Purchased a tuxedo vest and suspenders. The order came in quickly but the vest was poor quality and i did a return. They charged me $8.95 to ship me the vest and suspenders and another $15 for the return label. Total $23.95 for a $59.99 Tuxedo Vest. Having to pay shipping both ways and for clothes that are poor quality isnt ok and the customer service did nothing it is there policy and that is what they charge. So next time it is Amazon for me. These guys sell cheap garbage, and their customer service team does nothing to help. I bought an $80 set of tux studs and cufflinks for my wedding. The main piece of the cufflink popped off when I was taking it out of the package for the first time. I immediately contacted Buy4LessTuxedo and the only solution the provided was to replace the item after I returned it. I explained that these are for a wedding and I didn't have time to return an item, wait for them to verify that the item with the missing piece that I sent them a picture of did in fact have a missing piece, and then wait for them to send me a replacement (that is probably just as cheap). They didn't offer another solution, and it took 3 days for them to respond to 1 email. So I superglued the gem back into the cufflink like the cheap garbage it is, and moved on to the million other things that I needed to do before my wedding. read more

Admit a mistake and apologize instead of arguing over an obvious mistake. Nope. Also, here is their return policy "If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Buy4LessTuxedo.com, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order." It is NOT a full refund. You pay for return shipping even if it is their error, or they will send an RMA and deduct $15 from your "full refund". They double down on their dishonesty. My experience: Ordered tux online to be subsequently told the jacket and shirt ordered were not in stock (why could I even order them?). Called customer service to order replacement items and got mailed the wrong suit jacket. Called customer service to return items and was told by a rude young lady I had to do returns through website, not through customer service (huh?). Went to website and return process stalled at printing label. Called customer service, for the 3rd time, and was told they were having problems with their system and I had to use alternative method to complete return. We ordered a 5 piece white little boy suit and didn't check the suit until the morning of the Baptism. Hard lesson learned! We should have check the suit the moment we received it. It was filthy. Completely stained from everywhere. It cleat showed signs of previous wear. Red stain on sleeve, the waist on the pants are dirty grey all the way around and on the sleeve of suit it looks like it was stained with crazy glue. DO NOT TRUST NEXT DAY PROMISE! (Multiple reviews say the same thing; I wish I had read them first!) On a Saturday I ordered and paid for Next Day Air delivery, expecting (and needing) Tuesday delivery. Was notified via email on Monday that they didn't have the size in stock and asked if I could change size slightly. I said "ok, as long as I can have it by Wednesday." A person using the name "Alexis" responded by email: "I can have this shipped out for a Wednesday delivery." Today is Wednesday. It is not here. The event is tomorrow. UPS tracking says it hasn't shipped yet. I phoned and got someone who said she's "Alexis" (but I got the impression that's their standard name for customer service) was completely un-sympathetic and gave me all kinds of excuses about manufacturer and said I somehow should have known that there could be other delay. Though most reviewers are giving this company 1 star, I had an OK experience overall. I bought a tux jacket from their website. There were no reviews for that particular jacket yet, but it looked good on the model and the price was decent so I ordered it. I received the jacket and really didn't like it (more on that in a moment). I contacted this company via e-mail, they gave me a return authorization number, I returned the jacket about 2 days after I'd received it and within about 2 weeks after mailing it back to them, I got a full and complete refund and the only $$ I was out was the cost of the postage to return it to them. So for customer service, responsiveness and their return policy I'd give them 4 stars. Now as to the jacket I ordered - For that, I'd give them 2 stars at most. While the jacket looked good on the model on their website, a lot of information was lacking such as the description of the fabric it was made from, etc. When it arrived, right out of the box I wasn't happy with it. It was very lightweight, meaning it felt cheaply made, the fabric (100% polyester) was extremely stiff and rigid - I've never felt a garment that was that stiff. The jacket was ill-fitting in many ways, and while it was supposed to be a slim fit, it really wasn't and was almost "barrel chested" due to the rigidity of the fabric. The next day I went to a national chain men's clothier that was running a sale and got a somewhat similar but much more fashionable jacket which was higher quality and truly a slim fit, and got it for about $10 less than the jacket I got from this company. read more

Horrible customer service. I ordered a pair of men's 10 EE and I received a 10W and 9.5W in a box that was all beat up. I received two mismatched shoes and neither of them were the correct size. I called on 12/12/2020 and left a voice mail, no one called back. I emailed with pictures of the shoes on 12/16/2020 and was sent a return label. The shoes were returned on 12/22/2020. I placed an order and just wanted to get my order order from my son's prom tuxedo jacket and shirt. No one ever answered the phone even when they first open and at 30 minute intervals after opening . I left 4 polite voicemail messages no response and an email inquiry. I started to wonder if it was a legitimate business so I called my bank and stopped payment from going through. It was still pending in my account after 5 days. If they are real they need to step up their customer service. The members of an organization I belong to referred me to them when I was first looking for a tuxedo, accessories etc. That said, my most recent experience really illustrates why I continue to do business with them. For an upcoming gala event, I found that I was somehow absent a cummerbund. So, right to Buy4LessTuxedo.com I went to remedy the situation. I ordered a plain black cummerbund with a bowtie. Not the cheapest offering, not the most expensive. And then I forgot about it. A couple days later, I received an email that they were out of that model, but there were links to two other very nice options that they were willing to replace it with. Almost at the same time that I was reading the email, I received a phone call from the company. Explaining the situation, very apologetic and inquiring which of the alternatives would I be interested in. I made a selection, the woman on the phone was very apologetic and gracious, the order was modified and we hung up. And then, I forgot about it. The box arrived on my doorstep. At some point I pulled it out, was pleased with the look and style.. Then I turned it over to check out the clasp. It wasn't immediately obvious to me how the clasp worked. I tried a variety of things to get it to go together, all in vain. I had my better half give it a shot. She's more patient than I am. No luck. So, I took a couple photos of the unique clasp and emailed them to the woman who had taken care of my initial order problems. She responded quickly. I had gotten a defective clasp. And, on top of it, they were now back ordered on that model. But, not to be disappointed, they would send out the next model up, ensuring that the proper clasp was included. Well, that final shipment came today. The style and fabric are very nice, I've figured out the clasp in short order, so I'm redeemed and the overall experience, which could have been seriously aggravating was actually an excellent example of how customer service is supposed to work. A Lousy Company, you should beware. I recently ordered a fancy tuxedo for a new years eve party. I had just bought 2 dress jackets that fit me well from Men's Warehouse. After talking with their office to make sure that the same size would fit me, I ordered a tuxedo jacket for $177. After it arrived I put it on and it was way too small. Not sure why, so I called and wanted to return it and order a different size. They said they do not pay for shipping returns, (good luck competing with Amazon and anyone else) so I paid $27 via UPS to return it via ground shipping. They would not take a transfer, they made me ship it back, and then reorder another jacket. I waited for my credit to make sure I got my money back and they credited me for $149. I called and they said we don't pay for shipping. So after it did not fit I now paid $28 for them to ship 1 jacket to me (ground) and $27 (ground to ship it back) for a total of $55 for a $149 tuxedo that does not fit. I will never use them again. They were also rude on the phone and asked did you talk with anyone on our sizes? What did they say? We don't pay for shipping. So I ordered a full tuxedo Jacket,slacks,shirt,vest,suspenders. 11 days ago! First I get an email saying the suspenders were not in stock so I needed to choose a different color. LoL So I tell her that they already have my $900 and asked can't you just ship me the replacement Tux and end all of this? She says no, and follows with a list of excuses why she can and I will have to go back to their website to place any orders. I'm done! I ask her to email me a return shipping label so I can just return the items I did receive. She again says no but now offers to process my order over the phone for the replacement Tux vs making me go back to her website. I again just ask for a return shipping label and she said she can't email me a shipping label but will send me an RMA number that I can write in the box. Called the next afternoon and find out they shipped it ground! Of course it arrived while I was out of state at my event. They have dickered about the refund, return shipping costs, etc....over THEIR MISTAKE. They made it all my problem and now are holding tight to their website declaration that they have 15 business days to provide a refund.
