I was very impressed by Chris' knowledge and trouble shooting capabilities when he solved the problem in a matter of 15 minutes. He turned out to be the new owner purchasing the business about 4 months ago after gaining years of experience and knowledge at a large local Honda dealer. The final straw was him saying he's going to get a hose clamp and he'll be back. He did not return and my car is not working and actually worse. Not happy with the way we were treated secondary. Not confident in his ability to schedule a job and finish it. He is a likable guy but likable doesn't fix cars unfortunately. Get your schedule in order and stick to the job until finished.
