I was told that after dropping off my bumper that the turn around time would be around 3 days. After speaking to Eddie as we discussed my truck's paint code, he went out of his way to educate me on the different shades of that paint code. I had no idea that there were different shades. We matched my truck's color the best we could. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and got it back by Friday. I had a pretty bad dent on the front of my 2011 Altima that needed to be repaired. I gave C&M Body a call and ended up talking to Saul. The guy was awesome and extremely helpful. I ended up driving over to get a quote and I was very satisfied with the price and length of time it took for the work to be done. While I was at C&M I had a real good conversation with the owner Mike as well and they have maintained their professionalism. The actual work on the car is awesome. I've been very pleased with the way it turned out and will definitely send business their way!! It's hard to read all these reviews and know whether its genuine or not, but for the record they've done work for me in the past that the experience has been awesome! I was driving my son from Philadelphia to his first year as a student at ASU when our truck broke down near El Paso. Transmission fluid was leaking like crazy. The temperature was over 105 and we still had miles of driving through the desert ahead of us. Luckily, fate guided us to C&M body works. We were at their mercy. A dishonest mechanic could have easily taken advantage of us, but they applied an external leak patch, supplied us with extra transmission fluid, sealant and got us on our way for a very small fee. A friendly dog named Beast kept us company while we waited. We made it to Tempe thanks to Mike and the great guys at C&M. Forever grateful. -Lee Harper read more

The owner Mike and his team are very unprofessional, they do the bare minimum to get your vehicle out their doors. My new paint job had several areas when you can see the paint dripping (bumped up), I was told they could buff it out, but was left unchanged. They also did not reinstall the weather stripping in my truck properly and had leaks even in light rain. I asked to have these issues fixed but they refused and even blocked my incoming calls. Mike is misogynistic and believes women don't know anything. The car I had him fix was for my niece with a single mother in order for her to be able to get to places to shop and eat in college. It's sickening knowing that a man can do this to a young women and her daughter. He claims he a hippie conservative but I think he's just misogynistic asshole who loved to put smarter women down. I had to go to different mechanics to fix it from time to time. Hondas can last a lifetime if you take good care of them. My Honda lasted about 20 years. They're pretty low maintenance cars until they get a little bit older. I believe it was around for 105,000 miles. I owned another Honda but it unfortunately got totaled after eight years. Anyway... I didn't deal with the staff directly. A relative helped me out and took the vehicle for me. They dealt with the employees. They said everything ran smoothly with the staff. My main concern was if they could fix my car. They were able to do that...for awhile at least. I would consider taking another vehicle to them. Overall a good experience here. I'm not sure about the exact price. My relative took care of that for me (which I'm grateful for btw).
