The process it self is no joke, my God it feels like someone is putting sparklers on your face lol it's hot and you can smell it, but the process is also very quick, 20 mins max including preparation. I'm glad it was cold out, the cold felt good on my brows because my eyebrows felt hot for a good 30-45 mins after the removal. No bad reaction to my skin so far it's been 4 days and it's in the red stage which is normal. I won't know until the end of March if I need to do another session, I hope not but at least I know what to expect this time.

Reached out via dm & the responses were super fast, you have to go through vagaro and book your appointments which isn't pretty bad. I actually called in instead and spoke with the lovely manager Cassidy, she was very professional and super helpful with all 99 of my questions lol. She even booked my complimentary session for the same week & I made it my business on self love to go take care of me. Traveling & Greeting: Coming from Canarsie it was about a 45 min drive not too bad. I arrived to my appointment about 15 min early & was still greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Cassidy told me to take a seat and Miranda greeted me about 5 min earlier. Hospitality: The customer service was phenomenal I was so happy with how I was treated. Miranda made me feel super comfortable from the beginning to the end. She explained the equipment & the process and it was the best laser experience I've had so far. Laser Experience: It had some pain which is normal like pinches the process is still burning the hairs away, ( not a walk in the park lol ) but as Miranda used the laser machine she rubbed the area, like with a motherly rub. This was comforting because Im not the best at taking any type of pain lol. The owner called with some nonsense story about the receptionist should have told me this....which she never did. I honestly like the place but will not spend a dime here because I hate being treated unfairly. Apologize and say we dropped the ball on communicating this to you, but don't have me feeling like I'm crazy and didn't follow your policy! Don't even waste your time....the owner is rude and the receptionist doesn't have much sense either.
