It was decent, but nothing over the top. I thought that it came with fries but that came as a side for an extra $4. Great Greek restaurant which I think is in the sweet spot of being casual enough for a chill meal while also being nice enough for a date night. I ordered the Moussaka Soufflé ($22), which was quite tasty with ground lamb and eggplant. It was also not too heavy despite the béchamel sauce. It came with a tomato sauce that paired nicely with it. My main issue though was that the portion size was quite small for the price. That alone would almost definitely not be enough for dinner. The environment inside the restaurant is really lovely, with a clean space and Greek-themed decor. There is also a candle on each table and lively music playing. When I went on a Friday night, there were only a couple table occupied. The one and only waiter in there was a super nice guy and the service speed was decent. Overall, while I do think you can get some better Greek food around, this food is still pretty good and the environment and service give it a boost in my book. read more

We were hungry after all that cruising and looked forward to some roast chickens. It wasn't too crowded, so we took two seats at the counter. We had a clear view of the whole chickens roasted and stacked in a pile (Photo 5). It's a Greek-style spot, and the bowls sounded like the most sensible choices to us. Jamie ordered the $17.95 Chicken & Cauliflower Bowl, which also contained rice, squash, lettuce, cranberries, onions, raisins, and edamame. Drizzled with yogurt sauce, it came with two sides of his choosing, dollops of hummus and eggplant dip (Photo 9). I went with the $17.95 Quinoa Chicken Bowl. They made explicit mention of grilled chicken and added quinoa, squash, lettuce, cranberries, red onion, and edamame. I chose the tahini sauce and went the same two sides (Photo 10). Everything was good except for one thing...the chicken was overcooked. It was disheartening because we could tell care was placed on the other ingredients. Perhaps we needed to come earlier in the afternoon. We're willing to give it another shot. Great idea, amazing service but overall the food was just ok for me, if you like Greek food I would not consider this to be authentic by any means ( I have been to Greece 3 times so I'm confident in that I know the flavor profile well). Honestly I wanted this to be really good. The service and the people were exceptional - helpful and kind and deliver to your table when it's not busy. Unfortunately I felt the meat/chicken was a tad too Salty. The bread was not fluffy, rather flat and probably not made in house like Omar's. I think if I were to compare, I even like cava better. They have opportunity to improve the taste - Working on less salt, more seasoning and maybe utilize a chargrill flavor or style that is similar to that outdoor bbq char i know and dream of from Greece - the islands - Paros, Mykonos Santorini - I remember how the grilled the octopus and seafood, and that is what is ideal Greek flavor. My whole meal consisted of a variety of chicken items. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with truffle fries, chicken tender with regular fries, and chicken bites. The crispy chicken was indeed crispy and recommendable to try. For the truffle fries, I did not taste much truffle on it. It was like eating regular fries. This is an enjoyable chicken-oriented concept that doesn't lose itself in meaningless things like "health" and "nutrition." Of course, at some point, especially if you're like me and can easily eat a half chicken for lunch, we need to ask, why not just buy a rotisserie chicken at the grocery store? Here, the question is more, are they leaning into an authentic Greek experience, or are they trying for a saucier gimmick? Picked this up for lunch. What a hidden gem! So quick with pick up. Ups on pickup the dinning area was super clean and felt very welcoming. The checkout person was super quick and calling ahead made it super easy to pick it up on a tighter lunch time. The food was amazing! Chicken pita sandwich was phenomenal. The gentleman who made suggestions for my order is an authentic Greek so I knew I was in good hands! The chicken kebabs were so flavorful and juicy and I LOVED their house sauce which I believe is mustard aioli. AND they have wines/beer as well! Surprisingly, really good, burger was served on a brioche bun with your choice or house or taziki sauce ( i went for the house, which i did not regret). Topped with lettuce, tomato and red onion. Burger patty had a crispy exterior to a really nicely cooked, not at all dry, interior. Price came in just over $13 using a card.
