We were very happy with each phase of our first day with this company. They set us up with their 1st available appointment that was over a month out, but put us on a call earlier list if there is a cancellation. This was great for us, because as retirees we could be available at a days notice. Both of us got calls to come in earlier than our scheduled appointments. Front desk staff were very efficient at processing Maggie & I as 1st time patients. The dental team makes the 1st appointment 2hrs long to do a very thorough exam. They want your input to get your level of involvement in the dental care process. The equipment they have is top of the industry standard. It gives the patient a good view of dental issues, allowing a more knowledgeable choice by patient & Dentist. We never felt pressured to additional care that wasn't truly required at the present time. We were given a break down priority list of items needed & told they would work with us on payment steps based on the priority list. Even given discounts on how payments can be made. I see them on Monday for 1st step in fixing some of my issues. We highly recommend this Dental Care Family

This review is a long time coming. My dentist retired in 2018 and I went to Byron Wall because one…read moreof his specialties was TMJ. I had 5 abfractions, where a small piece of the tooth has broken loose due to clenching. Wall was going to fill the abfractions, but also wanted to grind my teeth to fix the clenching. I was told, "I just do a very minimal grinding, about the width of a hair, and it can make a huge difference, this allows the jaw to relax, and then you won't clench and cause more abfractions. " I agreed to only have the abfractions filled, and to wait on the grinding, but I was told that I would have to sign a release that if they did not do the grinding, then the fillings might fall out, and they would not be responsible. The fillings were horrible, big globs of material that were very rough and jagged. There was no way to floss as it would get tangled in the jagged filling material. And because of the grinding he did, now I was scrapping my teeth on one side of my mouth. I returned several times, and each time he said that more griding was needed. He tried to sand down the excess material on the fillings, but this was impossible to get smooth. Neither process worked. I had difficulty getting through to Byron Wall, he is very busy, and it is difficult to get him to listen. The clenching was worse, now I had pain radiating to my eye and head. When I chew on the right side, my teeth scrape tother on the left side. Then I was told, "Sometimes it takes up to a year of grinding to get things to be right." I spent $2,411 with Byron Wall. Now I had to find a TMJ specialist to fix the new problem created by Wall where I scrape on one side when I eat. And to fix the horrible fillings he put in. I asked for a refund. Byron Wall refused. In a letter he said that he had recommended crowns and that I had refused. Crowns for what? Crowns were never discusssed. He said he performed all that I had asked him to do. I left Byron Wall and became extra cautious. I met with these dentists: Alicia Abeyta, Greg Sanchez, David Willoughby, Wayne Luco, and Robert Supple. Everyone of these dentists said the fillings done by Wall would all have to be removed and redone. They could not understand why he would put such big globs on my teeth-- Willoughby said that one of the globs was like a cave--a place for a cavity to start. Robert Supple said that he can fix the clenching and hopefully the chewing problem created by Wall. He said that grinding the teeth before getting the jaw aligned and stable is backwards. I said that one of the reasons I went to Byron Wall is that he was named Dentist of the Year. One of these five dentists said, "Unfortunately people put value to that when a dentist can pay to be dentist of the year." It has taken a very long time to recover from the work of Byron Wall. I would have given zero stars if that were available. David Willoughby removed and re-filled all of the five fillings done by Wall. Willoughby said the standard is, "smooth as glass" and that's what Willoughby did. Robert Supple was fabulous had helped me tremendously with the clenching and scrapping one one side created by Wall.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, from the moment you call to book an appointment to the hygienist and the doctor themselves. The office is clean, tidy, and welcoming as soon as you walk in. They're equipped with impressive technology--nowadays they even use an ultrasound wand that captures detailed images of your teeth. They accept most insurances (except Medicaid), and booking was quick--we were seen in no time! Highly recommend these folks!

DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS OFFICE…read more I was in their office 1-2025 for a crown and cleaning was very expensive. I had no insurance on my own so the office pushed their insurance plan which I paid for but was NOT a very good plan, After that I got another dentist that was very reasonable and did not push fraudulent insurance In January 2026 I was billed for another year of this insurance on my credit card. even though I have not been is this office since the first time I tried to get this insurance to reverse charges and was told since I was a had a relationship with this dentist the charges are automatic and could not be removed. I went to dentist office to have them tell advantage insurance company that I am not a patient with them since 2025. they refused and said I signed up for this plan that their office was pushing and it was my problem BEWARE DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE. My Mother got $12,000 worth of veneers at Dr. Kerschen's office. She was excited about getting…read morethem until the moment she saw them in her mouth and they were stained grayish yellow. She has bad vision and told him she just wanted them to be a pretty white, but not blinding. Dr. Kerschen didn't take the time to show her the proper shades, instead he sent her to the veneer maker and they gave her a limited selection of shades to choose from with little to no direction or consultation based on her wishes. Dr Kerschen completed all the work before giving my mom the opportunity to see the veneers in her mouth. The situation only got worse when she stepped outside and saw how stained they looked. Why would anyone pay $12k for a complete set of stained teeth!? She was upset, but didn't know what to do after her complaints fell on deaf ears. Within a few months three of the veneers fell out on three different occasions, once while vacationing out of state. Dr. Kerschen fixed them and appeared to recognize what a terrible color they were. On the third fix, he told my mom he would replace her set for her with the desired shade of white. My mother was very excited to hear this and did not end up complaining about how unstable the veneers were. Which must have been his goal since he never followed through with his promise. My mother may be elderly, but she has a family who loves her and doesn't appreciate when she is taken advantage of. The entire experience looks a lot like exploitation or opportunism at the least. We would appreciate it if Dr. Kerschen would put the white teeth in her mouth that she wanted and paid for. At this point we would prefer blinding white instead of what she got, coffee stain grey/yellow. How many other mothers has Dr Kerschen treated like this? Trust me, I'd much rather be sending them client recommendations vs a bad Yelp review.

I didn't have to wait long before the dental assistant brought me back took x-rays and within a short period of time, Dr. Hand came in and evaluated my teeth. She was very knowledgeable on dental care and very professional. Also, within a short amount of time, the dental hygienist came in and cleaned my teeth. The clinic was very clean and very efficient. With my prior dentist they closed without announcement and referred me to their sister company, which made an appointment for me four months after my due date, which was scheduled for February this year. As soon as I discovered this office, I was able to get an appointment within three days. I will definitely be recommending to the office to friends and family.

I came in to have a bonded retainer repaired by Dr. Han that had been stable for 18 years. Prior to…read morethe repair, I did not have a visible gap between my front teeth. Within about two weeks after the retainer was reattached, I developed a visible gap between my front teeth that had not been there before. When I returned to the office, my concern was repeatedly dismissed. Multiple staff members were brought in and I was repeatedly told my teeth "had not moved," despite the gap being clearly visible to me and multiple people in my life. They relied heavily on a 3D scan they had taken two weeks earlier when they originally repaired the retainer. The scan generates both a regular image and a 3D model. They claimed the "model" showed a gap even though the "photo" did not, attributing the difference to saliva. I asked them to do a new scan and compare the images side-by-side. The new scan photo clearly showed a visible gap. However, they were never able to overlay the images, add scale bars, or consistently display the scans side-by-side. I was also given conflicting explanations about why they could not open the updated 3D model. The owner (Dr. Hand) said it couldn't be opened in that room specifically and we couldn't wait to open it in another room when it emptied out, while the technician said the 3D printing company generated the model and they could not access it directly. Even their explanations did not align. At one point I explained that the gap appeared to have increased from roughly 0.25 mm to around 1 mm. The owner responded that maybe it moved "microns, not millimeters," even though that is essentially what I had already said (~750 microns = 0.75 mm). She acted as though I did not understand the difference between microns and millimeters, despite the fact that I literally run a scientific research lab working with nanoparticles and microneedles. After over two hours of advocating for myself, I requested that the bonded retainer be removed because I was concerned it had been reattached in a way that was no longer passive. Once it was removed, they gave me a removable retainer made from the scan before the gap developed. They did not charge me for this visit. After only a few hours of wearing the removable retainer, the gap had already started to close. By the next day, it had essentially closed completely. The retainer caused significant soreness and I could not even bite into food normally, which further confirmed that real tooth movement had occurred. They had also told me that if my teeth had truly moved, the retainer made from the earlier scan would not fit anymore, which is simply not true and not how aligner systems like Invisalign work. Overall, this was one of the worst patient experiences I have had. I would have preferred a respectful, collaborative discussion instead of having multiple people repeatedly insist that nothing had changed when it clearly had.
