This service is more for EMERGENCY PURPOSES. Ok so my car: Ford Focus 2001 has been having problems with the ignition. Finally after 5 months it gave out & I was unable to start my car (thank goodness this happened after work). I ended up taking my car to my mechanic to see if it was something he could fix in a jiffy; however, that was not the case. I called another locksmith company, but their pricing was too expensive. BZB Locksmith was the second on the list. Be warned, the number on Yelp is completely different from the man who runs the business. I called the number, but no answer. However, only after 30 seconds of hanging up I receive a call from a (949) number & answered it. It was a guy named Nathan. Im assuming that the number he uses to contact customers is his direct personal business line-- SO MAKE SURE TO PICK UP A PHONE CALL FROM 949-233-4100. He's a really considerate man who assesses your situation & makes all the effort he can to meet you, wherever you may be stuck at. It's a Friday evening, so I was assuming that this situation would take longer as most people would be off work or have other priorities to take care. Nathan ended up informing me about all the info I needed to know & I was assured that they could fix the problem. The BZB team is very prompt, professional, knowledgable & very friendly. They get the job done in a good amount of time with great results & very reasonable pricing. I thought that since it's a mobile service business that I'll be paying "up the ass" for their service; but I was wrong! That's a good thing! Their skills helped prevent me from spending loads of money on ignition replacement. Thank goodness for their 24/7 service.
