Overall satisfying experience and meal at Market Bistro including MB mussels that hit the spot. Tasteful, full bodied and plentiful are ways to explain the mussels and that has been a rarity lately when ordering at other establishments. The specialty appetizer - squash buratta - was also a hit! Decor and service were on the mark and hard to not give these guys 5 stars. Well done.

Market Bistro is in a busy strip mall in the town of Jericho. The gastropub restaurant has a brick wall lounge comfortable seating dining area ambience. The loft-style eatery overall vibe along with the menu focus is a key element to the relaxed, inviting atmosphere and a well-designed bar area. Once seated, the staff made us feel welcome, appreciated, and understood. We ordered a meatball appetizer which was particularly good. But my seared tuna entrée was delightful; it was so flavorful and perfectly cooked, making it standout on the menu. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant - the food was excellent, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was exactly right.

This restaurant had me saying wow with every bite I took. We got the tuna tartar, octopus, and some wings for an appetizer. Everything was ridiculously good. for dinner I got the shrimp over risotto and it was one of the best things I've ever eaten. The drinks were great, and the blueberry peach cobbler was the cherry on top. Absolutely amazing.. I really can't say enough good things and I highly recommend giving this place a try.. I wasn't sure when I saw the outside, but I learned quickly not to judge a book by its cover. The service was great, and I enjoyed the ambience as well.

Came here to catch up with a great friend the other day for lunch. I had never been inside but there is a lot of seating and ample space between tables. Our waitress was very attentive and while we didn't order any appetizers, we didn't have to wait long for our entrees or our drinks. I ordered the braised short rib with a side of French fries and it was incredible. The meat fell apart and paired beautifully with the veggies and fries. My friend had the short rib bolognese and he loved it. I'm glad he asked to go here because I could see myself coming back. It is on the pricier side but the food is worth it!

Food - My guest and I went for dinner and ordered a salad and the pan-seared tuna entree. They tasted fresh and delicious. The non-alcoholic drink with pineapple base was also excellent. Service - We were about 25 minutes late, but were thankful to be seated to our reserved table. Next time if I'm late, I will make sure to call to let them know. Our waiter was friendly and attentive to our needs throughout our visit. Ambiance - Typical for a bar and restaurant, dimmed lighting but it was a bit too loud for us to hold a conversation. Still the food was amazing.

Fantastic dinner, everything was done perfectly- service, decor, menu, flavors, plates. Culinary skills show in this restaurant. We tasted quite a few things, and everything was really incredible - I'm sure there wasn't a bad thing on the entire seasonal menu. Can't speak more highly of this gem.

BLUF, a little pricey but a good spot for a quick, high quality lunch. Wanted to give this place five stars, but I just couldn't given the expense. Yeah, I get it...it's in Jericho. But there were only a handful of menu items that were in what I'd consider an acceptable price range for a non-dinner menu (under $30) other than appetizers or salads with no proteins. That said, I got myself the brisket quesadillas which were outstanding. I can't pass up brisket anywhere, and glad I didn't do it here either. Definitely recommend that dish if you find yourself there for lunch.

Arriving, the space is bright and airy. At the table there was a lovely potted plant with our reservation name which we were able to take home with us. Such a nice touch. The trivia was really fun and something different to do. We started off with the maple bacon donut holes for the table. They came out piping hot and had the perfect donut texture. They were so good. They have a lot of cocktails and cocktails to choose from. I opted for the Spritz which was a light Aperol Spritz and it was perfect for brunch. The Paloma was also quite good. I had the Tap Stack which was pancakes layered with bacon and topped with a corn flake crusted chicken cutlet. The portion was large and hearty. The chicken was so crunchy and yummy. The bacon was perfectly cooked. The pancakes were a bit on the tough and dry side. The breakfast burrito, BEC and brunch burger were all good and everyone enjoyed their meals. Mother's Day is a day I always avoided eating out on, but Taproom changed my mind about going out on Mother's Day could actually be enjoyable!

We don't have to leave the igloo at all to ask for service. However the food wasn't that great. The Caesar salad (including the wrap) was so salty! The beef on the sandwich was so dry. My boyfriend and I were served fresh breads shortly after sitting down. They were so fresh and delish! For my wine I had the house rose, which was divine! My boyfriend had the sauvignon blanc, which he enjoyed as well! He did say he liked my rose a little bit better. For our appetizer we shared the Char Grilled Oysters. These were phenomenal! I'm still thinking about them now as I write this review! I wish there was more than 5. My boyfriend was nice and let me have the extra one! For our entrees, we each had a different Benedict. I had the Andouille one and my boyfriend went with the crab cake Benedict. Both were packed with flavor! The potatoes that came with them were also packed with flavors! We ordered additional drinks; ultimate Bloody Mary and Hurricane. Sip sip hooray! So good! For dessert I had the cheese cake parfait and my boyfriend had the cinnamon bread pudding. Desserts are made on sight at the bakery and both of these desserts were great! Even the whipped cream was fresh. Everything was amazing from start to finish! Our server, whose name I don't remember was such a sweet heart! We will absolutely return! 5+ stars all the way!

As we started to order our choices they also informed us they had initiated a new Price Fixe menu in case we decided to change. We stuck with our original choices but decided after perusing the Price Fixe menu we have to come back very shortly as it offers a great value.
