I didn't get a "hi", an " I'll be right with you, " absolutely, no acknowledgment that I was even standing there. After a couple of minutes, I politely cleared my throat, still, no acknowledgment whatsoever. Another employee who seemed to be helping another person out in the parking lot, walked into the store, and as he walked past me, I politely said,"excuse me". I was going to simply ask if he was almost done. Again, no eye contact, no acknowledgment whatsoever. He just kept walking. After waiting for five minutes or so, I just walked out. It's amazing how far a simple "hi, I'll be right with you" , can go. I was heading "down the hill" anyway, so I stopped into the Rancho Cordova store. The gentleman who helped me was beyond friendly and helpful. I explained to him what happened to me in the Placerville store, and his exact words were, "that's unacceptable." He said that when a customer comes into AutoZone, they are supposed to be greeted within 30 seconds of walking into the store. Guess what? It didn't happen in the Placerville store. Consider the Placerville AutoZone off my list.

Instead of a simple response, I was met with a dismissive grunt and an attitude that made it clear I wasn't welcome. Trying to move past it, I asked about a part I needed and some additional supplies. The clerk didn't respond--just stared at me until the phone rang, at which point he turned his back and took the call without a word. It was clear I wasn't going to get any help from him. Thankfully, a female manager stepped in and assisted me with my purchase. While I appreciated her help, the overall experience left a bad impression. I've been a loyal customer for years, but after this visit, I won't be returning to the Placerville location.

Got here first thing in the morning on a Friday and was greeted by Carlos. He got me all set up and reassured me that they could make the repair. He checked all four tires for wear and advised me as such. Damien then took over the get the car into the bay and gave me the details on the repair. Shared some insights on servicing Rivian's and reassured me that they are very familiar with them and have serviced quite a few. Carson was the actual tech who performed the service and he was very efficient and knowledgeable. He had the fix done in under 30 mins. Overall a great experience. Bonus is the store is fairly new with some cool new tools inside. Cool touch, they actually put up a welcome sign in front of the bay for customers who are on the schedule. Makes you feel "special". Pay these guys a visit as you won't be disappointed.
