Large hefty portions for a great price point / expect to have leftovers for 2 days . Food is tasty and ambiance is nice . During warm weather there's a live band outdoors

I was out visiting people near Woodbury, and was really in the mood for Italian food. We decided to stop in at. Buteta's and were pleasantly surprised. the service, and the food were very good. Each dish was delicious and full of flavor. Another nice perk was that the prices were definitely cheaper than the surrounding Italian restaurants in the area and yet remained Quality food. it is a large restaurant with a good amount of seating and has a massive shared parking lot.

Came here with 4 other people on a Saturday at 6pm. If you do, definitely call and reserve a table. We were seated promptly as we decided to sit at the bar. Thr bar was a bit small but luckily, only 1 other patron. The ambiance was intimate, cozy with dim yellow lighting, soft music, and the football game on at the bar. It was initially busy but quieted down by 7:30 pm. The restaurant is situated inside a big parking area with lots of shops but plenty of parking. Let's get to the food! My aunt recommended this place and advised me to get the chicken meatballs. Sauce was plentiful, fresh stewed tomatoes with parmesan and burrata cheese. It was flavorful, basilly, and perfect to dip with a nice crust bread, which it came with. Oh, and when you sit down, they provide a mixture of warm breads, butter, and hummus (which was odd for an Italian spot but still good). We also had the seafood pasta in tomato sauce (good and fresh but nothing spectacular), grilled shrimp salad (fresh, citrusy and tangy), fettuccine with lump crab and scallop in Rosa sauce (I preferred this over the tomato sauce) and balsamic glazed salmon with lentils (didn't get to try). All in all, it's a great date night spot but may not be ideal for families with young children. Our server/bartender was very hospitable even though he was making drinks for everyone, regularly checked on us, refilled our drinks without being asked and was just a delight (even tried to change the channel for my 6 yo but I told him it was ok since other patrons probably wanted to watch the game.

This restaurant is my go to lunch spot with my team. We love their sandwich choices, they're all so good and it's all worth the price!

Food was average and the service was mediocre. We ordered the calamari to share, warm scallop salad, and chicken parmesan. The calamari was good but there was a piece of a steel wool scrubber in the appetizer. We told the waiter and was told by the man by the front that it would be taken off the bill. The entrees came out a little later and this is when we started missing our waiter. The warm scallop salad was average. I felt the scallops were a bit over cooked. My husband didn't have any complaints on the chicken parmesan but we waited 30 minutes to get the check. We had to ask another waiter for the check and a refill on our water. The man by the front desk printed the check out for us. We noticed the calamari wasn't taken off when we were told by the man that it would be.

It's not something I usually order since I normally like to try specials or different pasta dishes, but it was the perfect choice. We started with the fried calamari, and it was easily one of my favorite appetizers. If you're like me and love the tentacle pieces, you'll be happy because there were plenty! It was fried perfectly, and the marinara sauce had just the right amount of spice to give it an extra kick. To finish the meal, I ordered the tiramisu, and it was the perfect ending. It was moist, rich, and soaked just enough to give it that classic tiramisu flavor without being overpowering. Between the delicious food, the extensive menu, and the overall experience, Cosimo's is definitely a place I'll be coming back to. There are still so many dishes I want to try!

You can have it plain or with add-ons, sweet or savory. I prefer this over grits. I chose to have it with gorgonzola cheese because I live the tanginess and creaminess of the cheese. It came in a styrofoam container with the cheese cut in rectangular strips. You then have to mix the cheese into the polenta. The texture was nice and creamy with a bit of the grain from the corn. We paired it with an Italian fruit juice drink called Unico, which had a mixture of grape juice, apple juice, peach and pear puree. To me it tasted similar to prune juice. So if you like that you'll love this. I thought it was nice. It was a great snack to break up your day off shopping and walking around. It's also different and nice to have as an option compared to your typical mall food that you will find in the food court. Ben, the GM was there promoting the place. I made a reservation at my husbands request. The reservation was for 6 -1/2 people (my granddaughter who is 11 months) at 5pm. I asked for a table upstairs and when I arrived they tried to sit us in the bar area. I informed the woman who was at the front I had asked for a table upstairs and her exact words to me were "ok bye" and she handed me off to a young gentleman (Harrison). That was the 1st mistake she made. He brought us upstairs and the room was very warm. We assumed it was because they hadn't turned the AC on but when we looked it was on 62. We opted to stay up there because by that time they had given away the table that they were trying to offer us. I am not exaggerating when I say we were left upstairs for over 40 minutes before he came back to ask if we wanted drinks or appetizers. Not his fault because it appeared this woman was too busy yapping it up with some older man who was at the bar and the younger woman was just there. Harrison was doing the doordash orders, and everything else. I asked if someone was going to come up soon and this woman with reddish hair with attitude said "umm, yeah". 2nd mistake she made. I went back upstairs and our waiter came back up about 10 minutes later. He took our orders and was left to manage us alone. Overall I think he did the best he could, but there is absolutely NO REASON AT ALL it should have taken 2-1/2 hours for us to order/eat. We didn't order anything complicated, but it seems like everyone downstairs was being tended to while we were just left upstairs in the heat. Having to have my son go downstairs and ask for the check and food containers, is also ridiculous -3rd mistake!! Again, Harrison was great and we do not blame him at all, but this young gentleman should have been given help from the beginning instead of having him do every damn thing. Extremely disappointed and am pretty sure the owners of this place have no idea what their manager does and they seriously need to re-think who they have greeting and TRAIN them properly. She is lucky I didn't lose it on her with the way she responded to me when I asked if someone was going to come up soon. She is absolutely, HORRIBLE. The service was EXTREMELY slow, even though there were BARELY any people there when we walked in. We are locals and we will never go back.
