The quality of the ingredients in both the burger and the fries really stood out. It was so good that we thought maybe we were just starving and everything tasted amazing. So we went back today and ate at the restaurant with our family, and it has to be said--it was NOT a fluke! These burgers are legitimately delicious. Really enjoyed my burger! It wasn't quite as flat as a normal Smashburger, but I liked it. My husband had the wings and said they were fine. He was disappointed that they didn't have blue cheese, but enjoyed the ranch. Fries were ok. Plenty of seating. Chill atmosphere. The young man who took our order was friendly and helpful. The brussel sprouts were pretty good but I would've liked them to be more tender or grilled. The lemon pepper seasoning is very light. The sweet tea was very watery and unsweetened. My most recent visit was less than optimal. The wait was pretty long 15min or longer and the customer service was subpar. I've always had great service here, but the girl that was working at the front this time was rude. I paid extra for cheese fries, I think about $2 extra. The amount of cheese on the fries was a joke for a $2 up charge. The air was out and they had other emergency air conditioners but they were pretty much just blowing around hot air. He got mango lemonade and I got strawberry lemonade. The food didn't take too long. I will say both lemonades were good. Price little high but flavor was there. The burgers were just okay. The restaurant is in a typical shopping center on Barrett Pkwy so parking is easy. The restaurant is very dark and plays very loud music. I get a bit annoyed when restaurants play loud music because it's hard to hear when ordering your food as well as having a conversation. The cheesesteak was not good- the meat was dry and the bread seemed a bit underbaked. I also ordered the large buffalo fries but the portion was really small. Tried this place out. It was pretty good. We ordered the Buzzin burger, southwesten burger and brussel sprouts. The brussel sprouts were flash fried and topped with lemon pepper seasoning. They were good but seemed a little too salty for me. I did ask for a sauce and they gave me a hot honey sauce and that was good with them. The burgers were good. Well seasoned. The bbq sauce on the southwestern burger was a smokey bbq. I would of liked maybe a honey bbq but over all it was really good. The buzzin burger was good. The most dangerous mistake could have been a disaster! I walked into the rather dark black and red fast-food joint to discover a menu full of indulgent carnival foods such as burgers, chicken fingers, cheesy fries, cheesesteaks, and plenty more. I approached the counter and asked if they have a gluten-free bun. The girl on the register exclaimed definitively and with a smile of reassurance: "Oh, Ma'am, our entire menu is gluten free!" The angels began to sing a melody of hope as I quickly ordered a burger with cheesy fries. After sitting down, I started looking everywhere in the restaurant and online to confirm this exhilarating news, but I found nothing. Soon, I was served a definitively NOT gluten-free bun with clearly breaded fries and certainly flour-thickened cheese sauce. Luckily, I have a sensitivity, not an allergy, so I picked off the bun leaving me with an overpriced, thin piece of beef for my dinner. I was angry and sad and scared for future clients, so we called the manager later who said simply that it shouldn't have happened. I will never go back. When I walked in for my first time the one thing I noticed was the music was weird and VERY LOUD. Like annoyingly loud. You have to order your food via a kiosk- it's designed so you have no interaction with the employees. You can not get bacon on your burger. You have to tell the kiosk what "not" to put on your burger opposed to what toppings you want. No fountain drinks only cans or bottles. They do have sweet tea but no unsweet tea. When your food is ready, you get a text and an employee delivers your food. They just drop it off and walk away. The food was mediocre at best. Theirs better burger places around the area ...
