The canal bike path is beautiful - peaceful, pristine, and not crowded. It was challenging for us to go the full 13 miles up and back (we aren't experienced cyclists so it took about 2 hours), but we only had to stop a couple times. I called this place based on a recommendation from my mechanic, and highly regretted doing so. I…read morecalled to ask them about doing a rebuild on my ATV. I spoke with a Chris, and asked him about doing the rebuild. He said sure but that he would be busy over the next couple days. So I asked if I waited a week and brought it down then would he be able to work on it. He confirmed that he could, and I set up a drop off time. I show up at the drop off time and walk into the shop. I wasn't sure if I was at a business or the mall, as it seemed to just be a hangout for 15 year old kids. I asked to speak to Chris and told him who I was, and he had no idea who I was or even remembered our conversation about my ATV. I was weary about leaving it with him now, but I did so based on the recommendation I was given in the first place to go there. I asked for a time frame and was told "a week or so". I gave him a $100 deposit to begin the work. A week goes by and I hear nothing. I call and leave a voicemail, and get no response. Two weeks go by, no calls. I call and leave another voicemail. Three weeks now and no call. I call repeatedly for a few days until I get an answer, and finally Chris answers the phone, and he says he just started pulling the ATV apart. I asked him why just now since I made the appointment for him to work on it 3 weeks ago. The only answer I received was that "something came up". He tells me he is going to need a few more days. Another week goes by, no call. I call them, and Chris answers the phone, and he puts the phone down, and I can hear him and another guy talking to each other in the background saying, "you tell him, I'm not going to tell him". He finally gets back on the phone and tells me they have done nothing further with the ATV. Since there is nothing I can do but be perplexed at the extreme unprofessional nature of this "business", I tell him I will be there tomorrow to pick up my ATV. No apology, just an "ok" followed by a click of the phone. To top it all off, I have to drive a half hour down to pick up my ATV, and it's now dissected and given back to me in boxes. I get my ATV, boxes of random parts, and $100 deposit, and then a week later, I get a call saying that they forgot to give me a part. So now I have to drive back down there again due to their incredible incompetence. This place takes the cake for not having any clue on what they are doing. Do yourself a favor and take your motorsports to a qualified reputable shop and skip right over these kids.

Visited this place in October with a coworker we both bought Segway scooters for our commute to…read morework. My coworker took his right on the spot. Mine wasn't ready. I was told to come back tomorrow. I tried calling the next day, but nobody answered the phone so I showed up they didn't remember me. I told him I had purchased a scooter yesterday with my coworker, and then they went to look for it and they said it still wasn't ready and they needed to charge it . I came back the following day called again. No answer showed up didn't know who I was again reminded him an went to get my scooter ready for me to take one problem, though there was no charger with the brand new scooter. He could not find it. So he gave me a charger from behind the counter fast forward to today, May 5, 2026. I tried calling again no answer so I drove in. Doors were locked. Lights are on went to the front and back entrance. No sign of anyone one last check I see the guy who sold me the scooter in the window. I motion to him to come over. He comes over. he lets me in. I tell him about my scooter, he tells me to bring it in. I told him the back brake is no longer working, and my rear tire was making a grinding noise. He told me I could leave it to fill out my information before leaving. I asked him when he thought somebody would be able to take a look at it and he told me about a month. He stated the technician wasn't in today and that they had a backlog of scooters that needed to be repaired, which he pointed to in the corner and then told me there was multiple down in the basement of the same model. I told him that wasn't an option for me to wait over a month and that the scooter is still under warranty for another five months he tried to refer me to a scooter shop in Cambridge, which I live nowhere near and not paying for something that was under warranty. I then asked him what to do and he told me to call Segway the scooter company. And then again referred me to the scooter shop in Cambridge, which I had to reiterate that was not an option and I am not paying for something that is still under warranty. I asked him for Segway's number which he told me he did not have and to "Google it". My only dealings with this place twice have not been good and not the best customer service to say the least. Scooters were $1100 with tax and are under warranty for another five months and they are telling me I have to wait over a month to even get it looked at. Unacceptable!

Unmaintained bikes and slow service…read more It took 45 min to pick up 2 bikes and a trailer. The person helping us forgot to give us the second bike. Then, their bikes are unmaintained. The first bike had a broken gear shifter. The second bike they served us had a broken seat, to which they replaced the seat with a seat that had the cover cracked. Finally the trailer had a flat tire which we didn't discover until after we bikes a few miles. The guy also "cleaned" the trailer with a leaf blower.
