this place is horrible!! I spoke with emery before coming in and didn't even end up dealing with him. he greeted me and thats it. pushed me onto somebody that didn't know nothing about the cars except for "yeah this is a good car" to all of them! didnt let me test drive, but that's not all. his name? no clue! why? he didn't introduce himself. So fast forward the car I wanted they were not trying to sell me. the man was pushing these two cars onto me and I feel like I should've never had to feel pressured. fast forward after being there 3 hours the man tells me they can't approve me for no car except the jeep "the car he was trying to force me to buy that was 4,000 more than the car I wanted" in the middle of him talking to me he gets up and disappears. 10 minutes goes by I decide to go outside to smoke. I look up and he is dealing with another customer showing him vehicles and even allowing him to test drive some..difference between me and the customer? F this place! Fernando screw my friend over, forced him to sign another paperwork with a deposit and told him he cant get his deposit back. every dealership knows once that first contract is signed and drove off the lot then it's final. sound like someone wanted extra bucks in their pockets . then repo his car when he couldn't make the extra payment for the deposit. i would never dare take my business here and do business with them. All i will take the time to say is. I was sold a car with no gas! I had to stop and fill the tank because I was afraid I would not make it home, along with the empty tank the spare tire is missing and to top it off it has been OVER 30 days my temp tags have expired! my calls and texts are ignored and after finally reaching out to the finance department i received a call that new temp tags would be issued. I am on a buainess try and sent a friend to pick them up only to be told maybe tomorrow. Fernando is COMPLETELY UNETHICAL AND HAS ZERO CONCERN COR WHAT MAY OCCURR AFTER THe SALE. I bought my suv from here in desperate need for a car. I was sold with no gas in the tank like most others, but that is just the start. A week after of having my car the transmission went out on it. After fighting with Fernando he "fixed" it which took 3 months to do. This was in 2022. I'm now in 2024 with a bad transmission again. I also had dry rotted tires that needed to be replaced asap and my starter. I would never recommend anyone here. read more

We purchased a car from here out of state and there was quite a bit covered up. We will work with these sellers if they work with us and we will happily change our review if this is handled correctly. The car was rated as a 4.4 condition out of 5. This is what happened. The seller reported there was no smell, there is clearly a smell as there was a leak in the sunroof, you can see it on the liner and the car smells musty. The seller reported the tires were 6/32 when the at least 2 of the tires are 2/32. The front bumper was taped on and reported that is has to be re aligned-We have worked for hours and have not been able to "realign it", it might have to be replaced. There was no mention the tailgate was not raising, the electronic tailgate does not work. The automatic seat control panel is broken and falling off The tire pressure light is on and will not go out, after resetting and fixing any tire issues The driver side heater seat doesn't work. read more

I was referred to C&J by a friend, which was a BIG MISTAKE!!. The salesman Carlos(manager) was very nice in the beginning, but it went to from sugar to shit REAL FAST!! Feb 2011 I bought a Infiniti 2002 truck and was financed through C&J. Carlos accepted $2000 down payment and I drove off the lot. Carlos promised me that they would give the truck a tune up and to fix small interior rip in seat if I brought truck back within a couple of days. I drop off truck, and they fixed rip in seat. Carlos told me the truck received a tune-up. Two months later, I had got an oil change, and the mechanic recommended I get an tune-up. I told the mechanic I just got a tune up couple months ago. The mechanic showed me what new spark plugs looked like, and then showed me what mine looked like. I was outraged, I still had the same old spark plugs after Carlos assured me that he changed them. When I questioned Carlos about the tune-up, he insisted the mechanic was lying to get more money from me and I didn't need anymore repairs. Then in March 12, 2011, I get laid off, luckily my spouse had a job to carry us afloat until I found another job or my unemployment started. I continued making timely payments. March 30, my mom passed away and I left town to deal with that. I made a payment IN PERSON before I left town AND when I came home on Friday(bi-wkly payments). On Saturday, I went to comedy club w/friends to unwind due to mothers death. I came out of the club, and my truck was gone!! I thought someone stole it, then I found out it was REPO. I was beyond PISSED! I called Carlos, he said I didn't finish making payments on the down payments and It was considered late and that's why it was repo. I explained to Carlos that there was a misunderstanding and he was incorrect. He did admit that there was an error, but since the repo man already came and got truck,so I would be responsible for towing fees and storage. I couldn't believe it, I made a payment on Friday and they repo the truck on Sat. They have tracking devices on all their vehicles. Then after paying $1000 to get truck back, C&J secretly sold my loan to Westlake Financial without telling me. I googled them, they have the worst reviews from other customers. My friend who referred me apologized for referring me. He later admitted that Carlos does bad business and has had takes advantage of people regularly.
