I am highly disappointed with this place.. only because I had called weeks before deciding to go in for a consultation. I believe I spoke to a manager & I asked if I needed to schedule an appointment and was told "no, just come in & possibly we can do the first procedure on the same day". I was recommended by family members and one of my best friends and they all gave this place 5 stars towards the procedure, results, professionalism etc.. as I walked in the receptionist didn't even greet me and stared at me as I told her the reason I was there for.. she was a real bitch.. she stated there were no appts available and that she couldn't make any exceptions although I drove 35 minutes to get there.. I've had several services done by Jackie and I have to say she is the absolute best. Her specialty is Laser, however she has performed eyebrow microblading correction and cosmetic camoflauge on my face. I wanted to have my face lasered to remove semi permanent cosmetic ink. I was extremely nervous as this is my face, but Jackie knows her stuff. She made me wait a whole two months because the tattoo was too fresh and it was too soon to begin the process. She could have very well taken my money and added a couple of more unnecessary sessions that I did not need. I would pressure her to have the interval of the sessions sooner and she would not budge. She knew what was best for my skin and the required heeling time. We moved on to my eyebrows and wow she blew me away with her work. Correcting someone elses work is not easy and she killed it. My eyebrows look fantastic. She urged me to do a little microshading and I said no. She said you're going to come for your touch and want to go a little darker. And guess what, she was right. I may go a little darker on my touch up. The woman that did the original work on my face claimed to be a cosmetologist/cosmetic tattoo specialist and she got the colors of my ink all wrong. One would think she would know the color wheel, but boy she was way off. I paid $700 for microblading with this woman and I hated it. Next was my camoflauge cover up on my face with Jackie. She knew exactly what color to choose for my skin tone and started the process. Within a couple of days my botched cosmetic tattoo is gone. I instantly loved all the work that Jackie did that afternoon. Her prices are very resonable and she also gave me a discount on the work. She emailed me to follow up on my heeling progress, she is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is great at handling difficult cases and will give you the most cost effective treatment plan with superior results. Was so happy with my experience that I HAD to write a review. I got a tattoo back in June...absolutely hated it to the point that after it was done I was already researching tattoo removal. I researched and researched & Bye Bye Ink was the spot I knew I had to check out. Fast forward to the last weekend, I made an appt for a consultation for Monday. Fast forward to Monday, Jackie checked my tattoo out, she asked me what my ultimate goal was (whether for complete removal or to lighten it). She explained EVERYTHING to me. Not once did I feel pressured into anything (which I loved). She made me feel super comfortable and I ended up having my first session that same day. She used a device to cool my skin first which numbed it. And she started the lasering process. I was done within 3 mins. Afterwards, it just feels as if I had just got a fresh tattoo (the feeling only lasted about an hr or so) I didn't experience any pain, no "crispiness" with my skin. No burns. Very very minimal blistering, extremely minimal and the best part is that it was super affordable! I had my eyebrows microbladed , I was told that a free touch up was included. Within a month the "tattoo" was GONE. She said dont worry I know it sounds strange but it will show up. Hmmmm okay. I was on my way to the second touch up at that point there was no visisble signs that I had microblading performed. THEY CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT BECAUSE I DID NOT CONFIRM. I was never told I had to confirm. All of this was through texts. Obviously I was upset. I tried to get my money back but was not successful. IF YOU WANT TO USE THE WORDS BYE BYE with Jackie then say BYE BYE TO YOUR MONEY. Do not attempt to microblade your brows there . Jackie is very honest, kind and has great work ethic. She proceeded to laser a small part of my tattoo eyebrows that had turned horribly red from an old brown permanent makeup tattoo that was underneath my recently done tattoo eyebrows. However, this old red ink was still showing in the edges of my recently done tattoos as it was not cover 100%. I decided to eliminate the red instead of covering it with brown ink as I didn't want to make my eyebrows thicker then what it was already. The procedure was not painful. This review is overdue. I have been going to Jackie for the past 4 months and the only thing I regret is not coming to her sooner. Before I found Jackie I was going to the city that charges a hefty price for packages. I go to Jackie for laser genesis and jet peel and overall have seen a major improvement in my skin since I have a lot of pigmentation and acne scars. Since the first day I met her, she was so hospitable and genuine. She made sure she explained what was going on thoroughly, answered any questions I had, all with straightforwardness and transparency whereas in the city all I received was a very pushy attitude to just buy the packages they offered each and every time without really explaining the science or technology behind the service, which after a while becomes offensive. Jackie is helpful, kind and honest EACH and EVERY time which is why I travel 1.5 hours to and back just to go to her. I will start by saying that I came to ByeBye Ink because I've been wanting for a long time to get rid of my tattoos. I have a total of three tattoos,quite small and Jackie was beyond helpful. The experience was great. Minimal discomfort after for about 30 minutes and then back to my usual self. The removal began by numbing the area which was great as I did not feel a thing.
