Same computer system for all three. Cost for parts and labor for the first estimate was inflated by about 30%. The markups for the second estimate were not as much, but still high. I read the reviews for Sergio Lewis Body Shop, had three personal recommendations, and the repair cost was much lower than the first two estimates. My bias is to work with local businesses whenever possible. Norma Jean was wonderful to work with and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Customer service and quality work are superior!

Each time I've called, I've gotten a new date that didn't hold. Repeated timeline changes without proactive updates on their part have made this a frustrating experience.
