Two years after buying a new Interstate battery with a 7-year warranty from this store, the battery…read morestopped holding a charge and I tried to have it replaced per the warranty. Instead, the store manager tried to convince me that the battery had failed because my alternator didn't put out adequate amperage, the alternator would cost $500 to replace, and the battery warranty was void because the "faulty" alternator had killed it. He offered to fix my dead battery problem for around $650! I said I wanted to get a second opinion. Instead of accepting this, the manager proceeded to point out that he had incurred $30 of "diagnostic expenses" and I should understand that he was being very generous to give me back my car without insisting I pay him for his diagnosis. The next day I took the car to our regular mechanic. His diagnosis was totally different. He determined that the alternator belt was loose and this was the cause of the low amperage. After tightening the belt the alternator worked fine. He was also an Interstate battery dealer, and when he tested the battery, he found it was defective. He called interstate and confirmed that he could honor their warranty and that my prorated cost of the replacement battery would be about $30. My total cost for the correct diagnosis, belt adjustment and battery replacement was around $55. - A far cry from the $650 that Midas had proposed the day before!!!! It's not the layout I'm used to. Input of zip code after payment was also not clear, wasn't labeled. If I was a frequent visitor at this location, it would become second nature. As a first timer, it took me a few minutes to orient. Service: The services at this gas station include gas and car services. No convenience store is attached to this gas station. Personally, I needed assistance with completing a transaction. One of the employees at the gas station helped me. He was super friendly, and patient, quickly helped me with a smile. I was really impressed with this level of service at the gas station. Kudos on great service! Hours: Hours at this store are limited. Look at their hour prior to visiting. The gas station opens and closes early. The gas station is closed on Sunday. I hope to stop at this gas station in the future for gas! I was most impressed with the service which will keep me coming back!

It was at the end of closing for the store. Had to bring it back the next day. The dealership changed my oil and told me I had 2000 miles left on it prior to bring it there Firestone told me the oil was dirty and it was low. It was not. I felt they were trying to get me to pay for services that I did not need and Roger the store manager it's very argumentative. He's not nice for these reasons. I cannot recommend you using the store. They did fix my brakes after the second try incredibly inconvenience.

The fine folks at Lewis Automotive gave me a great deal on a remote car starter. I called around and stopped into a few places and got some quotes. They were 100$ less expensive then anywhere else. Great customer service! They did not try to up sell me. They started from the lowest price and let me decide what best fit my needs. I got a starter that is good from 2000+ feet. So when I am at work I can start my ghetto sled from inside my huge corporate building. Another great thing about this place they were able to do it the day I wanted, none of this make an appointment crap. They were referred by my dealership to do the work. Keep in mind to have this done correctly it takes time and you will want someone with experience. When a dealership does not want to take on work you know it is not easy! My friend who is the closest person to MacGyvern that I know will not touch these. I also saw that this place does all sorts of auto repairs, auto stereos that will wake your neighbors up, and super fly rims, Yeah Boyeee! So now I will have a toasty warm car all winter long while the rest of you suckas freeze! I pidy the foo who does not have one!
