We have a Culligan water softener and a reverse osmosis system. The RO system does require filter replacements approximately annually. I called for annual service for RO and softener and was told it would be six weeks before a service tech could come. I scheduled as there were no other options. Our filters now exhausted, we resorted to drinking bottled water. Two days before the extended appointment time, I was called by the Culligan receptionist and was told it would be another two weeks, and there were no other providers in the area. I called Embrich Plumbing and in two days had a new R/O system and an upgraded water conditioner which requires no salt. They hauled away the 2 year old Culligan system at no extra charge. As a rule, I don't write negative reviews unless I've been subjected to inappropriate business practices. Sadly, even the best products, which I feel Culligan has always promoted, when poorly represented will fail.

Now he says there was a change in driver to our area. Apparently they have also changed the previous arrangement of not leaving bottles if empties were not out. No communication was received that the arrangement was changing. I understand that they may be short-staffed in this market, but I'm sure we aren't the only people that have this issue. When called, the employee that answered was not interested in any arrangement to correct this currently; only future orders would have a note to leave bottles without empties. Post-Covid, when it was really hard to find repairmen at all, I mentioned to Jeff my frustration at not being able to find an electrician to replace all the baseboard heaters in the house (one of them already broken, the rest just old). He said, "I can do that!" He measured the existing heaters, showed me some options for replacements, and ordered what we picked from a Canadian company. The ordering and delivery proved difficult (we were still seeing lots of supply chain and transportation issues all over the country) and Jeff stayed on top of the whole process, keeping us informed of delays, working out issues with the shipper. When the heaters finally arrived, Jeff and his team installed them in a morning, and hauled the old ones away. As usual, the work itself was expert. Billing for the work was exactly per the estimate.
