Spaghetti was perfectly cooked. Sauce was great. Meatballs were juicy and flavorful. Garlic bread was melting in my mouth. Service was top notch. Great experience all around. We will be back

Cheesy bread right out of their oven.

One year later, this Italian takeout location is still killing it. You need a quick, affordable, satisfying dinner--hit them up.

Armando was so nice and welcoming!!!

Great spaghetti and meatballs!!! The garlic bread was heavenly also. This place will not disappoint. No dine in options but just take it to go and eat it at home or in the jack in the box dining room!!!

Everybody was extremely polite, helpful, and very efficient. The food quality was amazing. I would never guess I could get such quality Alaskan crab legs in the middle of Arizona. The portion was generous, and the legs had a lot of meat in them. Flavor was great and they were cooked perfectly. To top it off, they brought me a delicious cannoli with a candle in it for my birthday. I will definitely make a point of making another trip up this way to return for another dinner hopefully soon.

We were seated at Mary's table and she was a really fun server. We would ask for her next time we come. We started with one old-fashioned and it was very nice. For our entrées, we had the carbonara and the mahi-mahi with seasonal vegetables and we each had a side salad. Dan thought his carbonara was just average. It didn't have a lot of flavor and was a little on the thin side and wasn't sticking to the pasta. He would try something different next time. I very much enjoyed my mahi-mahi with a side of vegetables. I would get it again. Overall, it was a good experience.

While making the reservation I made a note that our oldest son is autistic and non-verbal and his only form of communication so that staff was aware we decided to give this place a try. After spending close to $800 on food for our party we decided to exit the restaurant and that is when the problems began. As we were walking out another customer at the bar a patron at the bar decided to squeal at my son but also yell into his face. When who I assumed was her daughter realized we saw what was going on she covered her mouth and told her to stop. Being adults and understanding of others different situations we decided the best method was to approach the management team and explain the situation. I then approached a manger who was wearing a pink colored collared shirt and explained to her what happened and her response was "that hurts my heart, we do not stand for that and we will definitely do something about this." We waited outside for about 15 minutes to see what was going to be done and once we saw nothing was I went back in to speak to the general manager. This was definitely the worst part of the night. Tiana came out to speak to us and I asked her to speak on the side so that other patrons were not affected. Her response to me after explaining the situation was "since we did not see it we cannot do anything." I let her know that was an inappropriate response and that since it was a private business they could remove any patron for any reason but if they did not want to do that then she could just openly tell me that. I then gave her an example and stated "if I stab someone and you do not see it then you would not remove me?" Her response was "we definitely would," to which I stated that goes against what you just openly told me and she that there is damage from a stabbing. I then stated to her that physical damage is the same as emotional and mental damge just in a different form which she seemed to easily dismiss. She then stated that the first manager I spoke to was doing her due diligence to find out what happened and I then pointed out that that manager was actually waiting tables and we watched her do this the entire time so I was not sure when due diligence was being completed. We went around in circles, I asked her to give me the ownership information to which she stated "the owner is too famous for you to know," but eventually gave me the name which I had already searched for in my phone. At this point I openly stated that she could just tell me they were not going to do anything and that transparency would be more appreciated to which her response was "you are not currently dining in my restaurant so you need to leave my property." We did walk away but I hope that this is addressed and not pushed aside. All that to say, I hope this type of discrimination was not because we were Hispanic (the restaurant was filled with 90% Caucasian clients), because we were from out of town (from California) and mostly I hope it is not because the stance of the restaurant is not that people with disabilities matter less. I hope someone reaches out to me to address this concern and I hope no other family has to be a part of what we went through tonight. Tiana seems to be invested in the business and that is great but should also understand her customer concerns. Update to this review: Called this morning (2/17/26) and the hostess said she was not going to help me with any information, that I was a weirdo, to grow up and then hung up the phone on me.

Server Gianna was fabulous, attentive and quick. Pizza's crust is how I define quality of pizza and they are an easy exceptional A++. Crispy and chewy. Pizza sauce is nice and they don't put too much or too little. Even better than their pizzas funny enough, though, are their homemade pasta dishes! We tried their parpadelle bolognese and tagliatelle bosco bianco. I can't wait to drive back and am so happy we have this restaurant because now when I crave pizza or pasta it's only a quick 15min drive from Cottonwood. I'd choose to go here over Bocce on Main Street in Cottonwood. The menu has great options and my 1 yo loved her first pizza experience. My dad had the Italian Beef sandwich and the dressing on their side salad was tasty, and the sandwich was even better. I think they use pizza crust dough for the sandwich bread and it's toasty and delicious. I dislike when sandwich bread is too thick and Haunted Pizano's is perfection. It has a nice little spicy relish on it, too. Yum. Only disappointment is the aus jus really lacked flavor. I can't complain though, this restaurant is a gem for us who live here. Music was too loud for me, but I'm an old lady in a 36 yo body. I'm sure it won't offend most people. Design of the place is super cool and fun w/ the ghost's eating pizza artwork on the walls. We had a nice day in Sedona, in awe of the beautiful red rocks, God's creation! We wanted to go eat somewhere closer to where we are staying with our RV, so decided to stop in Cottonwood. I looked up reviews for this restaurant, and we decided to give it a try. We were seated right away at a cozy booth, and our server, Laura was quick to bring us liquid refreshments! We looked over the menu and we each decided on the double smash burgers with a fantastic dill pickle aoli sauce...and house fries on the side. Holy cow! This was a great ending to a nice day! The wagyu patties were cooked perfectly, they were juicy and tender. The lettuce, tomato and onion were perfect compliments to the cheddar cheese and the delicious aoli...the bun was fresh and soft. I took one bite and my taste buds were dancing! The fries were equally as good, super crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. May I have the recipe, please! After the meal, we HAD to compliment the chef, John, on his culinary expertise! Our meal was a great experience, and after our train trip tomorrow, we will be coming back for a steak!
