I bought a Seadoo Trophy Fish Pro 170 from them in 2024. I took delivery of it 3 days later. I…read moregot it home, put it out on the water and had a good time, but noticed the battery was low pretty quick. Also noticed it rattled a lot. I tried to get out on the water at Indian River Inlet, but it would not start. That was it for 2024 season and I was traveling a lot during 2025 and it was just sitting in my garage where I'd start it up a couple times every other month off the garden hose. I did my research this last spring now it's spring 2026. I know all there is to know about maintenance for this Seadoo, So the first thing I did was change the oil, the oil filter, the spark plugs and cap off the coolant. But then I noticed they failed to connect the 2nd battery. They hadn't even opened the plastic bag for the connection parts. After the oil drain, I found it was 1.5 quarts low on oil. It barely had any coolant in it. It was also sitting on the trailer improperly. I only had 4 hours on the Trophy and felt that it was running like crap...but how was I to know that Pete's Cycle of Severna was trying to sabotage my Seadoo out of the gate. I just finished my first seasonal today and I cannot tell you how aggravated at Pete's Cycle of Severna Park I am. If the thing blew up, they'd accept no responsibility for it. There is something seriously wrong with those people, I mean...they'd let you die out on the water with all their shortcomings and walk away without any gumption of responsibility. I wouldn't even buy toilet paper from them and I'd only send my worst enemies to their sh!tshow of a business. I hope this review touches everyone that is considering doing business with them for the next 20 years. And to your staff.... this is what you get when you try to not only hurt your customers, but screw them as well. Someone from Severna Park Better Business Bureau needs to inspect this business for putting their customer's lives at risk. Next, I'm writing Seadoo Corporate to tell them the same thing I'm dropping here. I don't want money back, I don't want and extra benefits to smooth things over... I want them to go out of business.

No delays, no pressure, just clear info. Chad told me about the free 3 wheel classes so I could learn safely. I didn't know about that option. Already signed up! I went to the dealership and was met with a bunch of super nice people who showed me everything. From the Rykers down to the gloves, I got great info to help make this big decision. I chose the Ryker Rally, and the deal was made. Easy all the way around! I'd never ridden before so they offered to deliver it so I would not have to drive an hour home with it my first day. My friend drove it home and I started learning immediately. I'm two days in now, been driving all over the neighborhood and I absolutely love it! I could not be happier with my new Ryker! I don't like anything adventurous. I don't like the wind blowing through my hair. But, from the movie that detailed how it all began, to the walk through on the floor, to every bit and bolt screwed in place right in front of your face, my blood was racing and even itching to want to buy or at least ride a Harley Davidson motorcycle! Absolutely hands down the best tour I've been on in my life. Even better than the food tours I've been on ...and I love food. The tour guide was incredible, knowledgeable, and they mastered being able to listen on the device clearly going thru some of the noisy locations. You could sense his passion for the product. Plenty of time for questions. My favorite thing is that you were so close to the assembly you could literally spit on the parts. LOVED it! Take some time after to sit on a Harley in the show room, take some amazing photos, and feel the rush. We came early to sign up for one of the first tours because we had other plans after.
