    Ham Benny and seasoned potatoes.

I found this place on Yelp and it had high reviews. I had the ham Benny with fried potatoes and it was delicious. My husband had the southern fried skillet and he loved it! We will be returning to this place before we leave for home. Our server was excellent as well. Great atmosphere and reasonably priced food too.

Fabulous breakfast!! We enjoyed great service, also. The peachy waffle was fantastic with a side of sausage links, and hubby loved his southern skillet. Highly recommend!!

Great find in Sevierville, amidst the madness of the local scene, this restaurant is a calm oasis. Checked this place out after the insanity of Five Oaks on a Sunday around noon. I had the Cheese Blintz which consisted of three small blintz. The Blintz made up for size with taste and richness. The cheese was delicious I'm guessing ricotta and cream cheese. The compost my wife guessed was boysenberry regardless it was delicious. My wife had the sausage gravy and biscuit a very large side dish along with a hash brown casserole which was cheesy and so much better than the Cracker Barrel version. Service was excellent. Ambience was cool with an old antique Tennessee feel, lots of locals here and that's always a good sign. Highly recommended.

This is such a cute breakfast place. I loved the feel of the place, decorations were cool. Our server was very attentive & polite. I had the quiche Loraine & it was light, fluffy & so yummy. My son had the Mountain Hash, he said it was really good but maybe the pork could have been better. My DIL had the Huevos Rancheros & it was good the only thing was it didn't list the peppers other than jalapeños (some of us aren't great with red & green bell peppers). My granddaughters had the pancakes which were also tasty. We will definitely be back if in the area.

It was my first time visit since the restaurant opened. The overall feel of the place gave an upscale breakfast spot. The service was really good and the waiter offered decent recommendations. While the presentation of the food was nice, the food was only ok. There was nothing amazing about it and there was nothing bad about it. It hit the spot and was a pleasant experience.

    Bayou Omelette

This was the BEST breakfast spot on our trip to the Smokey mountains. So good, we came back our remaining days. I had their drip coffee both days and it was delicious. It is brewed in house and they have espresso as well, but no nondairy milk alternatives. The southern fried skillet had delicious fried chicken and gravy with the most amazing collard greens I've ever had. My husband had the bayou omelette and raved about it as well. The bloody Mary's and buffalo breakfast sour were very good too! Will definitely be back!!!!

We had an amazing, sweet and happy waitress named Heather, and she was so attentive! LOVED HER! Before moving on - they give coupons for free fudge and a free little bottle of gems at the neighboring gen mine! As in free - free! Ok, now for the food - absolutely delicious and plentiful. I had a mountain berry crepe along with pecan pancakes. FOUR BIG pancakes! The bacon was perfectly crispy too - the whole meal was just spot on. I know it's just bacon and pancakes...but the people, and place made them taste like the best ever. A fun place, and affordable too.

And then I looked again, hoping that maybe something low-calorie or nutrient-dense was hiding and I just needed to look harder. Nope. But if you're looking for a sandwich that consists of chicken tenders between two glazed donuts, then this is your place. Sawyer's has other things that are not so county-fair forward. They are known for breakfast: French toast, pancakes, omelettes. If you get pancakes or waffles or the like, you should definitely ask for their house-made peanut butter syrup. It's amazing and so unlike anything that I've ever tasted. I got an omelette, which was good and had a lot of stuff in it. They will give you hot sauce upon request, which I was grateful for because I thought the omelette needed it. One thing that's really cool about Sawyer's is that they seem to take food allergies very seriously. That's always nice to see! As you're entering or exiting, make sure to admire the decor. It looks like you're in a barn, and as you exit, there's a gift shop with stuffed animals, t-shirts and other things to commemorate your visit to Sawyer's. This is a fun little place that's great for families, for sure.

I was having a rough day & chose Sunliner to try & make me feel better. Upon walking in I saw two full size car booths & a jukebox. The vibe was exactly what I was looking for. I'm happy to say we got HUNNY as our server & she was the best & she cheered me right up. She was wearing a bright yellow dress & singing along with the jukebox. We talked doo-wop songs & I got recommendations for what to order. I decided on Country Fried Chicken with Mashed Potatos & it did not disappoint. The shakes are also really good & come with a waffle on top. We ended up going back the next day (HUNNY was off) but we still had a nice time. Tried the chicken & waffles & biscuits & gravy this time. There really wasn't anything bad that we tried & if you're lucky, you might get HUNNY & have a 5 Star Experience like we did. Would I return for a third time? YES!

Tennessee Haystack was good, although it came out incorrect the first time.... chicken and waffles mediocre at best. Small chicken tenders similar to something that you'd get at a convenience store. Isn't this considered to be part of the South? Trying to get our check became a struggle. Waitress disappeared. Young man at the cash register was able to figure it out finally and we were able to pay. Biggest issue, noise. If you are even slightly bothered by loud noise, DO NOT sit inside. What amplifies the issue, is multiple families would line up to pay. Not only increasing the noise by us, it caused for congestion in the area by the kitchen for the servers.
