The leak was so severe that it flooded our yard, our neighbors yards, and even our underground cellar. After our Water District, and multiple plumbers, were unable to locate the source of the problem, we had honestly lost hope. Thankfully, we found C & C Plumbing. Matt and Nathaniel quickly identified the location of the broken pipe when no one else could. Not only did they find the leak, but they repaired it efficiently causing minimal damage to our property. They cut only a very small section of our pool deck to access the pipe, which was incredibly impressive, given the complexity of the job. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, well-equipped, courteous, and hard-working. They provided a quote upfront and honored it exactly - no surprises or hidden costs. When the work was completed, they thoroughly cleaned the entire area and left everything looking great. A few years ago, I temporarily patched up a PVC pipe lead to a sprinkler valve with pressure tape .. well, that piping patch finally blew out this past Saturday afternoon. This situation required turning off the water not only to the sprinklers, but to our entire house. I didn't want to try to deal with doing the repair myself, so I did a little research and was able to connect with Matt at C&C Plumbing Pros. I figured it might be a long shot that he would be available to take a short notice situation like this on a Saturday afternoon, but fortunately he was available! Matt arrived at around 4pm and he was extremely engaging, respectful and polite. He analyzed the problem, gave me a very fair quote and said he would be able to complete the repair that same day. Matt worked on the repair and completed it in about 3 hours and did a very thorough job. All the while he kept me updated on progress and thus became a friend in the process. I woke up to a plumbing emergency today that needed immediate attention. I heard a loud hammer sound from the house water pipes followed by the sound of rushing water under my house. I am so grateful I received a local tip to call Matt & Nathaniel at C&C Plumbing. Matt showed up in under an hour and turned off the running water flooding under my house. About an hour after this Nathaniel arrived at my home, spending a hot afternoon under my house fixing a broken water pipe. Before making any repairs, Nathaniel took video of the plumbing problem for me to see first hand. This really helped me to understand the seriousness of my problem and well as the scope of the job. I was provided a reasonable estimate for the job and Nathaniel got to work on the problem right away. I could not be happier with his work.
