The driver lowered the lights and trail hitch down to sneak through a row entrance. The Durango was wedged in next to a post and unable to be moved out of neutral. Yet he was able to get it up on sleds and maneuver the vehicle around the post and our of a tight space surrounded by other cars and get it out. I could not have been more impressed.

That wasn't the case here, they squeezed me in to help me avoids the long drive back and forth and got my problems fixed, washed my car and put up with me and my kid hanging around in their garage while we waited(they were out of loaners otherwise they would have given me one). I will update…read morethe review once a resolution is proposed 6/3/22 My Range Rover was running fine when I drove it there for a check engine light that would come on intermittently, and have gotten several different stories from employees there. I was told it wouldn't start, it got rained on, then it would start but it had a blown head gasket, and I am now told it needs $20,000 worth of repairs? The same vehicle that I drove there and dropped off without issue is now totaled. Terrible customer service and shady business. I asked what was done to the vehicle while it was there because it ran perfect when I dropped it off, and nobody can give me any answer. I have repeatedly called and been told I would receive a call back from the service manager Danny and he never calls. I will be taking this up with BBB and small claims court I guess. Obviously I will advise everyone to avoid these guys at all costs.

They are a family business and are consistently honest, trustworthy, competent, and kind. I have brought six different vehicles here for many, many different conditions. Other repair shops NEVER produce anything but high estimates, but it is possible for K& K to find a $15 fix and all is done. When the big jobs inevitably arise, they are up to the task at a fair price.

i can't say enough good things about all night towing…read more i had called dave about a non running 1985 alfa romeo that i wanted brought to a shop. technically on a holiday. i called and asked when and if he'd be able to help. i called at 9am, dave showed up at 11am. i was amazed. dave backed the truck up perfectly up our narrow driveway, car went right up the flat bed, secured on, strap wrapped on to keep the loose hood from flying off and off they all went. met dave at the destination, again flawlessly backed the flat bed in the perfect location to be able to just push into the shop. personable, friendly, great service, top notch guy and seems to very much care about customer satisfaction highly recommended bonus points because it was pouring rain halfway through

Sixty minutes later he showed up and got the car started but it would not hold a charge. He brought a battery "just in case" but it did not fit properly, so Dave had to go back to where he got the battery from and took the dead battery out of my Kia to make sure the new one matched. He was back an hour later and installed the new battery and all was well. Dave is terrific...one of the nicest guys you'd ever want to meet. I kidded him how we all had towing service horror stories and that would not be in my future now that I have Dave on my speed dial. He is great in every way....and a big thank you to Dave for his patience and everything he went through to get me up and going.
