I can't recommend Chuck and his team highly enough. I got into an accident-right fender/door damaged and the car was barely drivable. I was about to leave town for a week and needed someone I could trust to do a thorough job so I could use the car for a vacation in two weeks (first one in a while). Chuck did the work in a timely manner, updated me on progress and delivered a restored Prius. He explained the nuances of dealing with insurance and patiently answered any question I had while encouraging me to call about progress. The North Main body shop is great .The driver side rear view mirror got knocked off my car and the door got scratched . This was kind of an emergency as we are just visiting Ashland on vacation and our time to get our car fixed was limited. I called some other shops but was not able to secure any quick fix. Then I called North Main . I am so glad I did. Spoke with Chuck and he said to bring the car over . He said leave the car and he would get it taken care of . That exactly what he did . He was able to reinstall my mirror and remove any trace of the damage . That car problem is now just a memory in the past thanks to Chuck at North Main Body shop . Fixed an awkwardly bent passenger door, and triple-coated to match the pearl paint perfectly. Also, while the car was in the shop, noticed my driver's side sun visor was broken (had happened days before I brought it in). He called to see if I wanted him to fix it, quoted me the price at which he could get either a new or used one. Was a minor addition to the bill but a major fix in terms of comfort and usefulness. I had two issues -- my back fender, and my car door. The fender had some damage from another vehicle rubbing against it. The door had a dent and some paint loss after the wind blew it open into a wall. The did a beautiful job on the fender! Really amazing. The door was just okay. After I got home, I called and asked if they could take another crack at it. I just got it back and it is also amazing! You can barely tell -- I didn't have the entire door re-done. This is an excellent body shop! I have taken my truck to other local shops before and had a lot of problems. I needed a side panel and my bumper fixed/replaced and they did amazing work, fixed a problem the previous body shop did not, and they were fast and economical! I highly recommend this shop as their work was excellent and they were very easy to work with. They were not "in-network" with my insurance company State Farm but I had no issues with insurance or payment. read more

Well, let me be the first to say if you'd like to have something done in the least professional, poorest quality possible, this is the place to go! I was referred to this chop shop by a reputable place that shall remain nameless. Let's just say they're 800 feet away up the hill ... I had them do a simple thing of converting fixed glass windows on my cargo van to pop out windows, not only do they leak like crazy they over drilled the holes for rivets (basically they eyed it and prayed it would be ok) well guess what not even close to ok! Steer clear of these moron back yard wannabe body shop guys! Additionally they used parts that had huge scratches in the glass. No I didn't even give them a chance to correct their shoddy work, I'm gonna pay even more to someone else that acknowledges the garbage work these guys do to make it right! These guys don't even deserve a second chance! read more

Two weeks before Thanksgiving, I was driving from California to Washington and unfortunately a deer hit my 2013 Honda Civic SI! I almost towed it to Yreka, CA but thank God the tow truck driver steered me to Ashland, OR because I happened to come across Chuck from North Main Body Shop. I've been telling everyone, this guy is the real deal! Exceptional work, fair prices, and great service! Chuck was with me in constant communication every step of the way. He gave me a quote within a few hours and fixed my car to BETTER THAN pre-accident conditions in less than two weeks. If I went to any other shop I can guarantee you it would not have been that fast and the quality would have been less than. When I returned to check out the work he said all of it is under a lifetime warranty and to give him a call if anything did not check out.
