Took me a long while to write this review because I had to wait almost a year for real rain. We've finally got more than a few inches at once and I can say with certainty Brady and the company are great. I have a flat roof... I went through hell redoing this roof with two other roofers basically destroying large parts of the property with botched flat roofs. Brady- and BYLTup came in after the mess and knew exactly what to do. Everything works now and I wish I went with them from the start. I had several quotes and wanted specifically IB roofing which withstands harsh weather especially by beach communities. The company that manufactures the product mentioned BYLTUP. My contractor and I chose BYLTUP. I was assigned Dominick as my project manager. He is a delight to work with! He kept me posted and any hiccups to take notice of. He also worked very well with my contractor. Good communication on his part. I was very impressed with Jorge the foreman. He came on time with is crew. They cleaned up every day and extremely professional. I highly recommend Byltup up. Its challenging to find quality roofing companies that are reliable. They were responsive and thorough. They were able to get the work done quickly. They were very communicative. I would recommend.

10 STARS is what they get from me. After several roofing companies came to my house to fix a leak, one had actually started doing the job without my permission, BULTup came in and rescued me and my roof. I needed a roof but the other companies didn't want to pull the permit so they all offered me the same quote under $5000 to fix the leak. Again, I needed a whole new roof (30+)years old roof, BYLTup came in, gave me a written quote, I signed it and away they went. BYLTup sent progressive pictures of my "rental house" so I could see the progress. They even showed me pictures to where the other company left their crap on my roof. BYLTup finished the job, complete with updated pictures. Neighbors told me they were very clean and respectful of the neighborhood parking. Everyone was friendly, Erica (a real human) communicated very well, returned calls and answered any questions i had.
