Picked up our RV on Tuesday, January 6th. It is in worse shape now than it was when we dropped it off on June 25th, 2025. A cat jumped out of one of the holes that the repair person put in the underbelly. There were 2 holes cut in it. It needs to be replaced. The left slide has to be manually slid out now. It has water damage. The seal around the slide was thrown on top of the slide. There was no water damage, when it was dropped off. The hardware for the stairs is missing. The stairs can't even be attached due to the water damage. The wall of the slide is soft and so is the floor. One of our propane tanks was swapped out for an old one. The light bar was hanging off of the rv. It needs to be replaced. We had a buyer for it, and now we are stuck with something that can't be sold. My husband requested a call from the owner, but we never heard anything. I sent 2 emails. No response. Owners response on Yelp is complete bs. She's very misinformed. There was no request to fix the roof, water damage, floor or stairs, because they were not damaged, when it was dropped off. They were to fix the fireplace, heater vent, fridge, carbon monoxide detector and the awning. The warranty didn't expire until 11/30/25. It sat there, because they took so long to fix the a/c motor and fireplace. They didn't even bother fixing the fridge. I was called once to pick it up on 11/25/2025. read more

In the age of forgotten customer service, Byrons shines like a diamond. Had 2 A/C's go out while on vacation and a friend referred Byrons to me. I had a second trip already scheduled with only one week between to get them fixed. From my very first phone call to the shop the customer service was great. I brought in my '19 Cyclone on a Monday and was ready to be picked up 2 days later with two new Dometic A/C's. Happy wife, happy life. The shop was already fully booked but Byrons knew I was in a bind and made room for me. Long story but I had already taken it in to my RV dealer with the A/C's and it sat for over 4 months. Byrons took care of it in 2 days. Repairs were covered under extended warranty and was handled completely by Byrons. If your looking for RV repair or maintenance don't hesitate. It's not every day you meet people who take pride in their work, are reliable and honest. Byron is just such a person. He just left our RV in the dark at 6:30 PM. The job was done right, and the last thing he said to us was, "Call if you have any problems; we stand behind our work." He and his employee were so careful to make sure they left everything clean as well as fixed. I wish everyone I dealt with had their work ethics. We are so happy with his work we scheduled more maintenance for our return trip north. He's certified and accepts your warranty! read more

Traveling in Texas from Washington state when the water pump in the RV threw in the towel. Pulled into the lot and within an hour they diagnosed the issue, called and made all the arrangements with the warranty, had the part on site, and installed it.Texas hospitality at its finest. I would give them a zero. From the get go it has been a problem. They NEVER return your phone call. They repair things that don't need to be repaired or is not the issue you're having. They break other things in the process and don't bother to tell you in hopes you don't notice. I've been unfortunately dealing with them for 5 months when it should've only been a little over a month due to ordering parts and I am still not done with them because I keep finding their screw ups. Would give them less than one star if possible. Crooks, plain and simple. A month ago I dropped off my older deer lease camper for a minor plumbing repair and asked to have the wiring for the outside lights checked. Went to pick it up this afternoon right before work and was presented with a $600 bill. I nearly freakin choked. They made repairs that I did not authorize and charged me nearly $500 for labor. Needless to say I will never do business with them again and will encourage anyone that will listen to do the same. read more
