Terrible customer service. If I could give this place a zero in customer service and food service, they'd win the award. Don't expect the manager to have any sympathy. I was sold some bad coke cola, it was too syrupy. When I went and brought it to their attention I was told "I had to buy another drink" and when I asked to see the manager she replied "first it is too syrupy and now there isn't enough carbonation"? It is clear she doesn't know anything about carbonation drinks. If it is too syrupy it generally means there's not enough carbonation in the drink or your machine isn't working right. The manager also said "...and why should we have to lose money...."? Why? Well obviously, because you sold me a bad drink. All we wanted them to do was fix the problem or give us another drink. I will never go back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Later when my food arrived.... I had eaten about half my burger and then looked down and noticed my meat was still pink. The only thing I eat medium rare is steak. I like my burgers cooked! I didn't even bring it to the managers attention or cashiers attention. I work in Boardman and order food for my lunch sometimes. Because I have to order my burger to be ready to pick up I get charged an extra 50 cents. No were on the menu does it say there will be an extra charge for ordering it ahead of time. I think it is wrong that people that are working and want food for there half an hour lunch and such need to call the order in should be charged 50 cents extra. read more

We stopped here in the middle of our long road trip today. We had a delightful experience! First off, the place was SPOTLESS, the employees were all cleaning, since they were not very busy. Windows were crystal clear and tables were clean. We ordered burgers and I got a shake. The burgers were so good, only thing was I could tell they were just frozen patties, but that's to be expected at a drive in.. the employees were friendly and got our order correct. I really hate posting such a bad review, but this place is just NASTY!!! First there were flies, and by flies I mean more than five, in cased with their homemade doughnuts. "Ah, yes can I get a maple bar with fly poop!!" Yummy!! Second there was an Employee sitting outside right by the door smoking. In Oregon we have a 10 foot law, no smoking within 10 feet of a business entrance. Also employees must wash hands when returning from smoking. That didn't happen. The food is just gross. They charge for fry sauce!!! Who does that?! And it's so nasty, tasted like old mayo!! They are one of the only food establishments in the area, located in the port of marrow!! So much potential to make bomb burgers with locally sourced ingredients. But instead they used over processed ingredients. But if you were thinking you might need some water to wash this all down, that will be .25 cents for tap water with no ice. read more

Only true restaurant in Boardman. The only other option for food choices are the taco trucks at the nearby trailer park and maybe the gas station. Fun place to hang out at for a snack, lunch or dinner. Everyone in town knows this place and it is a great landmark in the community. The food is fast-food quality but i hear the burgers are better than the pizzas so if you have trouble deciding what to get go with burgers. I personally enjoyed the burgers. Plus, they have several to choose from. Ask the locals what they like best. read more

I probably reviewed this last time I was here a few years ago. Burgers are still as great as ever, like my aunt made at her drive-in back in the 60s. But I don't see near enough love for their milk shakes. So thick you can't suck them through the straw. Flavors are perfection. One of the few that still serves butterscotch which my husband loves. For a girl who travels to eastern Washington by way of familial obligation, this place is definitely a find. I didn't expect much and had actually passed on this place on a few of my requisite road trips, opting for the occasional gas station nosh. A recent "meet-in-the-middle-for-family-business" turned into an opportunity at my inaugural visit to the C & D Drive In. Thanks to some fellow yelpers, I was made aware of the fact that the C & D offers veggie burgers. A must, for a veggie-lover like me. My husband, a true carnivore and burger connoisseur, confirmed that the restaurant had very decent bites for the meat-lover. We also tried the fries for "the sake of this review" and found them to be the crunchy-on-the-outside-soft-on-the-inside and, much to our delight, crinkley goodness we were craving. The tots were good, too. As for kiddos, my 3-year-old had no complaints about his grilled cheese. The processed cheese on the grilled cheese wouldn't necessarily be my first choice as a mom but, then again, neither would a grilled cheese at a diner. When in Rome, I guess. In sum, I'd stop here again. It's a great place for a quick and very decent bite to eat. read more

Yum! Had a Jr Cheeseburger with bacon and it was delicious. Gooey cheese. Great beef patty. Excellent flavor. Their sweet potato fries are to die for. This is such a great spot - go here if you're nearby! It's right next to the gas station so you can fill up the tank and your tum at the same time :) read more

Pretty average locally owned burger place with fairly slow service times but great ice cream, and good fries and burgers, so who cares? It's a place to stop and rest and, since it's out of Burgerville territory, is really the last restaurant with edible food when driving from Portland to Pullman, which I have done too damned many times. We like trying the local burger joints when we are out of town, especially in smaller towns. This one did not disappoint. We got their Bozo Burger (since they are home to this burger). It was good. We also ordered some special tatter tots (filled with cheese and jalapeños) at their recommendation. Yum! I would definitely stop here again. read more

We have been staying in a RV park adjacent to this facility everything we have ordered from Ice Cream to Pizza to the bozo Burger has been delicious the customer service has been awesome the older lady working in the pizza and upfront is quite an asset to the business she has went out of her way to help me with orders and I truly appreciate it we will return and I give this place a 4 to 5 stars read more

Pleasant surprise! we ordered a jumbo cheeseburger and a turkey burger along with fries. Order came just as we requested, and was very good, not at all greasy. Good fry sause too. I'm going back for a shake tonite. The employee's all were friendly not mad at the world like a lot of fast food employees. Such fantastic service and great welcoming atmosphere. I see why it's a local favorite!! My dad had stopped here in the summer and raved about it then. On our recent drive from Salt Lake City to Portland he wanted to stop for dinner "at this great mom & pop shop" so we stopped and enjoyed a nice meal and great milkshakes. On our drive home we stopped again, the employees remembered us and knew we had a long drive ahead of us. She brought our family some fresh baked cookies in a to go box and thanked us for thinking of them on our way home. Little did she know that we waited an extra 2 hours longer than we would have to come back and we are so glad we did!! That extra loving and caring service made my kids feel extra special and earned our business for life!!! read more
