Nasha came to the phone and patiently listened to everything I had to say and then graciously offered to remake the ribs without the sauce. The ribs without sauce is what I expected, crispy fried ribs with moist meat inside. She also included Mac and Cheese Lobster Balls. The ribs, Mac and Cheese Lobster Balls, and Chicken Wings are delicious. The Macaroni Salad is pretty good too. It was BURNT!! And the worst part, it was packed intentionally to deceive the paying customer. I always order sauce on the side, because I want to see what I'm getting. The black burnt parts were packed on the bottom, and the not so burnt DRY pieces were placed nicely on stop to cover up the mess at the bottom. Again, I work hard for my money, I wanted to support a black owned business, but $40 was honestly given and trash is what I received. After my complaints and pics were posted, It took over a week before I was contacted and asked to give them another chance, by then the holiday was over and because they took so long to respond back, I decided NO! The fact that someone in your small truck purposely knew the chicken was not edible but they still packed it up and sent it out to a paying customer is just unacceptable and shady AF!!
