They did a nice job with my nails but really tore up my heals with the callus removal :( I was there two days ago and have been putting Neosporin on my heals to heal them from painful cuts that resulted from their callus removal job. Love them for pedicures. I can be in and out quickly (which is what I prefer for my services, I tend to opt out of more lengthy relaxing options) and they do great work. Do not recommend for acrylic sets. I got a fresh set (I have not had acrylics in several years) and they all started to lift a lot after only about a week, with a couple popping right off as if they were press ons. I have never had that happen before and I don't do a lot of manual labor, just some mild typing for my day job and normal household chores like washing dishes, laundry, etc. Overall was disappointed and wasn't worth the cost of the set. So yes to pedicures here, but will go elsewhere for acrylics when I need them in the future. read more

I've been a client for years now & I can accurately say the quality of work has greatly decreased & the cleanliness is AWFUL. I will not be coming back. I went in for a gel manicure today & left greatly disappointed. When I walked in I expressed I wanted to be paired with someone who would be able to shape my nails into an almond shape (believe it or not, not many can). I was told that the lady who they paired me with would be able to do so... she couldn't. I let her know i don't like my gel mani to be thick which she chose to ignore & continued to add coats even after both I and Lisa(owner) continued to tell her not to. She also proceeded to: cut my finger, file my nails WAY too short, and there were tiny hairs trapped in my gel mani (this place is NOT SANITARY). I expressed to Lisa that I was not happy & they removed the gel polish & still charged me for it! As a client who has been going to them for YEARS and has never asked for a removal this was mind blowing to me. I was clearly very upset and they easily dismissed me & continued to work away. I expected more from a place I've given so much loyalty to. I left with botched nails, cuts on my fingers & the gel not even full removed! I never write reviews but I don't want anyone to go through what I went through here. I do not reccomend this place. They do not care about you or your time. Go somewhere else. I made an appointment 5 hours in advance and specifically asked if they could do my pedicure and manicure at the same time or would look somewhere else and they said yes. I came in for my appointment, and waited for about 20 minutes before anyone gave me service, which is not the best service but as long as I was going to get in soon it would have been okay. I understand sometimes appointments run late.But after asking multiple times by around 40 minutes into my appointment still waiting, they told me they would do my manicure and pedicure seperately and it would take a lot longer than expected. I was finally helped and I asked the woman if she could do ombre nails, and she said the other guy that was doing someone else's nails could. But she then left and started doing another customer's pedicure and didn't ask if I was willing to wait another 40 minutes to have him do my nails. I would of have not gotten the ombre and been okay with regular colors so I could at least have someone start working on my nails. I would have had to wait over an hour and a half after my appointment to be helped and it was very disrespectful of my time.I had an event to be at the next day and it was very disappointing because I would have just gone somewhere else, and no one in there seemed to care how long they were making me wait. It is very unprofessional and disrespectful to waste someone else's time like that. read more

Nails game strong!! I came in requested full set of acrylic nails (Ombre style with marble design) for a wedding, and it didn't disappoint. Tina did a great job shaping my nails. I loved how gentle she was cause I do have thin nails so they're more sensitive, I didn't feel any pain! I didn't get names for the guys that did my ombré and marble, but they were so friendly, funny, and helpful with the color suggestion! Honestly I feel generous giving three stars but it's mostly the lady doing my pedicure. She was so meticulous and thorough and took her time with my massage. Now comes the cons. I got a full set and was told prior that it's $25. I got excited because I saw so many great reviews. I prefer natural looking nails and nothing too crazy long so when he was asking me for the length, I asked him what o make it look natural. When I showed him the desired length, he laughed and said "really?" So that already annoyed me lol. Next, he clips all the nails to my desired length and then proceeds to tell me that it'll be $35. I asked why when they told me it's $25. He said "because it's short" What?! TEN extra dollars because I didn't want crazy long nails? Since when do we get charged for using less material? I don't understand. And now the finish. Ugh my nails are uneven, blocky, unbelievably thick and my fingers were left messy. Now, come to think of it, 3 stars may be too much and i change my mind. So I'll give it two. I would've gone elsewhere if I knew they were going to charge me $35 for a shitty full set. Not worth your money. They have a small polish selection and you can tell a lot of them are kind of old and have thickened over time... but the real reason not to come here is because of the people who run it! My manicure was more expensive than anticipated so I had to pay with a debit card instead of cash. When I handed the card over, my nail tech asked if I had cash instead. I told her I was sorry but I didn't. She went over to her manager, turned around, and gave me my card back with no explanation. I asked the manager what the issue was, and she mumbled that the credit card machine was broken today. It was a little bit insulting because it seemed like an obvious lie; they just wanted me to use their ATM machine and pay cash. If the machine was actually broken they should have let me know that when I entered, because it's not a cash only business. I get charged $5 to use an ATM that's not my bank's, so this ended up being a very expensive manicure and hours later it had already started chipping. Go somewhere else! read more

I got a walk-in appointment for a gel manicure on a Sunday afternoon. I called ahead of time to try and make an appointment for ASAP, and they basically said "come now, we'll get you in". They were pretty busy (all pedicure chairs were full), but they got me in within 15 minutes. I lucked out though, everyone arriving after me had a bit longer wait (30-40 minutes). I suggest calling ahead before you walk in and just trying to make an appointment. Everyone there was so kind and accommodating. Now to the nails: Lisa did an INCREDIBLE job. Her attention to detail is off the chain. After every coat she heavily examined my nails to make sure the edges were crisp - and by gosh the final result is SO CRISP. She shaped my natural nails beautifully. They had this ultra fun pale purply-blue color that literally matches my life (see attached photos). Called last minute and they were able to accommodate me near closing hour. I got a gel mani and spa pedi and I can actually say I'm very impressed with the service and the way my nails came out. I had 3 broken nails and Lisa fixed and salvaged them. One thing I'm extremely particular about is the shape of my nails and if they are even. She shaped them perfectly and my nails look pretty. I used 595 DND gel polish and I am happy to say they have GREAT PRODUCTS. I've been to many nail salons and I can see whether or not they replace old polish or try to thin it out to the very last drop. That's just my gel mani...... Pedicure: Helen did a fabulous job on removing my cuticle and calluses. Also, her massage is incredible, felt like she was hitting pressure points in my feet. Major scam! Their price list says $42 for a full set with gel and only after glueing all the tips on did my nail tech tell me it would be $65 for the length I wanted (which mind you wasn't crazy long it was pretty average). Now I've never been to a place that would charge depending on the length given that the tips are all the same length and just need to be chopped down but that's neither here nor there. So with tips already on I really had no option to just leave so I asked for a length that would be $50 and surprise it was barely longer than my actual nail so I paid for fake nails for no reason really. The job was ok, not bad, not great, I'm not sure what happened but she started filing the nail off that she just painted and I thought maybe there was a mistake so she was going to put more polish on but nope she just left it like that. Granted it was a glitter nail and it still has glitter but one hand now has less than the other because of the filing and I'm not really sure what the point of that was. At the end, she kept touching my nails and moving her hands over them which I've also never had and leads me to believe she messed up somewhere and was checking to see that you couldn't tell? Not sure. Almost forgot, when she was buffing my nails after filing, she hurt me a little just from being so aggressive and she noticed and asked me if it hurt, to which I said yes a little, and she replied with "Oh." And she FaceTimed someone twice during the whole thing which made me feel like she didn't care about what she was doing. All in all, average job. The lady was nice and the nails look ok, but such an overpriced scam to hike up the price after the glue has been applied. I would give one star for that reason alone. Buyer beware, don't go here unless you have money to spend. PS: they do take card but prefer cash and when I asked twice to use my card she directed me to the atm and literally didn't let me. read more
