I really enjoyed the service provided by Nikki. She was so sweet and accommodating. I love how gentle she was with my hands and the outcome of my nails. I would definitely recommend.

I went for non-toxic pedi and gel manicure. Nikki was able to schedule me real quick (I called in the morning and she got me in that afternoon on Saturday.) The atmosphere is very clean and chic. Babe was the technician and she was very nice and skilled. Pedicure massage was heavenly and polish was done beautifully. I brought in a picture of the gel nail art I wanted and I paid $15 extra which was reasonable because she had to put accessory materials on my nails and also french. Babe did a great job with the nail art. I left very happy. Will come back! (They appreciated that I called them before purchasing Groupon and honored the Groupon price.)

Such a great place! Small but very clean, had a great mani-pedi here with a friend. They took their time and did a really good job with both of us, were gentle and very considerate of my phobia of having my cuticles cut . Even gave a nice foot massage! I would definitely be back! It was very relaxing and not at all like one of those huge nail salons where people are running around in frantic-mode. I prefer to support these smaller spaces that don't have that "factory" vibe. Also, the super nice owner told us she would honor the Groupon price if we booked with her directly, which was very generous. My friend loved it too!

Nikki is very friendly and professional she does a fantastic job on nails; especially Gel-X. I have been going to her since discovering her here on Yelp. The salon is very safe with covid protocols. In my opinion, Nikki is the best nail technician in the area; highly recommend.

Nikki did my gel manicure and was so much fun and paid such attention to detail! Really lovely, definitely my new go-to nail place!!

Beautiful place! Nikki is very professional and warm. We got Dazzle Dry! Dried in 5 min and non toxic. Definitely recommend!

My tiny hands have never looked so elegant.

Love this place. Very safe during covid, it was just me and Nikki in the salon. I got a custom pedicure and it was great and so relaxing.

Finding Jenny has been an absolute game changer. I booked a buccal massage and facial, and I was blown away. Her technique, the products she uses, and her intuitive touch are truly exceptional. Not only did I leave feeling incredibly relaxed, but she also taught me simple stretches to do throughout the day (even while sitting at red lights!) that have made a noticeable difference in my jaw tension. If you deal with TMJ or carry stress in your jaw and face, I can't recommend Jenny enough. She is knowledgeable, talented, and genuinely cares about helping her clients feel better. This has officially become my favorite monthly self-care ritual, and I look forward to every appointment.

All of the workers wore face masks and seemed like they kept their space COVID safe. The appointment started off with me sharing about skin care concerns or things I wanted to focus on that day. I felt like she took into consideration my concerns for rough patches and blemishes. After the appointment was over, I felt super relaxed and happy with how my skin immediately felt. Their facials are definitely a bit pricey, but I would say the experience is worth it as a nice way to treat yourself :)

I've always loved Aesop products and love to visit their store but never purchased anything (until this visit). I would say a lot had to do with the genuine encounter with the sales rep, Astrid who was very knowledgeable and intentional with the products they recommended. They were very attentive with what scents I was into and what would complement my style. The whole experience was so lighthearted but also very informative, Astrid knew what they were talking about when it comes to scents and even aesthetics. I barely write reviews so this means something to me, the vibes were *chefs kiss* thanks Astrid!! I can't stop thinking about this hand soap that sits on my kitchen counter, the texture, the scent the feeling it leaves on my hands.

I was visiting my best friend who just moved back to Cali from New York, and since she lives about…read moreten minutes from Abbott Kinney, we wandered through a few fragrance shops. I'd already bought some samples at another store, but the service there was pretty hands‑off. As we walked by, something about the aesthetic caught my eye, but it was the inviting scent -- the kind that makes you want to linger -- that pulled me right through the door. I complimented the representative, Astrid, on how incredible everything felt the moment we stepped inside, and he immediately brought over a candle for me to try. From that moment on, he stayed with us and walked us through candles, hand soaps, hand creams, and fragrances with this calm, attentive energy that made the whole experience feel unhurried. One of my favorite parts was the hand‑washing station right in the middle of the store. I didn't even realize it was functional until my friend started washing her hands mid‑conversation. Astrid invited her to try the Reverence Aromatique Hand Wash, and as he was describing the texture, the exfoliation, the creaminess -- I couldn't help but join in and see for myself. The scent, the hand feel, the way it exfoliated without drying my skin at all -- it was divine. He followed it with the Eleos Aromatique Hand Balm, which complemented the soap so well it felt like the two were meant to go together. At one point he even joked about the working shower they have in the back stocked with product, which made us laugh. With my background in sales, I can tell you he's genuinely talented -- personable, kind, knowledgeable, and somehow persuasive in the most subtle way. I didn't feel pushed at all, but I absolutely felt sold. I was genuinely compelled to buy some of the products based on the interaction with him alone. I bought the hand balm he recommended and have been using it nonstop, while my friend grabbed the Reverence hand soap. But I can't stop thinking about that hand soap -- I took a picture of it so I'd remember exactly which one I'm coming back for. I also felt genuinely seen by Astrid -- like every curiosity had space and every question was met with intention. Meanwhile, Le Labo down the street was overwhelming: so many scents, little to no input, just "what did you like?" No journey through the notes, no sensory experience, nothing immersive. After that, the difference was night and day. Aesop actually feels like they care about the experience -- and having someone like Astrid on the floor proves it. Honestly, after reading some of the existing reviews, I realize my experience at Aesop was completely unlike the negative ones -- I went in expecting nothing, and they exceeded everything, enough that I had to sit down and write a review.
