If zero stars were an option, that's exactly what they'd get. The owners initially seemed decent--at least Travis did. His wife, however, was never friendly. They had no problem selling a family member a faulty appliance, and that's where everything fell apart. The appliance delivered was not the one that was purchased, and when the mistake was brought to their attention, they were absolutely useless in resolving it. Travis was "too busy" every time, offering excuse after excuse instead of a solution. His wife, on the other hand, completely lost her composure. I personally witnessed the phone call and was shocked by her behavior--unprofessional doesn't even begin to cover it. I would genuinely recommend picking up a dirty appliance off the curb before ever doing business with these people. Disgusting behavior and zero accountability. Avoid at all costs. read more

I purchased a Maytag washer and Whirlpool Stove. As soon as it was delivered, the soap/softener dispenser was broken! Within a few months, the washer won't drain and one of the coils on the stovetop is broken. Called a repairman for a quote, and cost $150 to be told the part for the stovetop is $200 and the drum isn't spinning on the washer and it will cost $375 for the part and labor. I thought I was not only buying gently used appliances, but purchasing and supporting a local, Indiana, small, business. I would have saved myself more time and money by purchasing new appliances with a manufacture warranty at Best Buy or Home Depot. Lesson learned and disappointed in the quality. Amber!!! You and your husband owe my mom a refund on the non-working fridge you sold her. She paid $150 + $50 for delivery. She waited 48hrs for the fridge to cool and it was not working right. Yall then told her that after your vacation, you would be by Saturday to look at the fridge. Nobody showed up or even responded to her text until Monday. After looking at the fridge and saying to give it another few days and even offering to get her a new fridge for $75 more, nothing ever happened. So I can't speak to this first reviewer just my experience. Went in Sat afternoon, place pretty busy, owner Travis let me look at my leisure found a washer dryer we liked hooked it up, cut me a break on the dryer. Set delivery for Mon $75, guys showed up on time hooked it up easy-peasy. Problem arose couple days later, sensor in washer wasn't filling up accurately, picked out another unit, bought a space heater as well. Fellas came swapped out new washer, all good. Guys were great and Travis was a straight shooter with me which I appreciate. Place is scratch/dent so don't expect unblemished but discounts were right on the money. We got a great deal on a used stove and fridge. It's not perfect - I mean it's used. They have some dents and dings but so far, work wonderfully and are exceptionally clean. The salesman was nice and patient with me. He explained how their process worked, how they test everything, and their warranty + service. I was impressed that the fridges were all on and had thermometers in them to show that they were holding temp. Sales process was quick and easy. The very next day, Jamie and Dee delivered the fridge & stove for us and moved the old to the garage. They were super cheerful, helpful and careful. We just got the place and the old stove was disgusting underneath. They let me use their supplies to clean it up before they installed the new one. They were both so professional, pleasant and down to earth. They even wiped everything down once they finished the install. Needed some good used refrigerators and a gas stove for a couple rentals. Showed me what they had on the floor and told me another refrigerator was soon to be repaired, cleaned and put on the floor. I ended up buying two used refrigerators and one gas stove. Process was easy with no pressure. Had them deliver to Columbus and haul away the old ones for $150. All appliances appeared in good used condition with the 90 day warranty I am hopeful they last a long time. Delivery was a challenge due to it being an older house and doors were not very wide. Amanda and Jamie did a great job of figuring out how to get it done however. Took the doors off the fridges and got them in without issue. we have had NOTHING but complications with our fridge!!!!! The freezer will not freeze all the way even after multiple service calls they continue to blame the operator. The seal is not right at all. After being lied to over and over again, we had put a flashlight in the freezer and closed it for it to shine thru like CRAZY!!! We have turned this place into the BBB just for bwamm to say false information continuously blaming it on "operator error" who the heck doesn't know how to use a freezer lol this place is nothing but a joke and will rob you for your money. These people are so unprofessional. We got a warranty on our washer and dryer. We only had it a month before they came out to fix the washer when it broke. Then it broke again and they were supposed to come out 4/21 and no one showed up. Then they were supposed to come out 4/28, no one showed up. I called and they were supposed to see where the "technician" was and call me back. Never heard back from them. So, my dad called them and they were supposed to come Friday 4/30. Well, I called to see where they was, but they didn't have us in the system. Sooo, they finally show up Monday 5/3. The dryer gets fixed but not the washer cause it needs a "part". I call today to see if they can just bring us a new washer since it's been going for almost a month and we got the EXTENDED warranty. Orrrr so we thought but whatever jack asses they have. Working there didn't put that in their system either. Butttt they took the money out of my mother's bank account ! I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYONE !!!!!! Constant issues with fridges. Beware. I purchased a $1300 fridge from them and within the 1st week the fridge and freezer stopped cooling--wasting hundreds in groceries. I called the store and arranged for pickup and was provided a reasonable 4hr appt window. They took the fridge and left me with a loaner and stated I would get a call in a week. I waited 2 weeks and never heard back. I then called them and was told that they were still trying to fix the problem, so I would receive a follow-up call the next week. I waited again and there was no phone call. I reached out again and was told that they were not able to repair the fridge because the compressor was faulty; therefore, I could come pick out a comparable replacement. I went to the store and was very leery of working with them again, but settled on a unit w/a compressor that Travis said he had personally rebuilt. He stood by his work and provided a slightly extended warranty beyond their standard 60days. The unit worked for 3months. It then stopped cooling completely. I was told that since it was outside the warranty period, I would be responsible for all repairs. The pick up window encompassed THE ENTIRE DAY forcing me to take a day off from work. They took the fridge and left me with a loaner and stated I would get a call in a week. They called and said the problem, you guessed it-- the compressor, had been fixed. They delivered unit while scratching my hardwood floors, but of course they are not responsible for any damage that occurs during pickup/deliver. Within 1 week, the same problem presented itself as the fridge and freezer stopped cooling. They offered a pick-up time 1.5 weeks away. That did not work for me because at this point, I had already lost multiple loads of groceries dealing with them. I later called them to cancel the appt as I found another company to service the fridge with a more reasonable response time. I then received a callback stating that if anyone else worked on the unit the warranty for their previous "repair" would be forfeited. Needless to say, they had already proven that their appliances and "repair services" leave much to be desired. I ended up buying a new fridge from Lowe's and paid the extra charge for them to haul BWAAM's hunk of junk away. read more

Do not purchase anything from this store! I have had nothing but problems since purchasing a fridge and washer/dryer set. When I paid for my items, I only got a receipt. No other paperwork regarding the purchase. Then when they delivered the items, the people delivering it say first thing "it got wet during the drive here, so don't plug the items in for at least 24 hours or else it will void your warranty." Then they didn't bring a dolly for the washer and dryer, so they asked to use the one I had in my garage. As they are bringing in the washer/ dryer and fridge , they made footprints at the bottom of my wall, ripped holes and made huge scratches on my floor. This house is brand new and I've lived here 2 weeks and now have huge holes in my floor. They realize they made holes and apologize, take pics and then ask if I got any of the paperwork regarding the appliances. I said no, then they hand me the paperwork which states they aren't "responsible for damages during installation". They then had to come back a second time to bring hoses that they didn't bring the first time. The two guys seemed more worried about flirting and asking personal questions rather than being careful. Now after calling and speaking to management twice they keep giving me the run around about how they have to wait for the owner to get back to me and see if there's anything they can do! There's a lot they can do, make sure they use trucks that are covered so electrical appliances do not get wet! They can also train the employees about how to deliver appliances without ripping up the floors and also how to be professional. read more

BWAAM Liquidators posted a 8ft 30inch pool on FB Market Place. I contacted Madison 34 min after this pool was posted asking if it was still available. She said yes. I told her we were 25 min away and stayed in contact with her the whole drive down. Even told her we would pay over the phone twice. About 15 min away I told her we were still on our way. 9 min away was my next message. We got into this "store" and asked about the pool she said it was sold. The boy that I believe worked there said it sold 5 min after they posted the ad. Excuse me? Then they tried selling us a pool with no arms or legs saying we could hold it up by pvc. There were 2 other people there that showed up also asking about the pool while we where there. Big bait and switch. Why she told me it was still available 34 min after it was posted when supposedly it was sold 5 min after it was posted was bullshit. She was rude the whole time we spoke to her. That place is ran by 2 punk kids. I dont ever write reviews but I am so angry we wasted all the time for something that was already sold. If I could give negative stars I would. read more
