To respond to Zoe's snooty response: Thank you for proving I was right. I was actively trying to work with her over the phone to schedule an appointment. I asked if you were going on vacation or if the office was closed for the days there was no availability; she simply said no we're just all booked up with no other solution in booking an appointment. Why would I schedule an appointment for a prep for a peel when your office is closed on the days I would have to receive the peel? In no way shape or form would I expect a business to conform to my personal schedule, as you've snootily remarked. The one star review has nothing to do with your schedule nor me not "accepting the reality" of it; I made every attempt possible to work with the schedule given and was met with no help from your receptionist. Your employee did not give me accurate information as you clearly pointed out you just decided to open on February 13th & 14th, while your receptionist told me you were "completely booked up" after February 12th. You had basically complete open availability up until then and do as well now and were not booked out as you say. Since you have responded that you are indeed going on vacation as I had asked her, you have proven my point that she was incorrect. If you weren't scheduling anything after February 12th as you said in your response, that would have been the intelligent thing for your receptionist to tell me instead of saying you were "completely booked" for the foreseeable future after February 12th. I would have been willing to work around a vacation or office closure schedule but your receptionist did not care to give me any of those options. You claim to have not booked your trip until just now yet your Instagram tells a completely different story. You posted in November of last year you would be away in February which is exactly what I asked! You expect anyone to believe you didn't inform your receptionist you were leaving for Brazil two weeks from January 24th but posted all of that information on your Instagram way before then? You also mention that your March schedule wasn't open at that time. That is also what I asked your receptionist but was again told that no, you were just completely booked up. The professional thing to do in this situation would have been to clear up any confusion and resolve the situation. Instead you chose to attack my personal character, but that's not surprising coming from someone who only responds to negative reviews. From your responses to other reviewers, it looks like you're one of those people that think they can do no wrong and any problem that arises is someone else's fault. Like many others, I found Zoe on IG. I recently wanted to try going to her again, since it seems so many others have had a great experience. My first experience is below. But this second time, I went through about 6 pages of contractual agreements, uploading my ID and signing about 5 times AND calling to confirm. One of the contracts states that Zoe prioritizes patients who will allow her to post their photos on Instagram. This should say it all. I didn't consent, but completed every single step to book, including a $100 deposit, and did as was instructed and called if I didn't consent to being blasted on IG. Whomever answered the phone said that was fine, to go ahead and book the appointment. A few hours later, my appointment was denied, with absolutely no reason given, no response, nothing. I suppose I should have went with my gut. Just warning others who are considering: my experience is that she has no true care dealing with customers. My 1st experience: I wanted to try PDO threads for the first time. She was wonderful and so sweet during my consult, and then for the threading. Afterwards, for the next week or so, my face looked wider. And for me, it was very noticeable and I had a pretty emotional reaction to it, worried that it wouldn't go away for months. I contacted the office, and her response was actually quite snippy and she spoke to me like I was an idiot. Now I read some of these reviews and her responses to them ... and I see how she airs her frustrations about customers on social media, and I realize the bedside manner and kindness to customers is just simply lacking. Dr. Zoe is an absolute expert in the field. She has an eye for beauty, facial balance, and has an artistry that cant be taught. She is the most talented injector in the greater NY area. 'Unprofessional' is definitely the word and I'm glad others have mentioned it. I've followed Zoe on IG for some time and decided to call to get some info on booking a consultation. I was interested in getting my jawline completed, I had two syringes of radiesse put in elsewhere and was not happy with the results because it looks incomplete. Now for those who are unfamiliar, A syringe of radiesse can run anywhere from $650-900, $900 being the high end obviously. Injectors sometimes do charge per service instead of syringe but in this case, upon calling her front desk, the receptionist wanted to charge me $1800 for ONE syringe. I thought this must be a mistake, so I asked through social media what the deal was and instead of receiving an informative answer or a 'oh that's just typical baseline price (assuming your just starting out), it can be circumstantial' (which is what some offices do), I was met with a snarky and extremely demeaning response. She even had the audacity to insult my 'wide' jawline simply because I confronted her unprofessionalism and price gouging. It's clear this woman is all about money, which is fine, but she can't even treat her potential clients and current clients with respect and compassion. She accused me of trying to bargain a syringe. No, honey, I was calling you out for charging more than double per syringe all while trying to unsuccessfully justify it and taking advantage of those who don't know better. You're charging more than double the market price. She also got into several arguments with IG users the same night and ended up deleting all of their comments. One girl went off about being charged $650 for coming in late... now tell me how that's not robbery and pure greed??? She even boasted about charging someone who was driving over four hours away to come see her, a late fee of more than a few hundred dollars. Girl, shit happens. I don't disagree with late fees but damn, you're doing it simply for your own greed all while dismissing basic human decency. Disgusting human being. So glad you showed yourself girl, it's gonna catch up to you Update: her response is all lies too lol. I don't have a profile picture, but I have a very active profile and pics and I have my name as my username, lol. Secondly I only spoke to one person on the phone ever, so she's pulling '3 people' completely out her unprofessional ass. Thirdly, I know I only need one syringe and they said 1800 for one syringe- I don't know of anyone in this world who would have the audacity to charge that much for one syringe knowing what a syringe actually goes for, I thought her front office made a mistake so I asked her on IG and she told me to go elsewhere if I can't afford her lol. And here she is assuming I didn't want to pay for 3 syringes elsewhere having not had a single real conversation with me- how are you in business with that childlike attitude? 3 years ago I went to Zoe for Bella fill. Her and I had an amazing relationship (so I thought ) until she wrongfully injected me. I was her "test dummy." zoe tells me that she wants to try Bella fill on my scars and states that her original Bella fill model moved out of state (probably a lie.) I trusted her at the time so I let her inject me And 3 years later I can STILL feel the filler under my scar . This has left me with permane inflammation. Zoe said at the time that microneedling would help ..... I have spent thousands on microneedling ... chemical peels and consultations but Bella fill cannot be dissolved so this is a permanent mess up . When this first happened i told Zoe and she dismissed me from her practice . I should have sued but had no written documents so took the loss . Best experience I've had. I went to see her in December. Her office was very clean sterile and professional. The receptionist was courteous and made me feel at ease. She definitely knows what she is doing and customizes each service to each patient which is what I like the most . She gives you knowledge to help ease your anxiety when you leave the office as well as an easy schedule that is first come first serve. The office was easy to get to by Uber. As a patient I felt comfortable to ask questions and she provided all the answers which included thetype of products that were used and how long they will last and when to come back for touch ups. I began seeing Her in January 2016 , I looked in the mirror one morning and realized "oh snap! b*tch ! you look old !" I started doing some research and began following her on Instagram after seeing her work.
