The service is amazing and I loved "Robotina". The food is delicious and generous portions The place is comfortable and very inviting, the only thing I didn't like was the country music, but if you like country music, you will enjoy this!

Great spot for breakfast. Christy, our server, was awesome and the food was great too.

A delicious breakfast at Buttermilk Eatery!!

Have you had a robot deliver YOUR food before? At Buttermilk Eatery the service is quick and easy with order at the table options and robot food delivery right to your table! Our group was a party of five and they do have spaces for larger parties, however they had a few larger parties arrive before us unfortunately. With that being said they were STILL able to accommodate us and recommended us to eat at two tables next to each other if we were comfortable so we still felt all together! Thank you so much for the great food and the great service, and we will be back!

Second time here and glad I went out of my way to bring my family this time. The blueberry pancakes are delicious. The corned beef hash and eggs were cooked perfectly. The mocha latte had a lot of chocolatey flavor. Yum!!! We were served our meal on a robot, very quickly after ordering on a tablet at the table. The restaurant is not very noisy for its size.

Hubby was trying to make time for us to try this place for a while. Was not greeted when we walked in, took a few minutes. The place wasn't busy, there were only two tables occupied by patrons. A lady behind the table finally saw me standing at the entrance and came over to seat me. There is a robot that brings out your drinks and food. You place your order on an app at the table also. I ordered pancakes, eggs and bacon. As cute as the place is I did not enjoy my breakfast. My bacon texture was like brisket, my pancakes soaked up the syrup as quick as put it on each time. Unfortunately Buttermilk Eatery was not to our liking.

My new favorite breakfast spot! The food is delivered by a machine with a waitress, the food is such good breakfast food! And the vibes inside are perfect for a quick hit with breakfast. The owner is so friendly and efficient ready to sit everyone who came in and helped bus tables, we will be back!

First time here and very good everything. Service was great from the humans. Robot brings your drink and a different robot brings you your food. Clean nice friendly staff. You have to pay right after your order on the screen. I will bring my wife here next time

Good all day breakfast restaurant. You scan QR code to order. A robot delivers your food. Friendly staff. My son loved the chorizo burrito. Bright and basic decor!

We visited Buttermilk Eatery for the first time to celebrate a birthday breakfast and it was such a great experience. The service was wonderful and the food was exceptional quality. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. They were happy to light the birthday candle we brought and the little robot assistant even played Happy Birthday, which made it extra special and fun. We left very happy and will definitely be coming back.

Decided to stop by for brunch last weekend. Decent prices, cool idea, but wasn't that good. The pancakes were good, but the rest of our food was bland. Not a big fan or ordering from an iPad, I wish servers were paying more attention to tables. Area around this location is not walkable, but the restaurant is very comfortable inside with a nice, fun vibe.

I met a friend here for breakfast. It's a very open, clean and welcoming space. The best part. They have robots being the food! We enjoyed the service and friendliness of the staff. They do serve some alcoholic beverages. We both enjoyed mimosas of course. We will be back!

Food was good with large servings. Service was provided by a robot. First for me. I didn't really dig it, as i prefer the human interaction. Vibe was relaxing. Order and pay right at the table was convenient.

Not sure why this place has any bad reviews... I've been here 6+ times and the experience has been pleasant every time. The staff is super nice and very attentive. Yes, you have to use your phone to pull up the menu and order digitally (they also have iPads now), WHICH I LOVE. It's super convenient. If you come with a large group, it's easy for everyone to order and pay for themselves OR just order under one check. People complaining about it need to embrace the technology or dine somewhere else. The food is always tasty and fresh off the griddle. I enjoy my Lattes scorching hot and the waitress always makes sure it's perfect :) The little robot that delivers the food is awesome too, and I love the fact that the waitress still comes over to take your food off of the robot so everyone isn't leaning and touching the plates. The new layout of booths vs tables is nice... just might be a little concerning on the weekends when it gets super crowded.

When we first walked in, we were greeted with a smile and asked if we had a reservation. We didn't, but they were able to find us a table. It wasn't very busy when we went, but it did take a little while for them to get the table ready. The decor is definitely one of my favorite things about this place. It really feels like a library and restaurant combined, with books everywhere and the dining area downstairs. It's such a cute and cozy setting for lunch. I ordered the crispy chicken Cobb salad. It was refreshing and overall pretty good, but honestly, nothing too special in my opinion. The fried chicken wasn't as crispy as I expected and was a little dry, so I definitely needed some water with it. My husband got the club sandwich, and I actually really liked his! It was yummy and refreshing, but again, nothing that completely wowed us. For drinks, I got a glass of house wine which was really good, and my husband got an Old Fashioned. There were so many mosquitoes and flies in the restaurant, unfortunately Overall, we had a nice experience and really enjoyed the atmosphere, but considering the prices, I expected the food to be a little more impressive. I'm not sure if we would come back just for the food, but it's definitely a cute spot to check out if you're looking for a nice lunch with a unique atmosphere!
