So I have been having problems with my old door locks for some time now. My assumption was I would need to change out all the locks on the doors I was having problems with. What a great guy.. Our dead bolt broke 8:45 on a Friday night?... Could not believe it! Hit up yelp.. BZB had some good reviews, and they are open until 11:30!!! Nathan is an absolute savior! I was riding on my way to work and decided to get some gas next thing you know my key breaks inside my gas cap of my EX650! As I scramble to get the key out and start calling just about every place near Anaheim I get referred to Nathan. He came about an hour after I called him as he was at another job, however it was definitely worth the wait! I called several other places and they were quoting me well over $150 when I told Nathan about my situation he was very helpful and optimistic that he could create a replica of my broken key as it broke just before the pattern on the key starts. I called BZB Lock & Key on a weekday afternoon to repair / replace my main door. I was very surprised that Nathan picked up the phone right away. I spoke with Nathan and he said, he should be there within one hour. If he was early, he would call me, and he finished 30 minutes earlier and called me and arrived at my place. He looked at my cassette door lock and tried everything to lube to fix, it seems jammed. He told me those are expensive locks, it will be over $1000 to replace it. He said he can order parts to replace it and it would cost less. He called the door lock company and order the same day. He was very good with his communication and let me know where the lock was and when he will be there to install it. He was very professional and he even cleans up after he finishes. I had another locksmith come out and they wanted to charge me 93 per lock plus the fee to come out ( I had my screen door and door locked) I couldn't believe it..I called BZB and Nathan was at my house with 30 mins. I noticed extreme differences between BZB and the other guy.... 1) BZBs work van has a name, phone number and work Id on it.
