employee named Andres regarding a vehicle I saw listed for sale. I specifically asked whether the listed price was the final cash price or if there would be any additional charges. Andres clearly stated via text message that the listed price was the full cash price with no extra fees. I even followed up to confirm this information because I did not want to waste my time. However, when I arrived at the dealership, I was told the vehicle was actually $40,000, and that the price listed online was only the down payment. This was not communicated to me beforehand. I had traveled to the dealership based on the confirmed information I received from Andres. This bait-and-switch tactic is not only disrespectful and unethical, but also a waste of time and resources. This type of dishonest behavior is extremely concerning. This place is a joke. What was supposed to be a $3,000 car turned into $6,000, and they still managed to mess everything up. They put the wrong VIN and an entirely different car's plate on my vehicle. Came back to fix their mistake and got hit with total confusion one person says we owe $500, another says we don't owe anything, and then they can't even locate our plate. I purchased a vehicle from Powerhouse Automotive on April 26, 2025. Do not expect any help after the sale or if your vehicle needs repairs. My vehicle has been down for 5 days now because of a bad PTU and rear sway bar links. I keep getting the run around and excuses from them. They did not apply for my new plate and registration until May 7, 2025, but I still have not received it. I had to go down to license and registration office on May 9, 2025 and obtain a new plate and registration myself. They refuse to refund me the money i paid them for tag and registration. Vehicle is suppose to have 6 month warranty which i received confirmation via text message but they refuse to fix vehicle. I do not recommend Powerhouse Automotive to anyone. Now I have to sue them for damages, lost wages and costs to repair vehicle. UPDATE: The owner called me May 8, 2025 and informed me, " if I don't delete my review he will not send me my new license plate, registration or the money for the parts to fix my vehicle." Unfortunately, I never took possession of the vehicle, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the dealership has refused to return my down payment. Beware of the vehicles that they advertise are not always available, even though they tell you to that they are available and they are waiting for you, then you get there and it mysteriously becomes unavailable and all they have left are extremely overpriced vehicles. Do not trust a word that Carlos (If that is his real name) tells you. We made a deal (through text) on a trade, I was crystal clear as to what I wanted. Carlos told me that he had to clear it with his boss and texted me back stating "Let me make this happen, I've got you." Still saying this on the test drive. But when we get into the office, the finance guy (that looked to be 12 yrs old) told me that the boss would never clear a deal like that and called Carlos in to the office. I was there 3 weeks ago to look at a truck, I called ahead because I live 3 hours away, someone named Angel told me that he and the truck would be there when I arrived. When I got there neither the truck nor the sales person were there, I walked the whole lot, and no truck, another salesman told me it sold. I called 1 1/2 hours before arriving, so I don't think it sold in that amount of time. You can even do a cash deal that fast. I was back on Facebook marketplace looking for trucks again today, lo and behold they are advertising the same truck again in two different ads and two different prices. I messaged them through marketplace and they said it was available once again. Liars! Went to Powerhouse to try and see what deals were available. I ran into Austin, and he explained about the different engines available for Ford F-150 (over 10 different engines). Austin was very knowledgeable about the trucks and engines even knew gas tank size and mpg for several selections. They have ALOT of selections to choose from.. I bought a sweet 5.0 F-150 Fx4 from Austin and he had the engine it cleaned and the truck hand detailed for me.. Very Nice Experience.. Ask for Austin-to be treated right.. read more

Powerhouse Automotive I purchased a vehicle 6 days ago. At the time of purchase a caution light was on and therefore I did not want to sign the as is page of the loan until I had my mechanic look at it being that they promised me to take care of whatever was wrong with it. The financial representative and sales person assured me that they would take care of whatever was going on with the truck. Despite my better judgement and given they seemed like a nice people I signed it. Leaving the dealership the check engine light came on and I sent a text to the sales lady immediately to advise. I had the mechanic scan the vehicle and reported back the findings. They wanted the printout which required scanning the truck again being the mechanic did not save it. He did so yesterday and I provided it to the dealership (see it attached below). I was told they would be talking to the owner and getting back to me. Today despite the report I was told to change the oil on the transmission which is not one of the recommendations as it had 2 bad solenoids. They are now telling me to change the oil and if it is the transmission they claim they will give me half the money. They did not keep their first promise to me and I have very little to no faith that they will keep their second. As a consumer, I feel cheated and as a person with a bit of vehicle experience there is no doubt in my mind that they cleared the codes in hopes they would stay cleared long enough to conduct a test drive which they succeeded at. To add insult to injury I asked the to put in writing their promise and the owner not knowing he was on speaker phone told her that they're doing me a favor so no they won't put it in writing. This translated to me as sorry for your luck. I would only suggest you go to them if you want to be smiled at as they screw you. read more
