and the care they took with my furniture. All I did was remove items from drawers and they packaged everything with great care. I hired busy bee for a large local move. My move was weeks away, so I had ample time to have different movers. Busy bee was always responsive. Initially had a challenge meeting, since they were doing an out of state move but when they showed up to perform the estimate and quote i got a good feeling they would be taking good care of my stuff. On the day of the move they arrived later than agreed, however, they had more people. The move took longer than estimated, but what was important was that they really handled everything with care. Since I hired them to do the packing and moving, the packing skills were crutial. Busy bee delivered! I had practically no breakage and everything was very well padded. While theytook lomger than expected, it was not sunstantial and the owner was making sure it was all done right. I would definitely hire them again for a local or long distance move! Everything was so easy with Busy Bee! I sent an inquiry online and received a response right away; I had some questions and they spent some time on the call explaining everything to me. On our moving day, Manny and Cam arrived right on time and did a walk through of our house so that they could see what we had and then figure what would get loaded first. Very slow, inefficient work. Half the crew was stoned most of the day. I was way over charged due to how slow, ineffective and inexperienced the team seemed to be. Carlos brought a 3 person team to our 3 Bedroom ,1800 sq Ft home and it was all packed up in 4 hours. We had it already boxed up. The broke down the beds. Took the TVs off the walls. They refused to send a quote, hard quote was asked for 3 times, on top of that I had to call the owner. Outwardly, he was cordial and told me what I was quoted was incorrect. And I said, now you know why I want a hard quote via email. The owner- Carlos said "no problem will get right on it", he even followed up to say he had my info and then blew me off. Davis, Manny, and Ismael were AMAZING. They moved us from our apartment that was on the third floor with no elevators in the heat and they did not stop moving the entire time. They were so efficient and really made sure to wrap everything up and keep it in the best condition. On top of that, they took apart all of our beds and reassembled them in our new place. They were extremely friendly and asked us where we wanted everything to be when they moved our stuff in. They laughed with us and didn't look at their phones or even eat the sandwiches we got them until after they completed the move. I cannot say enough good things about Busy Bee Moving and Storage. We needed someone to move some furniture and boxes from our home in Austin to our daughter's new apartment (also in Austin). I requested quotes through Yelp and the owner, Mario, quickly responded with all information in writing rather than asking me to call him (it bugs me when vendors do that -- if I wanted to call I would have called in the first place). I reached out on June 26th for a move the following weekend, and even with the July 4th holiday, Mario had availability July 1st, 2nd and 3rd. He was the only mover available on Sunday which was ideal for us. His pricing was less than others were quoting and his reviews were all 5 stars. Mario texted the evening prior to reassure me that they were set for our move the next day. D and Ismael arrived on time, were very polite, and immediately got to work.
