They don't deserve a one it should have minuses. Took my quad for valves and clutch to be checked out. They replaced the battery, witch they just checked my battery the day before I dropped my machine off and it was good. Needless to say I made them take switch batteries back. They never checked the valves or the clutch what I took it in for. The invoice stated for them to be looked at. I guess they can't read. It their lost. The parts department sucks too. I bought a used Yamaha yxz 1000r from a online sales person Nate through marketplace it started right up for him while I was there we loaded it got home set for a few days cause I immediately went on vacation, when we got back I started the side x side it turned over pretty slow but it started we went for a 30 mile ride on the back roads got to our little town to stop and get our mail that the post office was holding for us I had turned the machine off but when I go to start it again it would hardly turn over so we got a jump to start it got home checked charging system it was charging took battery in to our interstate battery dealer battery was junk, cost me like $83and some change for a battery. When I purchased my cf moto 500 from them they were great, even awesome. But on 2 occasions I had to take my 4 wheeler to them for repair. first repair was $900.00. the second one they wanted to charge me $4000.00, for a supposedly bent frame. I was devastated by this, I told them I wanted a second set of eyes on this and that I will pick up the 4 wheeler. These assholes tore apart my 4 wheeler and didn't even have enough decency to put it back together. I went to a dealer in Swartz creek and they told me hey it's just the just bumper that's needs to be replaced, not your frame. They also said there is no way this should cost $4000.00 dollars. The first time I ordered parts from them, I waited over a week to call about when I would get the parts. I was told they should be here any day. After 10 days, I was told that they never got ordered from the vendor because C&C didn't have a large enough order to get free shipping from their supplier! Because they are local for me, like a fool, I tried them again. After waiting a week again, I called for an eta. After 3 more phone calls, I was told the parts are no longer available from Seadoo, even though I ordered and paid for them on C&Cs website. ANY good business knows communication is key. very disappointed that my brand new ski doo xrs renegade was left outside for 7 weeks when I left it for warranty work. They tried cleaning it but grime was embedded Crevices and areas hard to clean. Will never Be as clean as it was when I left it in their hands. 2015 fury Purchased bike test ride was great. Gave them a good review b4 I left. 12 miles later and to call for a trailer because somebody used selftapping screws on both sides of rear fender. Which were gauging the tire on both sides on interstate. After replacing with correct bolts. Bike would not start.( Battery) Charged battery started fine. Two days later.. that's right DEAD!!. I WAS ASSURED AT PURCHASE THAT A MULTI POINT INSPECTION WAS DONE. And bike was serviced. When asked no documents could be provided. Yes it's a used bike. And yes it's as is. But I would've liked to enjoy a few days before all the repairs. Never will I buy from a that dealership again. Spend the money upfront people! I tried to set up an service appointment for a my 22 bike safety recall with this place. I called and left messages, no return calls for over a week. I also went on-line to their site and tried to set up an appointment, no dice. Even called and left messages for the salesperson that sold me my bike - no return call. C&C tried a very insulting "bait and switch" tactic on my trade in. Stopped in inquiring about trading in my 2014 CanAm Spyder for a 2018 Polaris Sportsman. Sales person showed me a trade in price of $8600 on his computer. I thought about it came back the next day and said let's do it. The manager then stepped in and changed the trade in price to $6400 saying a new 600cc single seat Spyder is coming out next year and he felt that should decrease my value even though the Bluebook trade in was $8600. I see a typical bait and switch tactic to high pressure a customer to take a hit when they are excited for a new machine. Well Chuck. Not me, you killed Robert's sale and lost any future business from me. I'm sure there are plenty of other people who will give into your games to keep your margins up. read more

Trash business. Bait and switch all day. Salesman with the personality of a rock. I worked with Nate, he said what he needed to say to get my deposit. Miss quoted me purposely for weeks. I finally got the written estimate and it was way more than he quoted. I called around and found a place in potterville, they quoted a price much lower than c&c. I finally confronted Nate about the shady practices and higher price for identical product. I asked him to price match, Nate called his manager and informed me that his manager sold 3 units at the higher price that week and wouldn't accommodate me. BEWARE double and triple check your bill!!!!!! Dropped off two 4 wheelers to be fixed. They call say it's fixed, what about the other one I ask, other one? Yes the other one. Oh that one is not ready. ..... go to pick up both of them looking over bill, no oil filter. They first said it does not have a oil filter. They were told yes there is, "let me check". 20 min later ok they are putting it on now. So they changed oil, then run the clean oil through a old dirty oil filter? What about the dirty oil in it! Looking over bill we notice another 1.5 hours labor. When questioned they said oh that's a mistake. Won't even get into we asked for tires and they forgot to do that altogether. Double and triple check your bill. Wonder how many people they accidentally changed labor and did not to anything? We won't be back their is all I can say. Beware of them. read more

Updated 6/26 Due to the actions of one person, or rather lack of action, the company as a whole should not be dinged. Within 2 hours of the ratings I finally received a call back. They came out and picked my bike up, road it (I verified this by marking the mileage down before they picked it up) put in on the diagnostic machine and confirmed the issue. I picked it up on June 24th and Josh was very professional, apologetic and polite (he wasn't the one who dropped the ball). I have trusted them for the past 4-5 years with my bike and I will continue to due so. Took bike in for service and driving home the "check engine" light comes back on....I called as soon as I made it home and now, six days later, I have yet to get a return call. I even called and left another message on Tuesday....really disappointed....now they get to talk to my credit card company as I will be issuing a chargeback. read more

Took my brand new 2019 yz 250f in after 17 hours to have my valves shimmed/adjusted after paying $540 took my bike to the track afterwords rode for 20 minutes and started having the same issues. Took it back there the following Monday the "certified mechanic" told me I blew it up, so I took it to another certified mechanic and come to find out my intake valve was still at 0 clearance and my exhaust valves were 7-8 thousands off. I asked the manager if it would be covered under warranty and he said no. Also come to find out they never took my head off to check for inspections. I WOULDN'T TAKE MY BIKE OR ANYTHING ELSE HERE FOR FREE. C&c sports it's a 100% total scam if you are looking for a shop or mechanic that can fix the problem correctly and at more than half the cost please don't hesitate to PM me! The salesmen I purchased my bike from told me I have a 6 month warranty on everything the bike consist of and come to find out it's only 2 hours of run time not 6 months or up to 30 days if you don't put more than 2 hours on the bike. read more

First & LAST time going to this dealership. They gave me the old bait and switch winterizing my 13hr SeaDoo Spark Trixx. From preforming tasks you specifically ask them not to do (potentially causing damage), not preforming tasks you paid for (causing damage), damaging your car while trying to hook your trailer back up, finding your foot padding saturated in oil, oil left on the body, to having the service manager (Josh) yell at you over the phone and hang up on you mid conversation... Moral of the story: Don't take anything here for service! If you value your money and machine, I would strongly suggest finding another dealership as I unfortunately learned my lesson the hard way. very displeased, picked up atv today after it took 2 weeks to get basic tune up done.Bill was quite large for oil change,2 spark plugs and they changed my reusable K and N air filter?apparently tech has never seen one or just wanted to ding me for a disposable one like I'm an idiot.On the board it says service starts at 159$oil change,lube,filter(if needed)and plugs,when i got bill the 159$ was just to do job and all parts were extra!! 300$ for an oil change unbelievable.Fortunently i belong to a union of 15,000 members in michigan alone,and i will be sure to spread word at our next meeting about my terrible experience.Every member by the way probably owns 4 or more off road toys read more

No manual came with it, and they found one online and emailed it to me later. I wish they had printed it off and given me a hard copy when I bought it. Went to the dealership to look at a used snowmobile and decided to buy a new snowmobile based on the rebates alone. The salesman who goes by two names by his own admission no longer snowmobiles and answered questions based on opinion, not experience or fact. He tried pressuring me into a 3 year extended warranty despite being told "no" several times. I asked for a gallon of injection oil as a way to close the deal and he acted as if I kicked him in the nuts and spit on him. I was told that the transaction would be that day but after hearing nothing I called 20 minutes before close and he said "oh its not going to happen today." Terrible customer service, terrible customer appreciation after spending $14,000 and lousy customer service after the fact. My 15 day temporary sticker is expired and not one word from the dealership as to where the registration stickers are. You would think a call or in the mail would be an appropriate action on their behalf. read more
