They had trouble fixing that bad valve, but they didn't give up. They stayed until the job was done, which took several hours due to leaks in the underground pipes. At any point they could've given up and left me with an underground leak, but they took pride in their work. They did not try to charge me extra beyond what they initially quoted. When I had problems with low water pressure afterwards, they came back out and checked the main water supply. The quickly solved the problem, again, without an extra charge. These are good men of integrity, and I recommend them!

She said she would credit the account. On 4/29 received text for mowing. Never happened and didn't receive a delay notification. On 5/5 they mowed. 5/6, I questioned the cc fee again when paying directly via bank via ACH bank account. Previous month fee credit was never applied as well. This time I didn't pay the added fee. Received 3 PAST DUE invoices the next 3 days... for the $2.50 fee. Then they stopped communicating and stopped servicing my yard. Bad business.
