I needed to duplicate my 2015 Ford F-150 car key, but it happened to be one of those split year model, needing a smart key with higher bit than others. Nathan had to order the part and come back for me. Fast yet thorough service, his professionalism, really affordable price, I couldn't have asked for a better service. Nathan went so far above and beyond. I called on a Saturday morning. He was there at my parent's apartment by noon. Gave us a lot of information about what to do with my father who has Alzheimer's and when he was done ended up looking up safety information and sending it to me to look at. He was honest, kind and professional, and did not try and sell us anything we did not need. His prices were very reasonable. He has all my future business and I highly recommend him. It was just one of those days. I locked myself out of the house. I called a couple places and they had high price quotes and over 2 hour response times. Our front door's doorknob broke in the locked position and we were stuck inside! I searched Yelp, found BZB with 5 stars and made the call. Nathan answered and said "be there in 10-15 minutes" and he made it in 10 minutes. He carries his cool black briefcase and his van is his shop, he had everything he needed. He had to drill out the old doorknob, he replaced it with a new knob, and was able to rekey the new one to match all our other locks with the existing key. All for a great price. I asked Nathan to come out to create a backup key fob/remote for my Dodge Charger as the buttons on my only backup key stopped working. It turns out that the car, which I bought used, already had the maximum number of keys programmed for it. Nathan was able to delete the old keys and reprogram it for only the keys that I have. Who would have guessed there were already 8 keys programmed into the car whereas I'd only had two myself? Now I have another working remote and it's nice to know there aren't up to 6 other keys out there somewhere that could still start my car. Nathan was totally professional, prompt, and also substantially less expensive than two other locksmiths that I'd contacted. I would highly recommend. read more

Nathan literally saved our family vacation. We were enjoying Disneyland and unfortunately the bag containing our car keys got lost. I didn't realize our predicament until almost 10pm at night.
